We are really impressed with N Family West Hampstead. Every staff member is attentive, very thorough and thoughtful in their communication and give a very personalised and caring approach to each child. Each staff member has been so helpful and we have been particularly impressed by the level of pastoral care around the settling in period. We are also so impressed by the menu and our son really enjoys the activities - there is incredible attention to detail. They even made his 1st birthday feel special. Leaving your child with someone new to start work again is a nerve wracking experience but the team's expertise and care mean that I always feel confident about myself or my partner leaving him for the day. We are so grateful for the team's hard work.

N family West Hampstead is an amazing environment for our 14 month old son. He takes part in an incredible selection of activities which allow him to be creative and messy. He's developed a huge amount since being there and the staff are always so friendly and warm.

We're so impressed with how well our little one is thriving at this nursery. Having experienced another nursery with our older child, we really value the positive language and the team's attentive approach to the children. This is truly a child-led environment where independence and individuality are celebrated. The staff are incredibly open to feedback and consistently demonstrate a "how can we improve" mindset. For example, we love the recent proactive initiative of learning bags-they're a fantastic way to support our child's development at home. Handovers for drop-off and pick-up are thorough - the team ask how our child has been in the morning, and give a detailed but summarised account of their day on collection. There are regular updates in the app with photos and a description of the activity they have been engaged in and how it supports them. We would recommend to parents in the area.

Our son started at N Family 1.5 years ago during a very challenging period for the nursery, resulting in a large staff turnover and quite a tense atmosphere. The current manager started at the same time and has done a fantastic job of restoring calm and a positive mood. She is clearly experienced and knowledgeable about early years education and also approachable and open to feedback. All of the staff I have interacted with at West Hampstead are kind and warm with the children. Our room leader maintains a cheerful and fun atmosphere and encourages collaborative play and craft between the children. They follow themes each week to encourage the kids to build upon and retain knowledge. I wish the outdoor space was bigger enabling more free time and play outside but it is well designed and reasonably sized for a central London location.

This was our daughter's first year away from home, and as parents, it was a challenging decision to trust someone else with her care. However, despite the initial hurdles, the nursery staff listened carefully to our feedback, and we've seen significant improvements. We are delighted to say that the past nine months have been smooth and positive. One of the biggest highlights for us is how much our daughter enjoys being at the nursery. She loves spending time with her key persons-special thanks to three staff members in particular for their incredible care and attention. The nursery offers a great variety of activities, which keeps her engaged and learning in fun, creative ways. We also appreciate that fresh food is prepared on-site. The staff are always friendly, making drop-offs and pick-ups easy and pleasant. A special shout-out to to another two specific staff members for being so helpful. Overall, we were happy with the nursery and we couldn't be more grateful for their care and support!

My son has been at the nursery for over a year now and can I just say how pleased I am with his development and progress. It's always tough to leave your child in a new setting but given the reassurance and support, I'm confident every time I drop my gem off. More so that he's happy to go in with a smile on his face. Long may this continue and I'm hoping he continues to flourish and thrive at N Family.

I cannot express enough gratitude for the incredible support and care that N family West Hampstead has provided for my child during her first time away from us. As parents, it was a daunting experience to leave her in someone else's care, but the team at N Family has made this transition seamless and comforting. From the very beginning, they have been instrumental in helping her adjust, especially with eating and engaging in play. The variety of fun and educational activities they plan every day keeps her excited and happy. It's evident that the staff put a lot of thought and effort into creating a stimulating and nurturing environment for all the children. They send photos, which always bring a smile to my face and reassure me that she is in good hands. The warmth and dedication of the staff are truly commendable. Love this nursery, my baby started at the nursery a couple of weeks ago and is very happy there. The staff was so helpful and supportive and made me feel comfortable very quickly. They cared a lot about my baby which made it easy for me to relax into this new step. I love that the baby's room has windows floor to ceiling and a little covered outdoor space so they can enjoy fresh air and daylight. They also were very open to using the same nappies and formula brands I use at home. I love that they have a baby sensory room. My baby loves going there.

A very loving, supportive and sweet nursery. Our daughter has been at N Family Club for two years and has really enjoyed it. The team genuinely cares for your child and the food is excellent (something I am very grateful for as they get fed very well multiple times a day). Very grateful for the nursery and I have already put my other daughter's name down for next year.

