View Full Details of Eagle Nursery (Green Lanes)Both my children have attended Eagle Nursery and have really flourished in the environment. Staff are caring and very invested. There are plenty of toys and activities, and the garden area is great. I like that there's lots of communal space for children of different age groups to play together, but then separate areas where the children can have age-appropriate activities. There's a lovely community too, with regular breakfast get-togethers and a Christmas party for all the parents to attend.
We have 2 children, who have both attended the Eagles since just after their 1st birthday. The staff are all wonderfully kind and caring and do an amazing job of creating a fun and educational place for the children to spend time. Our youngest joined just after the 1st lockdown ended and I was nervous about how she would integrate as she hadn’t had contact with anyone outside our household for more than 3 months. But by the 2nd day, she was happy and excited to leave us at the door! The nursery has 3 rooms for activities tailored to the different age groups. But I like that there is also some free-flow and group activities where everyone joins in together, so our children sometimes get to learn together during the day. Leaving your children at nursery is a big step, the staff really care and this shows in how happy our children are each day. If you want a nursery where the staff have warm hearts and welcome your children and you into their family, then I couldn’t recommend anywhere more.
My son is 1 year old and currently attends Eagle Nursery. The staff are the most friendly and supportive that I saw in any of the nurseries I visited. The food is fresh and varied and prepared with a lot of care- my son has food allergies and they are very supportive about it. My daughter also attended Eagle until she went to school and the large upstairs play space for older children is a real benefit to the nursery. Eagle nursery encourages a real community atmosphere by holding Christmas events, multicultural evenings, summer trips, sports days, etc. I would highly recommend this nursery to local parents who want good value for money and to know that staff are genuinely caring and love children.
