The staff at Village End are amazing. So kind, gentle and helpful towards me and my children who go there. The environment is calming and zen, even when children are expressing themselves and having fun! Both of my girls love it every single time they attend and are always excited to arrive each morning. The communication is also exemplary at handovers and via email. I would highly recommend Village End as a welcoming and professional nursery environment for early years children.

Our daughter attended Village End since she was a year and a half old. There were problems with phobias and fears in the beginning, but together with the manager, we managed to find the problem and deal with the situation. The team taught her a lot. They were very caring and patient with her. Our daughter adores them and still talks to us about them and how much she wants to see them again. We will visit you soon, thank you for everything.

My son has been going to the nursery for 2 years now. When he first started he had difficulty settling in due to separation anxiety and being bilingual he found it hard to blend with other kids. But after a few months, he'd come out of his shell, he has friends and is happy going to nursery. The team focuses on the child's interests, for instance, my son loves the piano and they taught him to play 'Twinkle Twinkle Little Star'. They're a lovely and thoughtful team and I'm very grateful for their support with my little boy. Thank you so much for your great support to the manager and team.

Our daughter has been attending Village End for the past year and what a year it’s been! We were looking to move from another local nursery so booked in for a tour and we instantly knew it was the right fit for us. The whole team are wonderful and the way they care for the children is fantastic. They are treated with kindness, respect, and so much encouragement. The team are great at providing a full summary of the day at pick up and are always enthusiastic. They also upload lots of pictures and videos regularly for parents to show what they’ve been up to and how it ties in with their learning and development. The flexibility available is unmatched - we are able to book in extra sessions or amend existing ones easily via the app and nothing is ever too much trouble. Our daughter loves it so much, she asks if she can go to nursery on her non-childcare days!

From when I first contacted the owner at Village End in November until now it has been a delightful experience. He's very attentive and explained everything I needed to know about the pre-school, I received a copy of the weekly menu that they prepare fresh for the children daily. It's a varied menu and I feel my daughter is having all the attention during meal times (she's a fussy eater), so it's been really helpful. My daughter is happy to go to school every day. They are extremely organised on the administrative side and very spot on on information to parents. Their staff is amazing, all the practitioners I had contact with are supportive, attentive and friendly both to parents and children. Lastly, I can say that I feel safe to leave my daughter there to go to work! I'm only sad I didn't find them sooner. Thank you, Village End! God bless you!

From the very beginning we received a very warm welcome from the owner and the team, who took the time to meet us, explain their approach, and understand our requirements. The approach for a gradual acclimatisation of our daughter at the nursery worked perfectly (this was the first time we had put her into a formal nursery setting) and now she really looks forward to her sessions. The booking structure for sessions is flexible and very straightforward via the app. It is so nice to have a genuine family-run business in the village, where the children are cared for and the teachers welcome our daughter by name.

Our daughter loved her time at Village End until she started school. The owner and his team were amazing with her and managing her anxieties with a change of nursery and catering for her dietary requirements. She still asks to go there all the time. We couldn’t recommend Village End and their team highly enough.

I am so happy with Village End Nursery. We decided to send our children here based on previous reviews and Village End surpassed all our expectations. The staff are absolutely brilliant. Our children love both the nursery and the staff. The nursery environment is so welcoming and calm. We couldn’t be happier and when I’m at work I feel so relaxed knowing that my children are in a safe and nurturing place with wonderful people looking after them.

Village End, Creche, Nursery, Pre School & Mini Camp has made such an amazing difference to my family! My twins have thrived since going there, they were suffering from separation anxiety at first as they had not had much social interaction before due to being lockdown babies and the cost of paying double for baby groups. The relaxed atmosphere at Village End and the patience of the staff meant my twins have now settled well and love going to nursery, they are thriving and have grown massively in confidence. The flexibility and the convenience of being able to book ad hoc hours or extend bookings last minute have been a huge benefit to us as my husband and I are both shift workers and can have unpredictable hours. It gives me great piece of mind to know that my children are happy and well looked after while I’m sleeping after a very busy night shift in a&e! I cannot recommend Village End enough!

My little boy attends Village End, Creche, Nursery, Pre School & Mini Camp and absolutely loves it. He has developed so much over the last six months and that’s all thanks to the incredible staff. The girls are so caring and attentive and go above and beyond. Any questions are always answered quickly and efficiently by the owner. This is a safe and homely nursery that caters for all a child needs to develop new skills and I can’t recommend it enough.

