My child attends this nursery and has settled in so well. I am very happy with the education he receives along side the care from his teachers. His settled in amazingly in a short period of time with the support of his teachers. By attending nursery it has also allowed him to experience being more independent in his every day life which he uses at home

As a nervous first time mum sending her 9 month old to nursery, the staff at Crescent Day Nursery have been incredible. From the settling in days, I have received clear and timely information about my child which has put me at ease. Since starting nursery my child has become more confident and is rapidly acquiring new skills. He is more inquisitive and is now able to focus on activities for longer periods of time. My son thoroughly enjoys nursery from the activities to the food. The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable and I look forward to the photos and comments uploaded of him each week. The weekly newsletters are informative and it is great to know about all the enrichment activities on offer for my son. Thank you so much to all the amazing staff at Crescent- looking forward to many more happy years here!

We highly recommend Crescent Nursery. Attending Crescent Nursery has really improved our son's overall development. The nursery has a great environment for learning; it is always clean, well equipped with a large play area with high quality early years education facilities and care for toddlers, they have helpful activities and events for parents as well. They have also been extremely accommodating with the unique challenges that come with taking care of and teaching our child. My son genuinely loves going there everyday, he has formed a special bond with his teachers.

From our perspective, the nursery and staff are second to none. Our daughter has a number of challenges with her speech and eating (she is a very fussy eater); the manager and two staff members in particular and the rest of the team have been extremely accommodating in helping and assisting us to work collaboratively to support her. When we looked at other nurseries in the area, hardly any wanted to entertain our daughter's eating issues, let alone her allergies, and some did not even show any interest in assisting with her speech development. The staff are exceptional. They always keep us informed on our daughter's progress and continue to support her in every way possible. We are incredibly grateful for their support and our daughters' progress since working with the team (who are more like our extended family now). We have personally recommended the nursery to several other families as they focus on the children and parents to ensure a well-informed and collaborative experience.

Our son has been attending Crescent Day Nursery, specifically the Ladybird Room, since September 2nd, and we couldn't be happier with our experience! From day one, the staff has been exceptionally caring, attentive, and nurturing, making sure he feels comfortable, safe, and valued every single day. The Ladybird Room is always warm and welcoming, creating an ideal environment for young children to learn, play, and explore. The staff are fantastic at fostering both creativity and curiosity, encouraging each child's unique personality. It's heartwarming to see my child growing more confident, sociable, and expressive in such a positive space. We truly appreciate the open communication from the staff, who are always updating us on his progress and activities. Crescent Day Nursery has become like a second home for our little one, and we couldn't recommend it more highly for any parent looking for a loving, supportive, and enriching nursery experience for their child!

Crescent Day Nursery is an amazing nursery, and enrolling my child over the past two years has been one of the best decisions I've made. From the Caterpillars class to Pre-School, the staff has been exceptional, and my child always looks forward to coming in and having fun. Our son started at Crescent Nursery around 3 months ago. I was initially (naturally) nervous about leaving him for the first time but immediately felt so reassured by the team (particularly the Caterpillar team leader) that he was in safe hands. I can see that he has developed really good bonds with two staff members in the team and feel confident in the care and support he's receiving there. I absolutely love reading about the weekly themes and learning focus' that they have in his room on the newsletter that is sent around and can see he's already been exposed to so many fun and educational activities. Outdoor play is really important to me too and is something I was really pleased to see that Crescent have a focus on. The app is regularly updated so I know what he has been working on and can carry this on at home. I've also been blown away by the meals that he's having and the additional activities and events that the nursery are putting on, which we've loved getting involved in.

Our son has been attending for 11 months- the key workers and staff have been brilliant with him and accommodating. Our son has grown in confidence and his speech is excelling way above his age group. The nursery has different events such as stay and play, parent days, and celebrations in the nursery which we love. Our son absolutely loves the meals that are cooked every day and has a broad range of home-cooked food whilst he is there which he enjoys. The care has been amazing so far and I would recommend it to others.

Absolutely value and appreciate all that Crescent day nursery do for our baby boy. On nursery days I trust that he is in safe hands with Abbie his key worker. I know that he is stimulated all day long whilst we are at work and not just being kept alive until home time. The team helped raised my eldest son and I can see the same care and attention being given to his little brother.

Very impressed with the baby room. Staff are nurturing and go the extra mile to know your child. Lots of effort goes into planning activities and the children always seem very calm and happy in the nursery.

The caterpillar team is fantastic, our little one loves them all. The kids look engaged and have fun. He has also developed a lot. They are also quite aware of his mood and let us know how he is doing. I would definitely recommend the team.

My son attended Crescent for 1 and half years. He joined bumblebees and then the preschool room. He really enjoys the garden and variety of activities/excursions. The staff are fantastic, patient and very welcoming. The stuff my son shares at home shows how much he is learning at Crescent. He is really keen on recycling and being an eco committee member. We’ve now moved away from Birmingham this week and we will really miss the setting. We would prefer to have stayed until the summer. I am grateful for the flexibility at the nursery to accommodate our son when our sale/move was delayed by 6 weeks. Overall I highly recommend the nursery, team and learning my son achieved while in attendance. The friendliness, quality and variety of meals and communication allowed me to enjoy and experience my son’s development. Thank you Crescent.

Our girls started Crescent Day Nursery a few months ago and I can’t express in words how happy I am with how well they’ve settled in. I was so worried about them starting a new nursery, especially with the youngest never having been to one before, but we couldn’t be happier. The moment you walk in, you’re greeted with friendly staff up until you drop them to their rooms. Both of them not only adore their key workers, but they talk about so many different staff members and what activities they’ve done with them. I am always coming home with proud masterpieces of what they’ve been up to during their day! Feedback is always so detailed, and we are always getting regular updates via the app. The weekly newsletter is brilliant, so we can always add events to our diary in plenty of time. I can honestly say I could not have picked a better nursery for my girls and I can’t thank every single person at Crescent Day enough for not only making the transition so smooth for them, but for us too!

My 4-year-old daughter spent the last 2 years at Crescent Day Nursery and I cannot recommend it enough. Pros: -Lovely friendly staff that genuinely cares about the children and celebrate their personalities. My daughter has bonded very well with her key workers. - Great facilities, especially the outdoor play area. - My daughter has multiple food allergies which they were able to accommodate. They offer varied nutritious meals which she enjoys very much. Keep up the great work!

The teachers and all the staff are kind, helpful and always attentive to my little girl's every need. My little girl is constantly stimulated by new games and activities. Excellent and varied food, comfortable environments, lots of material available and a green space to play in.

Crescent Day Nursery is great, my daughter is 2 and a half years old and doing incredibly well. She has built wonderful relationships with their key workers. The staff are all friendly and very helpful. So happy I chose this nursery. I feel my daughter is safe, she is learning new things.

Ever since starting at Crescent Day Nursery, our daughter has developed wonderfully especially in terms of social and language skills. She enjoys her time there which is quite evident in her behaviour. It also gives us a sense of security knowing that she is in a happy and safe place when we are at work!

Our 11 month old daughter has been going to Crescent Day Nursery for the last 2 months and we could not be happier with our choice of nursery. There is always space in the car park to drop off/pick up, the staff are very friendly and helpful and the care, activities, facilities, garden, food, updates/feedback from staff etc. has surpassed all our expectations. Our daughter is always smiling and happy when I drop her off and pick her up, so is clearly enjoying her days at nursery.
