Most mum's would agree, you either like or dislike a nursery within the first five minutes of walking into a nursery, yet it took me less than two to decide this was the place where my son would be the happiest, most loved and cared for. Having been to lots of different nurseries with my older child and visited more with my son, this ticked all my boxes and more. I walked into the room to see children having a nap with beautiful soothing music, the environment was clean and tidy with huge space, plus a sensory room. Staff were kind, friendly and caring. 100% would recommend.

My child has been to this nursery for six months. It has been a lovely transition for her to preschool. She has been in a calm, friendly environment that encourages and supports learning. It also supports imaginative play which is important for this age group. The staff are approachable, warm and friendly and are an asset to the nursery. I will definitely be recommending the nursery to family and friends.

I have two granddaughters at United Kids Childcare and in my opinion, they could not be in better hands. Both of them are very happy to be left there, all the staff are very pleasant and always happy to help in any way they can. Summed up in one word - marvellous. A very good team and would recommend them to anyone.

My daughter has come on leaps and bounds since she started United Kids Childcare. I can't fault them at all. The staff are very friendly. My daughter can now sit up on her own and claps her hands when asked at eight months old, she is always happy to go there. She is always clean and changed at the time of pick up. She is tasting new foods and finger foods every day. If anyone asks about United Kids, as they are thinking about sending their child there, I always praise the staff and tell them my children are coming on really well after going there.

My daughter started at United Kids in April after a horrible experience at another nursery where she would not settle. From our first visit, the manager was very polite and flexible with what we wanted for our girl. There was no pressure to sign up to a certain number of days like some nurseries. It was just about what we wanted. The facilities are first-class and so is the service. Staff are kind and caring towards our girl. She instantly settled at United. She loves going in. She is flourishing! They give feedback on how she is doing, which we love. Keep up the great work!

As a mom reluctant to leave my six month old and return to work, United Kids really made me feel at ease. I looked at a few nurseries and got the best feeling from this one. There is no other nursery I would leave him with. The staff are all friendly and professional and the facilities available are amazing. My son loves nursery and has settled in well. He loves attending nursery and has never once been upset when I’ve left him. He always has a smile on his face when he sees the girls as he arrives. He has been there for a few months now and is exceeding my expectations with his development and I can’t thank the girls enough for this.

My son is doing very well at the nursery and I am more than happy with this place. Since day 1, they are amazing with both children and parents. Five stars for the premises and for the staff, whose very organised and very professional. You can pop in any time of the day and you will see the cleanliness of the space from all the rooms they have got. As a parent, it is difficult to trust a place, but I am amazed with this one. My child started nursery September 2018. He settled in very well. He felt comfortable to express his personality in the nursery surroundings. He enjoys the activities and is a very happy child and his warm, approachable nature shines through. He enjoys learning and feels comfortable around his peers and teachers. The environment is welcoming, friendly, bright and spacious for children to develop and learn.

It was nice to see the other parents and children. It was a lovely experience to be able to do small tasks with my child in her nursery environment. The staff were amazing too, very welcoming.

It's a safe and very professional place. Makes parents and children feel very welcome. Children learn a lot. It's a very nice place to send children of all ages.

The nursery has an excellent team and all the staff are very welcoming and are very professional. The care my child receives is outstanding and I can clearly see the progress my child is making on a daily basis. I feel that my son is very happy and always looks forward to attending and has a good relationship with everyone.

My daughter settled here very well. All staff very helpful and patient with me. If I have any concerns, they listen very carefully and in detail. I am happy with their service.

Fantastic staff who are really kind and have the children's needs and care as their priority. Even though the nursery is new, it is still the best I've visited out of a long list. Couldn't say enough nice things about the place. I would defiantly recommend.

I have been looking for a nursery for my son for the past few months. I was really happy when I was given a show around by the manager of United Kids Childcare. She was extremely knowledgeable about the care my son would receive. I was really happy with how clean the nursery is and how the staff use aprons and gloves when my son is eating. He has settled in really well and has started to form some bonds with the staff in the rooms. The induction process was really helpful as it provided us with time to talk with his key person and get to know how the nursery ran. I would recommend this nursery to any parent who is looking for somewhere for their child to learn and develop. My son has already started to communicate more and gets really excited when we pull up outside the nursery in the morning.