I'm so glad this nursery exists, the flexibility of ad-hoc hours and days is amazing, I take my daughter during school holidays and she is dying to go every day. The team are excellent, I highly recommend this nursery.

I could honestly not recommend Village End enough! If you want your child to thrive and develop then this is the nursery for you. My son has been going to Village End for almost half a year now and the amount he has developed since going is amazing. He has learnt to be kind, to sing and dance, to share and to make friends. The way that the owner and the girls run the nursery is just brilliant. They take their time to really understand each child’s needs and support them with their learning and development. Their flexibility with ad hoc is a godsend for me with work! I always feel that my son is in safe and caring hands and I feel so lucky to have found such a brilliant nursery. I recommend Village End to everyone. Thank you to the owner and the girls for everything!

I can't recommend Village End enough. Our son switched from 2 different nurseries, and we were a little apprehensive about him settling. But from the moment he stepped foot inside, we knew he would love it. The staff are wonderful and always coming up with new activities for the children. They pay attention to each child and our son often came home and would tell us that his teachers were his best friends. The free flow setting with mixed ages really helped our son with his speech and eating, as he watched and learnt from the older children. We are updated regularly with pictures/videos and descriptions of what the children have been up to, which helps keep us connected. The Village End app is also very convenient, as any changes to sessions can be made directly from there (a feature we used a lot!). Overall, this has been the best nursery for our son. Flexible hours, amazing staff, and really a home away from home for kids. I would highly recommend Village End to any parent.

The Village End, Manager and the whole of the Village team are family to us. My daughter was previously at another local nursery which was very much micromanaged, with separate rooms which my daughter did not prefer. She stopped eating, so I had to find another alternative as she clearly was not happy. I was recommended the Village End by a family friend who has used the nursery previously for her son nine years ago. I went to take both my 3-year-old and 2-year-old daughters for a taster session and they both loved it. The open area with different stations, the warm welcome and the dedication to each child was immensely supportive for my daughters further development. My husband and I are both emergency front line police officers and we couldn’t recommend this nursery more for flexibility, affordability and management. Keep up the great work!

We moved from Lebanon to England after a traumatic experience. My child started at Village End almost immediately. The staff was very welcoming, warm, attentive, and caring. They made sure she was well surrounded and was enjoying herself and the activities. She has learnt a lot throughout the year and the free flow setting with younger and older kids helped a lot; she feels responsible for the younger ones and learns from the older ones. Village End keeps us updated daily on kids' activities and sends us observations and improvement reports whenever required. The team is definitely making sure she will be more than ready for "big girl school" in September. We are very pleased with Village End and would definitely recommend it to everyone we know.

I switched my daughter's nursery to Village End back in March. I was worried about the effect switching nurseries would have on my daughter, but I needn’t have been. My daughter settled very quickly and loves attending her new nursery, making new friends and now even asks to go on the days she doesn’t attend. She always comes out of nursery with a smile on her face. The staff are so lovely and friendly and always happy to answer any questions I may have. The children enjoy a wide range of activities and I think my daughter benefits from being in a free flow setting with older children. Using the parents' app I am able to see what my daughter has been up to and it’s a nice touch to see uploads regarding her development. The flexibility of being able to add adhoc sessions is a fantastic option, something I often make use of. I’m glad I made the switch to Village End and wish I had come across this nursery sooner.

My daughter has attended Village End for the last 2 years. The staff have been exceptional in helping her settle in and making her comfortable. She went from crying at the door to running in laughing and this was all down to how the staff cared for her. The bond they have with the kids is extraordinary. This setting is definitely recommended, your child will flourish just like mine did. Thank you all so much for everything you did for us the girls will definitely be coming back for summer camp!

Great friendly home feel to this nursery. Great structured play for the children and plenty of time outside. Good staff attrition and flexibility to meet parents needs. It's nice that all the children are in one room, think it gives the younger children better confidence and social skills and allows them to learn from the older children too.

My daughter loves attending Village End nursery. She settled in from day 1 and I feel comfortable that she is in safe hands! I have also noticed that her alphabet and counting has really improved. Thank you to all the staff for doing such a great job.

Excellent nursery with great friendly staff that our daughter loves. It’s a home from home welcoming environment and the children love it. Lots of daily activities and group interaction. Lots of information on the parents' app to keep parents involved.
