We, both parents, are happy and satisfied with the Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery Harrow. Our son is happy and made progress in learning, interaction and overall personality development. He enjoys going to nursery and this gives us joy.

My daughter has attended Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery Harrow for two and a half years and has thoroughly enjoyed every minute. She goes in on a Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. The staff are beyond spectacular, they look after my daughter and not only do they help her develop and learn new things, they care for her too. They understand when she is not feeling herself or if she needs help regulating her emotions as she is very sensitive. We travel 20 minutes to get to the nursery and it's worth every mile. I am a very particular and picky mummy when it comes to my daughter and I have to say, Monkey Puzzle has just wowed me. The children are given tasty meals and snacks that are prepared by the nursery chef, who my daughter knows well as he also has football club with the children too. The nursery is clean and spacious and the staff are wonderful. They also update every detail on an app, including pictures of the children which keeps you informed all day. Thank you Monkey Puzzle staff for being my daughter's second family!

My son has been attending Monkey Puzzle part-time for 2 years now since he was almost 15 months old. He really loves it, and goes in with a great big smile on his face each day! Staff are always polite and friendly to parents too, and the manager is also very approachable if needed. The nursery is clean and modern, and in each room, my son has been in, teachers have been wonderful and so attentive. We are kept updated with everything via the app throughout the day. Their daily activities are imaginative and creative- it’s like they have put a lot of thought and effort into it. They go on local visits too! The snacks/food provided are nice and healthy and my son finishes his meals. Every week he also comes home with a lovely treat made in the cooking club. When it’s been my son’s birthday they have made it so special for him and his friends and it’s really touching. Overall we’ve had a great experience here so far, and I’m sure it will continue into next year too when he’s in pre-school.

We had previously had a disappointing experience with another nursery, and after following Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery on social media for some time, we had decided to move our daughter there - we couldn’t be happier. The staff at Monkey Puzzle are friendly, knowledgeable, supportive and professional, and my daughter has created positive bonds with the team and her peers. Every day is fun and exciting, and the effort put into the activities is exceptional. We’re really impressed with the focus on community and the trips, celebration of cultures, and overall inclusion and diversity within the nursery is fantastic. We’re so pleased with Monkey Puzzle, and wish we’d have found it sooner!

My daughter has attended the nursery for over 2 years now. The cat and love she has received have been amazing. The learning is rich at the activities and the opportunities my child has received have been second to none. We are so grateful for the nursery's effort and dedication to her learning and progress. My daughter is always so happy to go to nursery; we appreciate Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery Harrow so much.

My daughter has been going to the nursery for the last 2 years and the activities and places of visit for the children are very well thought out and planned and have helped in her overall development very much. The staff are very professional and warm and they know each child very well which really helps the parents. The nursery is well managed and the key worker makes the child's observation every few weeks which is a great sneak peek into my daughter's activities and feedback on her behavior and development aspect at the nursery. We have found a nursery that's been amazing for our daughter and for us so want to thank all the staff for their care and attention to each and every child.

Our son had been attending Monkey Puzzle for over a year. He has flourished with the care they provide. He is happy and the nursery does so much in comparison to other nurseries. He gets to go on local visits and does so many fun things. I couldn't be happier.

This nursery was my first choice, and I am glad I made this decision. My child developed very well, and I am grateful to all the girls from the nursery. The manager is very lovely and understanding, and the teachers as well. A lot of creative activities and the meal plan is very structured. Overall, I recommend this nursery.

A great experience with sending our kid to the nursery for a year now. The staff are very caring and well trained and fully supports the kid and the parents. Our kid has learnt a lot and it's his second home now. The extended hours are a great add-on. They start early and close late as compared to other nurseries, hence very convenient on the days the parents have to commute to the city for work. Hope they start halal food options for meals too. Nothing to complain. Would definitely recommend to other parents.

