We absolutely love the nursery staff, everyone is so welcoming and friendly and they have made the transition of our little boy into nursery very easy. He loves it there and is always happy to go in which is a statement to the work of everyone involved. The development feedback is great and really shows how much is done daily to help him thrive. We would love more photos of the activities he does but also understand how busy it must be. Overall, great nursery and would recommend to friends and family.

My child has settled in so well thanks to the efforts of all the staff. He really struggles to sleep and they have gone above and beyond to support me and help him to have his naps at nursery. The staff are lovely and really care about the kids. Great food and activities, what more could I ask for? Thanks all.

My child has settled in really well to the nursery thanks to the support of the amazing staff. They have all been so welcoming and so friendly. Two members of staff in particular have been so warm and smiley every day.

My little boy has only recently started at the nursery and all of the team have been so lovely and helpful. The team are great and I feel confident leaving my little boy here! They have been really supportive during our transition and it's been a real comfort.

All of the staff at Romsey Bright Horizons are brilliant. Communication with me is excellent. I feel that they have genuine affection for the children in their care. The baby room staff have been so kind to me as well as my daughter. I know she enjoys her time there and I don't ever worry about her. Thank you for all you do for her, I am very grateful!

Such a great team here. We have been with this nursery for over 5 years now and our third child has been going for the last 6 months too now and loves it. The staff are so attentive and caring. The management has been great and the children really have fun there. Particular mentions to three members of staff in particular who are wonderful and work so hard!

Our daughter has built up a lovely bond with her key worker and the other staff at Bright Horizons, Romsey. She goes into nursery happy and comes home happy (and in a change of clothes - which means she's had the best time!). The team always give a thorough handover and are happy to have a chat. Only feedback I have is that it would be lovely to get more photos of our daughter at nursery. We get monthly observations which are useful, but day to day would love to see more.

We've got a daughter currently attending this nursery and I can't fault them. The staff are always friendly and make time to welcome her, even when busy. She only took a few weeks to settle in and now looks forward to going. We regularly find our daughter showing developmental progress (i.e. miming to nursery rhymes) that has been instigated by the nursery. The app you have access to is also great and is kept pretty well up to date throughout the day.

Staff have done an incredible job at settling our 2-year-old quickly and comfortably. He absolutely adores the food. Good handovers at the end of every session which is very reassuring. Great range of indoor and outdoor activities encouraging different skills and development. Sensible use of dummy - removed once settled. Very supportive staff with regard to changes at home.

My son has attended this nursery for the past year and has really enjoyed it. The staff are great and always make an effort, even when busy. My son is always happy and excited to attend nursery and sometimes doesn’t want to leave!

My eldest daughter has been attending the nursery since 2019 and my youngest started earlier this year. We don't have a bad word to say about the nursery, our children are very happy there and the staff are excellent, very professional and friendly. We feel very lucky to have this nursery so close to home and enjoy hearing from our eldest about the activities she has been doing with her friends. We also like that our daughters get to spend time together in the garden even though they are in different rooms. We would not hesitate in recommending this nursery to our friends.

Our little one moved down from the baby room to the toddler room and we were really nervous about the transition. His new key person was/is so supportive and our little one bonded with her so well through the settling-in sessions. Two staff members in particular, just have the most wonderful way with the children. You can tell they really love what they do and they have the most wonderful, kind nature. Thank you for always putting up with my over-the-top, parenting requests.

We feel so very lucky that Bright Horizons, Romsey has been so exceptional for our little one. He is absolutely thriving there, tries new things, every day that he goes, from sensory play, to reading, playing and exploring. He is achieving his developmental milestones and being guided perfectly by all the wonderful and well-trained staff. Thank you for being such a happy, wonderful place for our son.

My child has attended the nursery for just over a year since she was twelve months old. All the staff we've encountered have been amazing and she settled in really quickly, she has loved it there. The staff are all so friendly, kind and caring towards my daughter, offering hugs when she needs reassurance. They get up to lots of different activities and are in the garden lots which is great! The food seems healthy and varied and my daughter usually eats very well there.

We have three children at Bright Horizons Day Nursery and Preschool and have always had a consistently excellent experience. The staff are genuine and kind- all children have formed lovely bonds with their key workers and other staff, which is reassuring to see as a parent. The children have come on leaps and bounds since starting at the nursery, which shows a real focus on learning and development. We have not always had easy room transitions or times when the children are not settled, the staff are always great with this, being supportive and generally helpful. Thank you!

We feel very safe and secure dropping our children off each morning. They are cared for and are always greeted with warm smiles. The communication is fantastic and we feel very up-to-date with how their day has gone and any upcoming events. Thank you for everything you do for our children.

Very pleased with Bright Horizons in Romsey. The level of care for our children has been exceptional. Staff are always incredibly friendly and clearly care about the job they do. The children are always doing fun activities and always leave looking like they've had a great day.

Excellent. It was very expensive, but the quality is very good. I feel it's too much for us to keep my son here, but he loves it and will enjoy his time here until he moves on.

Our child has been at Bright Horizons in Romsey since September and we are extremely happy with the care they provide. We have felt our key worker has supported the whole family and they go the extra mile to customise their care for your needs. Our little one always comes back in a great mood.
