Overall were very happy with the nursery. Our son started in baby room and now he's in pre-school room. All staff are kind and very helpful. They always inform if any issues or changes happen at the nursery. The application which they use is very helpful, always updated with latest information. Usually response to any messages is pretty fast. Our son really enjoy going to the nursery and made some good friends there. I would recommend!

My daughter joined The Pump House Nursery in January 2023. Throughout her time there, the entire team has gone above and beyond in providing exceptional care, attention, and love. In 2023, my daughter was diagnosed with ASD, and the support she received from the nursery exceeded all of my expectations. The teachers worked tirelessly to ensure that her needs were met, showing a level of care and dedication that I will always be grateful for. I've worked closely with the team on her EHCP, and the process was handled with such professionalism and care, making me feel reassured every step of the way. The growth I've seen in my daughter-from her confidence to her communication skills-has been nothing short of remarkable. The communication between myself and the nursery has been seamless, and the support we both received has been unparalleled. I couldn't recommend the Nursery enough. They are a fabulous team and I am forever grateful for the incredible difference they've made in her life.

We love our child's development while she has been with The Pump House Day Nursery. Two staff members in particular are awesome. Our daughter joined the preschool and she has grown with all the staff, developed bonds and learnt social skills.

Our daughter has been going to the Pump House in Brentford since January and we can't be happier. She is very well looked after, every time we go to pick her up you can tell that the children are happy. All the staff is superb, super caring for the children and very supportive with their growth. Another plus point for us was that the nursery is very open to parents and there is great communication between nursery and family. Last but not least, they have a proper kitchen in house, and they have a lovely lady Chef who cooks delicious meals from scratch for the kids which my daughter really enjoys. We highly recommend The pump house day nursery.

All of the staff at Pump House are lovely, kind, nurturing and take time to get to know my little one on a personal level. They make a conscious effort to give daily updates that help us to loop into our babies day. They give regular feedback on progress and work with us to ensure milestones are met. My little one is excited to attend every day and it's helped eased my mind sending her into the nursery. She loves all of the food that is made and has developed so much since attending! Thank you.

We absolutely love Pump House Nursery! My 1.5-year-old daughter was adapted so fast. Every day is packed with engaging activities that keep her excited and entertained. The staff is incredibly caring and attentive, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment. Highly recommend it to any parent looking for a fun and stimulating place for their little ones!

My boys have been attending this nursery since 1 and it has been an absolute pleasure. They have grown and flourished in this environment and have become independent little boys who are taking their next journey to school. The environment is amazing and the teachers are friendly and supportive of each child. The boys will miss them all when they start school in September.

My son has been attending this nursery since he was 1 year old and is now thriving in the toddler room. Under the current nursery manager's leadership, there have been remarkable positive changes that have greatly enhanced the nursery experience. One of the highlights for us has been the weekly football and Spanish sessions. These sessions have added so much value to my child's week, providing both physical activity and exposure to a new language in a fun and engaging way. Overall, we are delighted with our nursery experience and would highly recommend it to other parents looking for a nurturing environment with enriching activities.

My daughter started the baby room at 13 months old and we are happy with how she has been handled and she has made good progress in her development. The staff is great and provides regular updates and is always ready to answer any questions that we have. Very happy with the nursery and am glad that it is near our home.

My son is going to The Pump House Day Nursery since June 2022 and we couldn't be happier with the nursery and his progress. The staff is amazing and the nursery is super organised and provides the kids with what they need to strive. Well done to everyone in Pump House Brentford.

Our daughter has been attending the Pump House Day Nursery (baby room) since she was only 3 months old, and we have been so impressed with how quickly she settled in. She has developed very strong bonds with her key worker as well as with other lovely staff in the baby's room. She always seems so happy to go in the morning! She has also become a really sociable child, and we love to see the regular baby's room updates throughout the week and detailed development updates about her every month. We cannot speak highly enough of this wonderful nursery!

The Pump House Day Nursery is a fantastic nursery. Its been a pleasure watching our little boy grow over the past two years making great friendships with his peers and relationships with the staff. A lovely welcoming environment, all the staff are friendly and great with the children! Our daughter is happy there and that is all we want when she is in someone else's care. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nursery for their child.

My twins have been attending this nursery since they turned two in September, and they love going here. The teachers help them settle in so well. After one of my twins would still cry when being dropped off after four weeks, he now runs in and leads me out the door! Before they went here, one of them wouldn't speak, and within four weeks he was speaking and every day they are both learning more and more. They have a chef that makes a variety of food with a new menu posted, and a handy app where they upload everything in real-time from nappy change, to how much they ate, and nap times and can message directly to the teachers in their room if needed. Highly recommend.

My little one has been at Pump House Nursery and it has been overall a great experience. There was a period of adjusting but all of the staff were so nice, and understanding and provided helpful and reasonable advice. I feel as though the staff have a connection with my daughter, which puts my mind more at ease as I work full time. My daughter has a smile on her face going in and usually seems to really enjoy going. I am happy with my experience so far at Pump House.

A very clean nursery, with very kind and caring staff. They are professional and empathetic, and I can notice substantial developmental and fine motor skills growth in my baby. Loved my child's experience there. Highly recommended.

I'm really impressed since placing our child here, it was a great decision having already tried a few nurseries in Brentford. There is a really high standard of care and most importantly, the staff are all conscientious, fun, attentive, vocal, caring, patient, great with the children and clearly happy at work and enjoying the job. There's a really good vibe and energy in this nursery, even though the staff must be tired with all those toddlers! The staff actively listen when taking on your concerns and follows through on these things well. The manager is always there, always available and clearly runs a good and tight ship. He seems to be coming up with innovative ways to improve things and also to make the place welcoming and fun for the children. Finally, their communications are fantastic, updates all day, good digital platform for access to information and feedback. Observations are regular and clearly thought through. The staff are awesome!

My little boy has recently joined the Pump House nursery and has settled in really well. It is a lovely setting and the staff are kind, friendly and nurturing. There are lots of activities, and the children get to explore the local area which they really enjoy. I highly recommend this nursery!
