Tick Tock Nursery provided a fun, kind, and welcoming environment for my child to play in daily! The staff are all so friendly and provide great communication on my child's progress. I loved the fact that learning through play was a big focus here as children get the chance to be creative and learn in a style that suited them. Thanks for all of your support!

It is my daughter's first time going to play group. I was worried at the beginning. But she settled down very quickly, she loves going there, absolutely enjoys herself in Tick tock. The staff are so nice and friendly. They are very good with children. Highly recommended.

My daughter has been going here since March and loves it. She's come on leaps and bounds. It's reasonably priced and the staff are amazing. It's a lovely setting and very well managed. I wouldn't want my daughter to go anywhere else!

My son has been attending Tick Tock for nearly 4 years and my daughter 1 year. They really enjoy going into nursery and hardly ever get upset at drop-off. When picking them up they're always happy and like to talk about what they did with their day. Their key workers clearly show interest towards them and I have found them always to be approachable. I have no issues with communication and emails are responded in a timely manner. I would recommend Tick Tock to other parents.

I've taken both my sons to this nursery. My eldest has SEN and Tick Tock got him all the help he needed and got him ready for school. I will be forever grateful. My youngest is there now and getting the same care and attention. The staff are approachable and focused on the safety and care of each child. Any issues are normally resolved quickly with no problems.

Both of my children have attended Tick Tock and loved their time there. All the staff are welcoming, friendly and supportive, they would keep me well informed of what my children had been up to that day both on the parent app and when I would speak to them in person. They will come home each day full of stories of fun things they have been up to and are always excited to go back the next day. Tick Tock offers so much flexibility with extended opening hours which worked around my working hours as well as operating holiday clubs which both my children have attended and loved. Can't thank all the staff enough for giving both my children a wonderful start to their lives, they have learnt vital skills there and have gained so much confidence both socially and academically.

I have been extremely impressed with Tick Tock since my daughter began attending. I am always kept well informed of any significant and important information and I always receive a timely response to any of my questions. My daughter is always excited to attend in the mornings and has lots to tell me about her varied day on collection. Care is extremely person-centered and my daughter speaks fondly of all the staff members who are very friendly. There are lots of activities taking place throughout the year and events for children and parents to attend. I would highly recommend Tick Tock to parents looking for childcare.

My son has attended Tick Tock from the age of 11 months, we decided to choose here after hearing really good reviews from our friends and family whose children attended. He is now coming up 3 years and absolutely loves nursery, he always arrives and leaves happy and is very well taken care of. There are always lots of activities throughout the day and you are kept up to date with pictures on the portal which is lovely to see! 10/10 nursery and 10/10 staff as they are always quick to reply to any queries, and I know my son is happy and safe there!

We are extremely pleased with Tick Tock Playgroup. My two children are always very pleased to go into settings the staff are always very pleasant and helpful. All staff work very hard to provide a welcoming, fun and challenging environment for my child, both inside and outside. The provision of a hot lunch is great for my little one as well as my older child being able to take in a packed lunch ( which he loves). My son started with speech difficulties and since attending Tick Tock has improved dramatically. They are very good at reporting areas of concern and suggesting how we can support them at home and what they have put in place in the setting to support them. I'm very pleased to have found Tick Tock.

My son enjoys a lot in nursery. He has learned many things like sharing, tidying up, rhymes, drawing etc. All the staff are friendly and communicative. Initially, my son was not interested in going to the nursery but the understanding and welcoming nature of the staff made him feel better soon after he started going.

My son is very content at Tick Tock nursery. He has been attending two sessions per week for the last year and has really flourished. The manager is brilliant and always answers questions I put to her and always prompt replying to any emails. The staff is fab she always gives me feedback when I collect my child at the end of the session which I find great. On the whole, I'm very happy my son has settled in so well thanks to the staff.

We are extremely pleased with Tick Tock Playgroup. There is great communication regarding events and my child's progress. All staff work very hard to provide a welcoming, fun and challenging environment for my child, both inside and outside. It is clear that good care is paramount to all staff and my child's individual needs and interests are well catered for at all times. The provision of a hot lunch is excellent for my child and supports me, as a working mum. My child loves attending and always talks at home about her friends - children and staff, which shows me how excellent the provision is for them.

Both of our daughters have been to Tick Tock, the youngest is still there. The level of care has been outstanding. They have always left nursery in a happy mood and talk fondly of their time there. The staff are super friendly and have a close bond with our daughters. Our eldest is picked up from school and brought back to the nursery for the after-school club, which has been a life saver.

My Children are happy when I drop them off and pick them up. The staff are friendly and approachable. There’s good communication and regular meetings with key workers. I feel my children are safe and well looked after. I have given satisfactory for some areas as I’m not sure and haven’t seen the provision in place.

The setting is a nice big space with lots of toys and equipment. Clean facilities and great outdoor space. I like that the children get taken out to the park, on day trips and have a dog to visit. Very flexible hours and great that it’s not only term time.

My little girl, who’s two, has been attending since she was 10 months old. All staff are polite, welcoming and always happy to answer any questions in regards to my daughter. I’ve seen great progress in my daughter since being at Tick Tock.

Lovely staff members. Good facilities. Our daughter has grown in confidence in the last two weeks, meeting new people. Any questions I’ve asked the staff have been supportive. I look forward to how our daughter develops and grows there over the next year.

My son has been at Tick Tock since they increased their hours to fit our needs for 9-5 daytime working in January 2019 (they offer 8am to 6pm hours now all at a very good price). He settled in quickly, has made lots of excellent friends who he'll be going to school with and I know he's made lifelong friends already. Tick Tock staff have always been professional and supportive of our son and any concerns we've had over his behaviour. They've worked with us and given great advice when needed. They work closely with the school to ensure easy transition when the time comes and our son is very happy there, we will all miss tick tock when he does go to school. I have no hesitation in recommending tick tock as a wonderful place for parents to send their children.

After another nursery closed in the area my daughter moved to Tick Tock Playgroup and has been there since the start of the year. The staff are very friendly and professional, and communication is easy and open. My daughter is clearly very settled there and has made friends, I drop her off and pick her up with a smile, what more do you want?
