We have had a wonderful experience at Pippas House Reigate. Our daughter has been there since she was 1 years old and has thoroughly enjoyed every moment. She has made friends, learnt new skills, and the teachers have helped shape her into a thriving little girl. We always feel so happy collecting her knowing she's had a fulfilling & productive day. The communication from staff has always been brilliant and we feel they are very attentive & thoughtful. Our daughter had really enjoyed her time at Pippas House Reigate & we look forwards to her settling into pre-school as her next class.

Pippas House has been a great Nursery for our son for over a year now. Hes made some really great friends with the other children and really loves the staff! He is able to really thrive and ejoy himself there which is the most important thing for us as parents! we are very happy we choose Pippa's house as our nursery!

Pippas House have been absolutely AMAZING for both our little ones. They enjoy each day, learning a lot and come out at the end of the day with big smiles on their faces. The staff really get to know the children and are so caring and supportive. I would highly recommend Pippas House to anyone in the area looking for a nursery for their little ones, you won't be disappointed! A big 5 stars!

Our daughter loves Pippa's House and so do we. After a happy time in babies, she's now in boppers (the toddler room) and loves getting down and dirty with the crafts, dancing to music, playing in the garden with all the toys, dressing up, and creating new things. She seems to be learning so much, and she sleeps well and eats well too. It's also lovely that the practitioners have really got to know her and enjoy seeing her grow in confidence and curiosity. The office staff are also very professional and caring - confident and experienced.

A lovely nursery - we are very happy to have moved our son to Pippa's House Nursery last summer. The staff have been wonderful with him and he's really developed since being there. Would highly recommend this nursery!

Our daughter joined Pippa's House Nursery in the baby room, transitioning from another nursery, and the leadership team supported my nervousness throughout. On days that I felt I needed to better know how she was, they'd call and send photos, so by the time she moved up to the Boppers room, I wasn't nervous about she'd handle the change. She's made lovely friends and comes home every day telling us the names of staff and is excited every morning to go and see them. Overall,how a very professional and caring environment that we're really happy with.

It's taken quite a while for my baby to settle in, but over January and start of February, I've noticed him reaching his arms out to his room leaders and having fantastic naps. We've had some really lovely creative pictures and cards sent home and we couldn't be happier with the care that he is receiving! It makes it so much easier to go to work knowing that he is really happy there.

Our son has always had an amazing time at Pippa's House in Reigate. October is his birthday month and on his birthday he had an amazing day with his friends at nursery, he came home very excited about sharing some treats with his friends and told us about his friends singing Happy Birthday to him.

After a frightening experience at another local nursery, I worried I would never find a nursery I trusted to look after my daughter. I was recommended Pippa's House by a friend and they have been absolutely phenomenal. My daughter started in Babies, then Boppers and is now a big girl in Explorers. The staff in every room have been exceptional. They are all so caring, kind and fun. They genuinely care about the children and it shows in how supportive they were even when it took my daughter a while to settle in. Now she is in Explorers room and they are fantastic, she is so happy, she looks forward to nursery and has lots of really good friends. So much effort is put in each day with all the stimulating activities for the children and the lovely food. The attitude within the room and the nursery as a whole is so positive and happy. We absolutely love being part of the Pippa's House family.

My son joined the Boppers room at Pippa's House and I was extremely nervous about how the transition would go. He took time to adjust but he is good now. A particular member of staff was his key worker in Boppers and she did an amazing job in bringing on his speech and supporting his interactions with other children. Then when he moved to Explorer, another staff member was the key worker and my kid love to play with her. (When we asked, who is your friend in daycare and his reply was the mentioned key worker in Explorer). Now, he moved to preschool and he is enjoying a lot there. Overall staff and management are really good.

Our son has been attending Pippa's House since September. Can't fault the staff or nursery, our son loves coming into the nursery each morning and the staff are very welcoming. He's always doing different activities and using the garden whenever the weather allows. This is our son's 3rd nursery (due to us relocating jobs) and can honestly say it's the best one. Staff seem to really care about each child and seem to love their job. Our son's development has come on leaps and bounds and we couldn't be happier. He does like to come home and ask when he can see the staff again. Overall fantastic nursery. Highly recommend.