Friendly staff, if a few too many Arsenal fans! Kids seem happy there and activities and learning is varied. Very structured, ideal prep for school. Nice treats in reception. Flexible in terms of swapping days etc. Very comfortable with my kids being there. Good nursery!

After an initial choppy start due to a change of management and some room staff, we had a wonderful time at the nursery, our child was happy, well taken care of and exposed to a variety of activities. Management is open to feedback and to make necessary changes (outdoor space will be refurbished following feedback) and the staff is very nurturing and caring. Big shoutout also to their in-house chef - the menu is excellent and very balanced from a nutritional perspective, kids love it!

My daughter has been at the nursery for about two months and it has been an excellent experience! N West Hampstead has an excellent manager, room leads/team and front-of-house staff. I am so glad to send my daughter to a place where she is well looked after, learning and experiencing new things, and all smiles at drop off and pick up! Great play facilities and activities for the children, as well as a very interactive app keeping parents up to date on their children’s day in real time! Feeling lucky to have got a place here and would recommend it to all parents.

N Family is the nurturing and loving environment that we looked for when enrolling our daughters into nursery. Each child is supported in a personalized way which enhances their self trust, curiosity and determination. As parents, we made great friends among the parent community not to mention that our daughters made lifelong friends. The hours 8 AM to 6 PM help tremendously when both parents work full time. We highly recommend N West Hampstead and are grateful for the lovely staff and management team which took great care of our family.

We joined the Nursery a month ago and although our little one has not been settled in yet, everyone is there to support us - from the lovely team in the babies' room to the management team! We receive updates on how her day is going and we love the pictures of her while she is playing/ drawing/ reading! The staff really cares about each baby individually and the constant update makes us feel that she is in good hands. We love all the activities and the things she is learning and we can see that it has a positive impact on her while she is at home showing us new things she learned at the nursery. Thank you very much to the whole team!

My daughter has been attending N Family Club, West Hampstead for over a year now. She loves going to school and is so well looked after by the staff and management. We love the N Family education philosophy and the range of activities for the children.

Our daughter has been at N Family West Hampstead for 1.5 years and has absolutely thrived during this time. She walks in each day with a smile on her face and she has made many friends there. She is always stimulated and learning with the many activities available to her. The staff are wonderful and caring, and always go above and beyond. We love the events they put on for Sports Day, Easter, Mother's and Father's Day, and Halloween. N Family have created a sense of community and we are very happy to be a part of it.

My son has really flourished in his time at this nursery. He looks forward to going in the mornings (and is even keen to go on weekends). The staff are caring and really take the time to adjust to the needs and interests of each child. I’ve been especially happy with my son’s relationship with his key person. As a parent, it makes you feel at ease when you leave your child at a nursery where he is happy and well cared for.

We are so incredibly happy with N Family Club West Hampstead. Our son is doing very well and has developed so much in the time he’s been there. The range of activities the brilliant nursery staff do with the children is fantastic and the staff are always happy to give tips on fun developmental activities items we can also do easily at home. The communication between staff and parents is exceptional, I always know exactly how he’s getting on and they make sure at every pick-up and drop-off there is a good amount of time to do a verbal handover. The Famly app is really good and I get lots of pictures and videos. The food is of exceptionally high quality and a real variety is provided, in fact, I wish they did takeaways for parents! We couldn’t be happier with N Family Club and would recommend it to any parent looking for a nursery in West Hampstead.

It is a pleasure to send my son to N family West Hampstead every day. I am so lucky to have it in my neighbourhood and to be able to raise my child in such a well-maintained and super-caring facility that provides him love and encourages him to explore the world in a very special way. The team is very collaborative and welcoming, ready to assist in every need of the child and the parent. You can really feel that they can see you and your child and always try to promote the needs of both (my personal experience for example with the potty training, thanks to the key person of my child he managed to make it through and now is independent) The room is managed by a very dedicated person and an amazing team that assists and stimulates my son with very creative activities. The food is delicious and my son loves it. The menu is very diverse and healthy - I wish could eat there as well.

N Family Club arrived in West Hampstead at the end of 2019, a time when we struggled to find suitable nurseries for our then 1 year and 6-month-old daughter. We love everything about the nursery: the building, the rooms, the staff, the food served to the kids, the activities and the learning experiences. It is the best nursery.
