I'm very happy with the nursery. I like to know how my child is getting on during the day and enjoy the updates via the app showing me what my child is up to. I also get updated with important information about feed times etc. One of the most important things for me is that my child gets to go outside during nursery hours, and I know that they get to go on trips/outings with the staff.

We sent both of our children to Monkey Puzzle from 1 year old, my eldest has just left the over 2's room and my youngest is in the baby room. Overall we are really happy with the nursery, it has a lovely community feel, the staff are really friendly and give regular updates throughout the day. They get involved in lots of activities and also venture outside of the nursery to feed the ducks, trips to the park, and picnics. We are really happy with our decision to choose Monkey Puzzle for our children.

As parents, we are so happy with our decision to send our daughter to Monkey Puzzle Ware. Our daughter loves going to nursery and has learnt so much since starting at 12 months old (now 19 months). Her speech and physical skills have immensely improved from going to nursery and we are so grateful to all the staff for this. The staff are wonderful and provide us with updates every day, and will always call if needed. The activities the children encourage our daughter to be inquisitive. Our daughter also always eats well at nursery and the menus are great. We will always highly recommend Monkey Puzzle to our friends.

Both my children have attended Monkey Puzzle Ware since they were 1 year old. All the staff have been fantastic. Supportive, caring and with a genuine connection to the children. I've really appreciated the insight and detail received during the focus week with clear insight into development milestones. They bring in great external educators alongside taking the children on excursions into town.

My eldest child has been at Monkey Puzzle Ware since he was 11 months old and is currently still there with his younger sister joining next month. The staff are on the whole great, with regular updates and consider all concerns made if needed. The food the children are given offers a wide variety. The activities are a broad range and we love that they have animals on site for the children to look after and they take the children out on trips. Overall very pleased with Monkey Puzzle Ware.

I have two children at the nursery, one in the baby room and the other in the over 2's room (but started as a baby too). Monkey Puzzle Ware has been a great nursery for our children. The staff really care about the children and the day-to-day activities. Lots of thought goes into learning through play and the children leading the way with their interests which I really like. The children often go on day trips to the park, to feed the ducks, go for a hot chocolate or go to forest school and the activities they do at the nursery are great too. Lots of messy, imaginative and group activities which my son loves! The staff are amazingly supportive and understand us as a family rather than just the individual children and there is a community feel to the nursery. The transition from the baby room to the over 2's room could be a bit more seamless and I know the staff are working hard to help children and parents with the transition. Overall, we're really happy with Monkey Puzzle!

We could not be happier with our decision to send our daughter to Monkey Puzzle Ware. All we asked for from her time at nursery is for her to be happy and to learn, every day we pick her up she has a beaming smile and the progress she has made over the last year is something we are incredibly proud of. The staff are wonderful and provide us with such detailed information every day. The activities the children do are exciting and encourage her to be inquisitive. The food menu is so varied and far more exciting than we are able to cook at home. We are so pleased that our daughter is part of Monkey Puzzle and always recommend Monkey Puzzle to our friends.

My daughter has been at Monkey Puzzle for 4 years and just left to go to school. My son also attends and has been at the nursery for a year. The nursery delivers great communication, care and activities. They take children offsite and give them experiences other nurseries wouldn't. We have been extremely happy with their progress and their social development has come on leaps and bounds!
