My daughter has been going to Chetsnut since the start of February 2024. She was 7 months old when she started so I was very nervous, but the staff have been absolutely brilliant and she loves it there. Her key worker is lovely and I feel totally relaxed when she’s in for the day. Highly recommend.

My little girl has been going from just over 1 and always loves going in. She has always had lots of varied activities and talks about her friends and having a great time. I have always found all the staff kind, professional and clearly enjoy what they do and seeking to make nursery fun and a place the young people grow. We had some special needs and there was great understanding and help in managing this. I would highly recommend the nursery and can't thank the staff enough for their great work and excellent care.

The care and development of my child is brilliant. They do a variety of activities and my child talks to me about what they have done that day. My child is happy to come to nursery every day. Lovely nursery with such a good approach to children.

Immediately on viewing the nursery, we could see all the children were happy and friendly, the play areas were amazing, and it was the garden that sealed the deal. The baby room key workers were very good at getting our daughter to settle in. I'd like them to be stricter on allowing illnesses into the nursery as she kept catching bugs, including Strep A. The room, especially in the summer, is so hot I worried she'd overheat, with limited outdoor access too. Other than that, I simply can't fault them. The toddler room has free access to outside, which has improved her happiness here. I have seen a huge increase in her ability, speech and understanding of the world since the move to this room. Staff are kind and friendly, they give a good handover when we pick her up and they put on varied activities and are thoughtful i.e. water play on hot days, making us cards. They follow more of a gentle parenting technique which we prefer and she really enjoys going here. I'll be forever grateful.

We have always had a really positive experience with Chestnut Nursery, Sewell Park. They listen and value our wishes, support us with any questions and communicate well with us. We couldn't be happier that our daughter gets such a good experience with the team. Thank you.

The only thing I have to say is not nice when they send my daughter only with her body in a coat home and the times she mostly comes home with too much of a smell of food on her face and hands. Everything else is very good. My daughter loves going to nursery.

The adults at nursery are very professional and approachable. They are very welcoming when dropping off and seem genuinely excited to see my son. They seem to have a very caring and nurturing approach. We are regularly informed of our son’s progress through the app and they offer a wide range of engaging activities, allowing my son to use and learn a range of skills whilst gaining invaluable knowledge and experiences.

A wonderful and friendly team, many educational games and activities for children, good playground. My child gets ready and goes to nursery with great pleasure and I think this is the highest praise that can be.

Our daughter always looks forward to her days at nursery. She feels happy, confident and safe there and always comments on how lovely the staff are and the fun activities they have been doing. We have found staff to always communicate promptly with us if we have any queries and we highly recommend the nursery to other parents.

We have found Chestnuts Nursery School @ Sewell Park to be a great environment for our child. They have shown support in different areas throughout time at nursery, supporting with trying foods and dealing with allergies. The staff are all friendly and supportive. Range of activities and themed events. Good support for learning to write names, recognise letters etc,

I am very pleased for my daughter to attend Chestnut Sewell Park Nursery. She seems to absolutely love it there, they do so much with the children has she learned so much while being there. All the staff are also very friendly and helpful.

Our daughter loves going to Chestnut Nursery School @ Sewell Park two days a week. She is such a sociable, happy child and we believe going to nursery since she was 7 months old has contributed to this. We love receiving all the arts and crafts she does in class. We have already booked our next unborn baby to attend early in 2025.

Nursery staff are friendly and very informative during pick-ups, talking about activities my child has taken part in and food intake in the day. The staff have always maintained a professional composure and always willing to lend a hand when it comes to any paperwork that may need doing.

My son - enjoys going into nursery every morning - he only goes two days a week but absolutely loves it! And he is really starting to come along with everything. So glad I found this nursery place and decided to put him in. I know when he has to leave he will be sad.

My daughter is approaching one year with this nursery. She has grown so much in confidence since being with them. She has a great key worker who is very child-focused and understanding of my daughter's cultural needs and religious needs. I'm regularly updated on her progress. Meeting frameworks and milestones. I'm happy I found this place for her.

Hello. I am very pleased with that nursery. My son is happy as well. He enjoys spending time in that area and he has shown to us new skills. The nursery staff have been very communicative and great. I am very grateful to them.

Both my children have attended Chestnut Nursery Sewell Park from baby room to pre-schooler and loved it! The staff are amazing and truly seem to care about the individual child and their needs. Rooms are spacious and well-equipped for play, learning, dining and all other needs. Both my daughter and son thrived and love attending here. Only thing I would improve slightly is the communication and would like to see more regular updates on the parent app. This being said, handovers at drop off and pick up are great! I feel my children are well cared for and nurtured by all staff including the chief who is fab!

Amazing nursery, staff are great, the only thing I would have loved was a different app so it's easier to see what she's done, eaten, pooped, etc. The app they use is good but I think the other app gives more options for the practitioners to inform parents of their child's day.

Very happy with this nursery. Only downside was my daughter banging her head and getting a bump on her head, which I wasn't informed of until I queried it myself which I found upsetting. The issue was dealt with promptly and I felt reassured after this.

I do love sending my daughter to nursery as she enjoys her time there. The key workers are lovely and they have a lovely bond with my daughter. There was a point where there were too many key workers all leaving at once and it made the whole atmosphere unsettling for the children, but since becoming fully staffed, they have turned things around and making a difference. The manager at the nursery is amazing and we as parents have a good relationship with her and that's really important.