Our son loves Pippa's House and has become much more independent. The staff are so friendly and hardworking - the communication is excellent. We get frequent updates on how our son is doing and the staff put on different activities every day which our son loves and learns so much from. The outdoor space is great and the babies and the nursery make a point of getting them out to play in the fresh air.

We love Pippa's House in Reigate! We moved here 18 months ago and the team were so great at settling our daughter in. She's always happy to be there and loves the staff. We get great communication and always know what's going with our daughter and how her day has been. The manager is helpful, responsive and flexible! I don't think we could ask for anything more! We will miss Pippa's House so much when our daughter goes to school next year.

My daughter has now been at Pippa's house for almost 3 months and has settled so well into babies room. The staff from her keyworker to management and the chef, are all so caring, communicative and are super lovely. The practitioners all work so hard to ensure nurture is at their core and my daughter has already made great bonds with them. The rooms are so wholesome with smiling faces from the staff and decorated with the children's artwork. The chef has been absolutely brilliant with my daughter's intolerances and she eats so well there, we love hearing about the menus so we can re-create these wholesome meals at home. Her key worker has been such a huge part in her settling, we still can't believe our breastfed co-sleeping baby naps so well at nursery, up to 2+hrs which has been made so much easier with the nap room and staff who are really approachable and listen to your worries and really work hard in ensuring the babies are happy and content there.

We couldn't be happier with our experience at this preschool! Our 3-year-old son struggled in his previous setting, but since starting here, he has thrived. The staff are incredibly supportive, nurturing and patient, and they've really helped him build confidence and feel comfortable. The staff go above and beyond and my son runs in happily everyday which is lovely to see: We've seen such a positive change in his social skills, communication, and overall enthusiasm for learning. It's clear that they genuinely care about each child's growth and well-being. Highly recommend!

My son started at Pippa's House Reigate this summer. I am beyond happy with our experience so far! My son has attended alternative nurseries prior to joining Pippa's House, and I can truthfully say that the care he has received here has been on another level of amazing. The team at Explorers are nurturing, caring, and approachable. My son adores all of the staff and often gives them cuddles/shows excitement to see them each morning. Not only do the staff work brilliantly as a team to create a safe, happy, and engaging environment for the children, but they also take the time to develop a rapport with the parents, which is really important. If you are considering sending your child to Pippa's House, you won't regret it! They're fabulous!

Our 15-month-old son has been attending Pippa's for about a month now in the Baby Room and we're really happy with how it's going! We feel that the staff have been amazing, which made the settling process easier for us. I love the use of the app that staff use to upload photos and info about anything they've done that day. They go into detail about activities they've done and we love seeing how creative the team gets with this; they do lots of sensory play! Recently they did a surprise photoshoot with the babies for Halloween and our son looked like he'd been having the best time and was smiling away with the biggest grin on his face - we loved this! I can see that the staff really do care about the children and that they build bonds with each of them. A few other key things we love is the outdoor area which they go out in multiple times a day, the variety of balanced food and snacks for meal times, and that they have a separate room with cots for nap times in the Baby Room.

My child has attended Pippa's house since she was 9 months old, she has truly flourished there under the care of the brilliant staff in the baby room. I can tell that they have genuine care for the children, and my daughter has a very good bond with all of them, especially her key worker. I enjoy seeing the daily updates of all the activities they put on for the children. Aside from the staff being amazing, I like the fact that the babies have a separate garden to play freely and a separate sleep room. The food is also a plus, it is varied and nutritious. The management are always accommodating and I feel comfortable asking them any questions I have. Thank you for taking such good care of my daughter!

Our 1-year-old only attended for 2 weeks but it was clear from the outset that this was not the right setting for her. During the settling sessions, most of the staff appeared uninterested in getting to know her and did not engage with us. I was concerned to see babies upset and left unattended whilst staff prioritised other tasks such as cleaning up. The room leader was unable to answer many questions and we were never allocated a key worker. In fairness to the nursery, they responded very appropriately to my concerns and made some changes including a new room leader. I believe when they say our experience was not typical or the standard they aim for. They also arranged a refund for us. However, it was an upsetting experience and she has now settled very well in an alternative nursery.

My son is happy and enjoys the activities held in his class. He is learning very quickly. Staffs are very friendly and caring. The surroundings are very clean and the nursery creates a positive approach.
