My son goes here and loves it. He has been to several different nurseries in the past but Overton Preschool Playgroup has been amazing for him- they spend a lot of time outdoors, exploring nature, gardening, painting etc. The teachers are amazing and feel they really understand my sons needs and feelings. Very happy and friendly environment with plenty of sensory and active play.

My daughter really enjoys her time here, both when she was younger at the playgroup setting and now at the Preschool, which is attached to the primary school. There's always something new to do or play with, lots of time for crafts and stories, and a brilliant outside space at both settings so the children can play outside every day. I'm impressed every day by the variety of activities the children do, from growing vegetables to building wigwams and practising on bikes and scooters. The staff are well trained, supportive and very caring, making her feel welcome from day 1.

We have had only a positive experience at this pre-school/ playgroup. The staff are friendly, professional and committed to supporting the children in their learning. We feel confident leaving our child in their care and are happy to approach staff with any concerns or worries we may have. Our child has greatly benefitted from her time here.

Can't recommend this playgroup enough. My daughter goes 2 days a week and we are increasing that to 4 days from September as she loves it. The staff are all so friendly and couldn't have done more to help my daughter settle in. The setting she attends (there are two) is warm and welcoming with so many different things to play with and experience. She loves 'carpet time' and singing/reading along with others. They are days out and often take a trip out locally as well. They have a good size garden which is great for a village setting. All in all, very well equipped, great staff and overall 5 stars.
