I've used Bright Horizons for 5 years, my experiences of the nursery has always been good, from the permanent staff working there. The staffs energy, the environment and teaching methods are great. The manager's work integrating with the local care home has been amazing and drives a great sense of community. Facilities are spacious and clean. Food is good, alternate offerings can be poor ('boring') with dietary requirements. The issue I have with it is that it has always been heavily profit driven by the previous owners and now Bright Horizons. Although they are making a huge return on the nursery, they without fail continue to put their prices up over and beyond a reasonable amount. The high turnover of staff suggest that the fees are going straight into the owners pockets and not the staff's which is the reason the parents go here. Management has to deal with high staff turnover meaning that children and parents will often see new faces.

I cannot speak highly enough of Bright Horizons. The staff have created an incredibly nurturing and stimulating environment where my daughter has thrived. Each team member clearly adores their role which shows in the exceptional care they provide and the genuine connections they have formed with my daughter and all children. The nursery is spotless and inviting, with a fantastic garden for outdoor play. The food menu is varied and freshly cooked on-site. There is an impressive range of activities, and detailed progress reports offer invaluable insights into my daughter's development with suggestions on how to continue outside of nursery. Communication on the app is hassle-free, and pictures are regularly uploaded so I am always kept in the loop. The staff have all been incredibly welcoming and also taken time to get to know my son who comes along before school. I wholeheartedly recommend this nursery to any parent seeking exceptional childcare.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Bright Horizons Nursery! They have been amazing the whole time my daughter has been there and settled in so well. The app they have is a great feature as you can keep in touch if need to and they send you lovely updates throughout the day and they have fresh food cooked on site for their meals. The staff are lovely and so friendly, would recommend to anyone!

Having browsed and visited several nurseries, we decided to go with this Bright Horizon Shoreham-by-Sea Day Nursery and Preschool and has been a great choice for us. Our kid is learning new things every day and the staff have been amazing from day one. Great outdoor space and a chef on site. Would highly recommend in enrolling your kid here.

Couldn’t be happier to have chosen this nursery for my daughter! The staff are so lovely and friendly and my daughter is obviously extremely happy and well looked after here. She settled in so quickly thanks to the amazing settling-in structure. The app is great and is updated regularly throughout the day which I love to keep up with! The nursery is always extremely clean and they feed the children well with fresh cooked food. My daughter has come on leaps and bounds since starting and enjoys herself every day! We’ve moved further away and wouldn’t even dream of changing nurseries. My mum who has put 3 children through nursery always even comments on how great this nursery is to me after she’s picked my daughter up and they include such thoughtful details to make cards and presents for family members without you having to ask. Very grateful to all the staff who look after my baby so well!

I have 2 children at this nursery and I cannot recommend enough. They have both attended since they were around 1 year old and they both thrived in the environment. They have both such a strong bond with the staff and have made such lovely friends.

My daughter has been going to the nursery for 8 months now. She absolutely loves it, she picks up her bag every morning so excited to go. She has lots of fun there and all the staff are so kind. All the facilities are great.

Great care for our little boy who started here aged 11 months. He settled quickly and has formed a strong bond with his key worker. All the staff are so friendly and know all the children well. The app gives lots of information throughout their day and is really easy to use. Would recommend to any friends and family.

My daughter has attended Bright Horizons for just over 2.5 years. She has always been happy ensuring they have a safe, fun environment. The premises are kept to a high standard and they have the luxury of a fabulous outdoor play area. The food is cooked on-site to a high standard (it would be better if they had rotated the menu like they used to). Overall, I am very satisfied with the care that is provided and feel very positive for my son joining next month.

We’ve taken 2 children through this nursery and have been very happy with the overall care and attention paid to both of our children. The staff have been extremely attentive to the kids needs and have nurtured expected milestones very well while keeping us informed along the way. The staff are second to none.

My son is very happy at nursery and enjoys his time at Bright Horizons. The deputy manager and one other staff member, in particular, are great and always keep us informed with how he is getting on. My son talks about the friends he makes and the activities he takes part in. His favourite part of nursery is the garden.

We have had a really positive experience with our daughter changing nurseries and starting here. She loves going to nursery and her days are always full of fun. The staff are all really lovely and give daily updates.

Our daughter loves it so much, and can’t wait to go back. They learn something new every day. Her speech improved a lot since going to nursery. Nice variety of meals, even though she is a fussy eater there is always something for her to eat with every meal.

We are so thrilled with our experience of the Shoreham by Sea, Bright Horizons. The staff are so kind, caring and attentive to our baby's needs. The communication on drop off and pick up is so helpful and being able to see what she has been up to on the app is ideal. The manager is wonderful and personable and we feel reassured sending our baby in.

Lovely nursery. Staff are really great with the kids. My child has a great time every day. The outdoor space is amazing so being able to run around all day is ideal for my now pre-schooler. Good balance between lovely activities for the kids and just letting them play with their friends.

This is such a lovely nursery. Really personal and dedicated care for the kids. My child has major food intolerance issues and needs a highly specialised diet, which I worried would be difficult when sending him to nursery. But the whole team have been so helpful and supportive, cooking him his own individual meals. Can't thank them enough.

This nursery is exceptional, I'm so happy I chose Happysaurus for my daughter, having attended from 10 months old she's learned so much and always looks happy at pick up, babbling about her day. The cameras that can give me a peek into her day are a lovely idea - although I trust her keyworker entirely. It's always so lovely to see her having fun and playing with friends. Happysaurus Nursery is a wonderfully bright, warm and nurturing environment where my son is learning beautifully. There are many different wonderfully prepared activities, a variety of learning measures to support his learning. The staff are incredibly welcoming and supportive and my son thoroughly enjoys attending nursery here.

Both my son and daughter have attended the Saurus group of nurseries with my daughter being at Happy since she was 18 months old. Staff are amazing, dedicated, nurturing and go above and beyond to ensure the safety and emotional well being of both child and parents at times! Continuously improving and adding to their impressive garden and play area and do some interesting creative work too. Healthy and innovative freshly prepared food. Could not recommend them high enough, facilities are amazing but it’s the staff that sets this place apart from all its competition in Shoreham.

My daughter started in September at 9 months and my husband and I are so pleased with the care and attention she receives. We love that she will be in the baby room until she is 2 and can really establish herself there. There is so much space (3 rooms for the babies alone) and she gets to do so many exciting things while she is there. We also love that we get a record sheet of her day so we can easily refer to this. Thank you to everyone for making her transition to nursery so easy and for all the love and care you give her!

Lovely nursery. Staff are really great with the kids. My child has a great time every day. The outdoor space is amazing so being able to run around all day is ideal for my now pre-schooler. Good balance between lovely activities for the kids and just letting them play with their friends.
