As a new parent, sending my now one-year-old to nursery was a significant transition for our family, which started last October. We have been impressed by the warm and welcoming environment created by the team. Each member is not only incredibly professional but also genuinely caring. My son has created a strong bond with his key worker as well. The level of attention and care they provide has truly eased my worries as a parent. I feel reassured knowing that he is in such capable hands. The team goes above and beyond to create a nurturing environment where he can explore, learn, and grow with other children. I am forever grateful for the positive impact this nursery has had on his development. Thank you to the entire team for your dedication and for making this transition a positive experience for our family. We couldn't be happier with our choice, and I highly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for a safe and loving environment for their little ones.

Perfect Start Day nursery Horsham and their lovely staff have gone above and beyond taking care of our little one. Our boy has gone to the nursery since he was one and now he is 3 in preschool. Our boy has special needs that would have gone completely under the radar if the nursery hadn't noticed them! They supported us through this journey and have made every referral possible to get him seen and sorted. He feels very loved and secure in his classes and he adores his carers. We absolutely love and recommend Perfect Start Nursery at Horsham!

My child was in the baby room since March and loves her carers, specially her key worker. She would run to them every morning for a cuddle, and she loved playing and dancing and exploring. She has always been so happy to go to her class, it made going back to work so easy for me. They are lovely, caring, warm and sweet ladies. She has now transitioned to the toddler room and they have made sure it was a gradual process for my child.

My son joined the nursery in October 2024 and we couldn't be happier - the staff have been amazing at settling him in and growing his confidence. We're really seeing big leaps in his development and confidence and I'm sure a big part of that is due to the nursery and staff with age appropriate and independence building activities.

I was nervous for my little boy to start nursery, only being 10 months, but I was instantly filled with confidence when I saw how happy he was and how much he enjoyed spending the time with staff and enjoying the varied activities. Staff know him well and give a very thorough handover at the end of the day. They know the children really well and everyone in the baby room seems content. All the staff have been so lovely, from the management to the baby room staff. They all do an amazing job. My son's reports are regularly updated so I can see his progress. He is always happy to be left in the care of his key worker and all the other staff members in the room. When collecting him, he's always busy engaging in an activity or having a cuddle with staff which as a parent is so lovely to see. We love them so much we've already signed up our unborn baby there! I cannot recommend enough.

Our son attended Prefect Start in Horsham for the last three years. Ever since we met the team they have been true to their word in helping develop and nurture him into the boy he is today. From the activities that are set up to the food they are given to the updates we get each day, we have been so delighted with this Nursery. The employees made a big difference and us as parents and our son will remember this human experience and are truly grateful - thank you.

We loved our time at Perfect Start. Our daughter attended here since 2021 and has just left as she starts school in September. So many fabulous teachers in each room. Very sad to say goodbye now but feel we made real connections to progress to her next stage of education.

My son has been with the nursery since 2020 and we couldn't be happier. All the staff he has ever come across have been so friendly with him, even my older two children who come in with me at collection. The activities set out are varied every day and are always differently themed. It's going to be a sad time when we have to say goodbye when we move on to big boy school this year! Thank you for everything you have done for my son!

I cannot praise Perfect Start enough. My little girl loves it there and always looks forward to going especially when she knows a particular member of staff is going to be there to do her hair! A particular member of staff and her team are awesome. I cannot praise the nursery enough.

We couldn’t be more happy with our experience at the nursery. We have had two children there and both have flourished under the care of the lovely staff. The activities are varied and engaging, the food is excellent and the staff really go the extra mile to ensure the children feel looked after. Thank you for looking after our girls!

We couldn’t be happier with Perfect Start Horsham, from the moment we walked in we knew it was the perfect place for our son. From his settling-in sessions to starting full days, every member of staff we see is so polite and friendly. Each room is set up incredibly, and the outside space is lovely. We’re looking forward to watching our son learn so much here.

Our experience at this nursery has been nothing short of amazing! The staff is incredibly dedicated and caring, creating a nurturing environment for the first and now second child. Very welcoming and professional since our first enquiry. Friendly team of staff who all have your child’s best interest at the forefront of their minds. This is noticed by the great activities they create throughout the day and the willingness of my child to go to a member of the team at drop-off.

Perfect Start really is a perfect start. Our son attended the nursery between the ages of 1.5 and 4 years old, and he always came home each day so happy, despite the long hours spent there. The team are always friendly and approachable, always coming up with new and interesting activities often based on the interests shown by the children under their care. We always found the Manager and her team to be happy to listen to any concerns we had, always sympathetic and prepared to give up their time to discuss anything concerning the children. His teacher supported us with any SENCO matters, and the cooking provided by the chef who was so good that our son still talks about certain meals she provided and how it just isn't the same anywhere else. If the team here in Horsham were running a primary School I very much doubt they would ever have gotten rid of us. Thank you to everyone who helped our family along in our journey. We won't forget you.

Our son joined Perfect Start as a shy and slightly anxious child in the summer of 2021 after our move. Two years later he leaves a kind, confident and creative little dude. This is in large part due to the wonderful staff at Perfect Staff. They brought him out of himself and supported him relentlessly. They helped him find his interests as well as steering him through a difficult period of behaviour after an operation. We couldn't have hoped for a better nursery when we moved to Horsham. We will genuinely the manager and the guys. Just fantastic.

Perfect Start, without a doubt, is the best choice we’ve made for our children. Having your children in the care of others is always difficult for new parents but, we had no fears about leaving our little ones in their fantastic care. From settling-ins to weekly observations, and general chitchats with the management team and practitioners, you really do begin to feel like you’re part of a family. Our children have no frets in entering the nursery and are always eager to get to their rooms, getting involved with the fantastic activities that are planned and organised daily. We have a child with complex medical needs who attends the setting and the staff have been amazing, going out of their way to ensure his needs are consistently met so he has the same opportunities and outcomes as every other child, he never feels left out and adores the attention he receives, as does his sister! Thank you to Perfect Start for being such an important part of our children’s early years journey!

An excellent nursery with exceptional staff and management. My son previously attended another nursery and the care and attention to detail is unmatched. Perfect Start is a fantastic nursery and any child that attends will be well looked after and cared for. This nursery is run exceptionally well and everyone seems so proud to work here! Well done!

My son has been attending Perfect Start since he was 10 months old (he's now 19 months old) and all I can say is what an amazing job the team do at the nursery. The staff are amazing, caring and always there to listen. My son has come on leaps and bounds since joining and is such a confident little boy now. He was always the shy one and not wanting to get too involved but that has all changed with time and patience from the team members in his room who he adores. There are always a great variety of activities done with the children so no two days are the same. The food is great, I know my son loves it and is regularly having an extra portion (he loves food). I can't fault the nursery, as a parent I can't be happier and more reassured that he getting everything he needs. The nursery is led by great managers who are always there to say hello and goodbye at the end of each day.

The staff in the baby room are incredible! They provide well-planned, engaging, creative, imaginative and stimulating activities every single day. I love seeing all the updates on the app, and the things my son gets up to look so fun. The learning is tailored to meet the individual needs of each child, and the staff are amazing at helping him to learn and master new skills based on the interests he has shown at home. The passion and dedication of the nursery team to each child are amazing, and the bonds that have been forged between them are visible. When your child is smiling, happy and reaching out to the people who work there as you drop him off, it is the biggest reassurance. My son is so happy here! Everything seems really well managed too, and the awards are a great way of rewarding staff/recognising achievements - it looks like somewhere I’d want to work! So glad we chose Perfect Start - I’ve already enrolled number two!
