View Full Details of Oxford's British Orchard NurseryMy nephew goes to Oxford British Orchard Nursery, and we are really happy with the staff and quality of education here. Kudos to the team! Thank you for taking care of him, it is really his home away from home.
My child has just started at Oxford British Orchard Nursery, and I'm already so impressed with how things are going. The staff are incredibly kind and caring, and it's clear they've made a big effort to help my little one feel safe and comfortable right from the start. Even though we're new, it already feels like a warm, welcoming place. The activities they offer are fantastic! Even in the short time, my child's been there, they've been involved in fun things like arts and crafts, music, and outdoor play. It's great to see my child enjoying it so much. As a parent, it's such a relief to feel confident that my child is in good hands. The staff have been really good at keeping me updated on how my child is settling in, and I can already see the positive impact. Oxford British Orchard Nursery is a lovely mix of care and fun learning, and I'm so happy we chose this place. I'd definitely recommend it to other parents just starting out too!
Our child has been here for a year in the babies room since he turned one. Each member of the babies team has been excellent enabling him to build great connections. Over the last few months, Oxford's British Orchard Nursery have moved to the app which is a regular source of updates and information and have a new manager in place since May, who fully understands the needs of both the parents, the staff and is very open and welcoming of feedback as part of building good relationships with the parents. The building itself is a lovely, open environment with plenty of space along with a large outdoor play area. Would recommend.
A nursery is generally okay but it leaves something to be desired in terms of organisation with the children's things, changing the children's belongings all the time, which ends up causing inconvenience to the parents. Other than that, the nursery is very good.
We couldn't be happier with the care and attention our little one receives at Oxford's British Orchard Nursery! From the very first day, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and reassured, taking the time to get to know our child and tailor their approach to suit their needs. The facilities are fantastic-clean, well-organised, and full of stimulating activities that keep the children engaged and learning throughout the day. What really stands out, though, is the nurturing environment the staff create. Every member of the team is not only professional but also warm and caring, truly going above and beyond to make sure the children feel safe, happy, and supported. Highly recommend!
A lovely nursery that is very 'Up and Coming'. I feel confident and happy sending my son in every morning - he absolutely loves the topics the staff plan out for him and the other children! He just loves being around other children and British Orchard Nursery is perfect for him as it is still quite small and personal. The nursery has U-Turned over the Summer since new management have stepped in and is, in my opinion, thriving. Thoroughly recommend.
My daughter has been enjoying (loving) her time so far at Oxford's British Orchard Nursery. She has been there for just over six months. Whilst there has been the natural change of staff (as is in any employment) but thanks to the great professionalism she has taken to everyone she has been in the care of, which I think is testament to the care and interaction the staff give. Each week there is a new 'theme' that they do activities related to but also just general fun time. I can only say that my daughter goes in with hardly a backwards glance (gutting but good!) and comes out smiling, laughing, and having to say 'bye' to anyone. She then spends the rest of the evening telling me all about what she has done. The staff are friendly and answer any questions. I would not hesitate in recommending this setting. Meals and snacks are routinely changed and the staff ask for things if you have a picky child, they will like. All in all, I am very happy with this nursery.
I've had the pleasure of watching my 3yo thrive at Oxford's British Orchard Nursery the past year, and it has been a wonderful experience. The staff have been exceptional. They are warm, nurturing, and truly passionate about every child. The environment is welcoming, filled with engaging activities that capture the children's imaginations. My daughter comes home every day with new stories to tell, whether it's about her arts and crafts projects or the fun songs she's learned. It's heartwarming to see her so excited about learning and socialising with her peers. The caregivers are attentive and make an effort to understand each child's unique personality and interests. I can see how much my daughter loves her teachers, and it reassures me that she is in safe and caring hands. Overall, I highly recommend Oxford's British Orchard Nursery to any parents looking for a nurturing and stimulating environment for their child. My daughter is flourishing, and I'm so grateful to have found such a fantastic place for her growth and development!
My grandson loves going to Oxford's British Orchard Nursery. The staff are lovely. They are kind and caring and fun too. My grandson often talks of the teachers fondly and always goes in smiling and comes out smiling. They have lots of activities and he has thrived attending. Nothing is too much trouble, everyone is part of an excellent team. I would not hesitate to recommend this nursery. A happy child is a blessing. Thank you to everyone that my grandson is happy in your care.
Our son (now 3 1/2) has attended Oxford's British Orchard Nursery since he was 9-months-old. The care and support has been brilliant. The staff are very attentive, engaged with the children and are brilliant at keeping parents up to date.
The team are fantastic from the time you walk in - to the time you leave. Our daughter loves going - calls her key workers name at home most days.
I honestly can't praise Oxford's British Orchard Nursery and the team enough, we were nervous having moved our daughter from a nursery where we'd been heavily missold the style of "care". With the love and care of the staff, our daughter settled immediately napping over an hour from day one and eating. We continue to be so happy we found such a loving nursery. The team have developed a warm and enriching environment, keep up the good work.
I have full confidence in the staff. My daughter is very happy there and is always pleased to be going to nursery. They are kind and caring with the children and have a very pragmatic and sensible approach. I am never anxious or worried about having my daughter there.
I'm happy with Oxford's British Orchard Nursery. My kids enjoy their time there. The only problem is that when I or my husband ask for something, like to not allow our kid to be outside with only his t-shirt on a really hot day or not allowing him to play with water as he's taking antibiotics - this is not followed. At the end of the day, he is in wet clothes or lightweight ones.
We are very happy with Oxford's British Orchard Nursery. We get regular updates on the app on what our daughter did throughout the day and photos of activities. Messages are always replied to promptly. We also like the fact that there are pet rabbits and other activities. Children go out for walks to different places. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
My son had attended Oxford's British Orchard Nursery for 2-years, including during the pandemic. I would highly recommend this nursery. The staff are incredibly patient, attentive and loving. My son has had a wonderful time here and has learned so much. The nursery is open and bright, with a wonderful outdoor space and room for lots of different activities. There are also two rabbits that the children take care of (under supervision, of course). The in-house cook makes delicious meals that my son wants to re-create at home. Every member of staff knows my son really well, and it is obvious they care about him very much. He is now moving on to primary school, but I know the attention and care he has received at Oxford's British Orchard Nursery will have an impact for the rest of his life.
