HappyWoods Nursery has been great from the moment I viewed them. Friendly staff and environment. I love the variety of activities as well as learning structures. 10/10!

Good nursery with warm workers who try to support and understand children to a good extent. Very welcoming, advised about all activities and types of learning provided to children. If there is a problem always able to support children and families to solve it.

My daughter has a lot of fun at nursery. She talks about it all the time, asks for staff even on the weekend. I feel very supported as a parent and communication.

My child really enjoys the nursery. The nursery is very accommodating and does its best to help children who need extra support. They provide one-to-one's that have really helped my child improve over the past year and a half. I really recommend sending your child here.

I'm really happy with HappyWoods Nursery. The staff are kind and caring, and my daughter loves going there. She's learning a lot and always comes home excited about her day. The place is clean, safe, and well-organised. I feel comfortable leaving her there and recommend it to other parents.

An amazing nursery, have recommended to anyone who is needing to send their child to childcare. One member of staff was amazing when my daughter wouldn't settle, coming in and really calmed her down. She always has fruits, snacks and drinks/milk! Care of my daughter is excellent, she learned many things. I am so happy with everything. Thank you.

My son is currently attending this nursery (Happywoods Bell Lane) and he will continue to attend there in September 2024. He is enjoying this nursery so much, he has made many friends and gets along very well with all the staff. They are very helpful and very good with all children. My son has learned so much by attending here. He is a very happy boy and he loves attending the nursery every day. He has learned how to count, write his name do many other activities. Overall I am very happy with the nursery and staff and so is my son.

HappyWoods on Bell Lane has literally been a light to my son’s learning and development. It is our 2nd month of attendance and he has gained milestones within speech and understanding of social skills enormously. We battled with SLT sessions in another borough, and seeing his teachers and staff complete extra learning activities with him to progress forward is so heartwarming. As a professional in the field I totally can see the multi-agency working across the borough and being updated with the framework adds to a positive outcome of the practice at Happy Woods: Bell Lane. My son is happy and is eager to go every morning. He is well looked after, staff make sure children have eaten well and kept clean throughout the day. The feedback given at pickup reassures us parents each time. Each child’s development is collectively tracked on their online system/platform which is easy to access and keep records of.

HappyWoods is a really nice nursery. It is like a second family. The staff are very friendly and smiling. They really care for the children. My daughter has been coming for a year and a half. She is learning so many new things. She is always showing me some yoga moves.

I am happy that my son attends HappyWoods Nursery (Bell Lane), he has a lot of fun there, he learns new things, and he goes there every morning with a huge desire and a smile! I just want to warn all the parents out there, who are looking at sending their child to this setting. Management - unprofessional with no understanding of how a nursery setting should be run. This nursery has demonstrated a lack of care on many safeguarding concerns, with their ethos focusing purely on the business end of a nursery. Staff - Many of the staff here shouldn’t be working with kids, where they care more about just getting through the day, rather than making a positive impact on these beautiful kids. They have no understanding on how to manage or treat kids.

My son is really enjoying his time at HappyWoods, ever since he enrolled he has developed so much more and I praise the team there for this. The onboarding was smooth, and the team there is very professional and knowledgeable, from all hierarchies. They all communicate very well and are always there to answer your questions. I highly recommend HappyWoods and want to again say a big thank you to them all.

The nursery is literally the best. My daughter came first and her development was so noticeable that I had to bring my son. The teachers and managers are so lovely and patient and the setting is so clean. Both children love it so I will definitely recommend because I've had no issues.

My daughter has only been at HappyWoods Bell Lane for just over a month and I cannot express enough how much she has developed since attending this nursery. She loves going into the nursery every morning and settled in really quickly. I love that this nursery encourages the skills and steps to take the children into reception. I would highly recommend this nursery. We receive updates every few days on how the children learn and develop their skills in a variety of learning activities. The staff are very friendly and my daughter enjoys learning Spanish and yoga.

I am very grateful to the Happywood staff for taking care of my little boy and for helping him learn to stay together with others and away from me for the first time. I see him growing every day and learning new things. The staff have been very patient with him and was close to him since the first moments. My son can't wait to go to the nursery in the morning. Highly recommended.

My daughter started at HappyWoods nursery, EN3 in September after already doing a year in their other nursery setting in EN2 (which was great). I was a little apprehensive after my daughter had been off for so long and changing the setting but it was the best decision I made. My daughter is so happy at the nursery and the staff are amazing. She talks about nursery a lot and she has even started to count in Spanish. I am very pleased and would recommend this nursery to anyone within the local area as both me and my daughter are happy.

My two-year-old daughter previously attended the other Happywoods setting but as this was closer to home, we decided to move her. She is just as happy here as she was at Heene Road and has settled in really well. I cannot fault the staff and manager for their excellent management and communication - I am always calling and emailing and they always reply quickly. Three members of staff are among those who my daughter just loves to play with and they have endless enthusiasm! My 19-month-old son just started here and although he has separation anxiety, the warmth, understanding and dedication of the staff have helped him to settle. They have been incredibly proactive and pragmatic in trying different tactics in order to help him feel confident in the setting. I cannot thank them enough. My daughter and son both love the food at HappyWoods. They also love the garden and my daughter really enjoys doing Spanish. I must have viewed over 15 settings before I chose HappyWoods. It was the right choice.

The nursery is literally the best. My daughter came first and her development was so noticeable that I had to bring my son. The teachers and managers are so lovely and patient and the setting is so clean. Both children love it so I will definitely recommend because I've had no issues.

My daughter started at HappyWoods nursery, EN3 in September after already doing a year in their other nursery setting in EN2 (which was great).