I couldn’t have wished for a better nursery for our daughter. She is in the babies group and the staff care for her as if she were their own. She has been at nursery for 4 months and since going has learned to crawl, stand and socialise with other children and adults. I would recommend Monkey Puzzle to anyone.

My daughter has been attending this nursery for the past 2 years and her development has been amazing. All the staff are dedicated to the well-being and progress of each individual child. Each activity is well thought out and related to each child’s next milestones. The dedication from each practitioner does not go unnoticed. I could not recommend this nursery enough!

My wife and I are, overall, very satisfied with the nursery. In particular, we appreciate the professionalism of the staff and the regular updates we receive through the app and verbal handover. We also think that the activities and the environment of the nursery have been positively contributing to the development of our daughter.

Our child was here for two full years before going off to reception. I can confidently say she enjoyed every day there. Her final year (pre-school) prepared her really well and she's now thriving at big school in no small part because of the excellent care and professionalism of the staff. The sheer number and diversity of activities each week was exceptional, and they took seriously parent partnership so we always knew what was going on and how our child was doing. She formed such close bonds with her key workers and room staff, as did we the parents! No details are spared at this nursery, and every possible need is accommodated. The owner is highly professional and the fact that she is a qualified teacher shines through in the expectations she sets of her staff and the nursery's use of best practices in early years education. We highly recommend, having come from another nursery in Harrow before this, where the difference was night and day.

A hidden gem - truly a brilliant nursery! Great staff that are constantly encouraging my kids to do better. Specifically, appreciate their focus on maths and literacy. Amazed at their development in just a few months. Love the owner/manager too - highly qualified and leads by example as is always involved and contactable. Also worth highlighting is the well-maintained facilities. Refreshing to see a nursery taking pride in its workspace which is rare. Keep up the great work.

My son is going to this nursery since he was one year old. Now he is three. My elder one was in the same nursery for 1.5 years. I am happy with the staff, their care for children and the activities they perform. Also, I liked the actions they take after the suggested improvements. The owner of the nursery is very kind and approachable for any queries we have. Highly recommended!

My daughter has been at Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery Harrow since she was 1 year old. The first thing that caught my eye about Monkey Puzzle, was their security. Even though I had booked a walk-around, I couldn't get on the premises without calling. This instantly put me at ease, as being a first time mum, I could see that safeguarding was taken very seriously and at the forefront of everything. Through support, time, effort and energy from all staff and two short months, my daughter was walking, babbling, growing in confidence and becoming very sociable. They took the time to get to know her and us as a family. A year on, she couldn't be any happier, she's extremely independent, wakes up every morning saying nursery and never wants to leave when picked up. When my daughter is at nursery, I'm at peace; I know she's safe, happy, looked after and well fed. Thank you to everyone at Monkey Puzzle Harrow.

Excellent staff, great location and opening times are work-hours friendly! I always feel safe, when I drop my son at the nursery, that he will be looked after by caring and professional staff. My son's speaking and counting have improved the most since he is going here and I am grateful for all the support we are getting with toilet training. The food is average, my son eats almost everything there. Good activities, however, the garden is small. Limited parking spaces, limited spaces for buggies, entry gates and doorways always have some issues but I never doubted that it is safe all the time.

My son has been going to nursery since he was 4 months old baby, the nursery staff are very welcome and nice. I like this nursery, it's very convenient for my work, you can have an app to see pictures and hows your child is doing. I'm very pleased with this nursery and I'm glad that my child has a place in this happy and safe place for my child. At the end of each day staff let you know how was your child doing, what they have eaten, no other nursery is doing what Harrow Monkey Puzzle does. Very happy and I tell all the people I know to try to send their children to Monkey Puzzle Nursery Harrow.

We have been sending our little one to Monkey Puzzle for almost two years and he is thriving. The nursery provides a warm, caring and loving environment with great facilities. Our son is confident and developing really well. The kids have the opportunity to do structured play and activities and free play to explore their own interests - this is a perfect balance. The app for keeping us informed is great, I look forward to seeing pictures throughout the day and it's brilliant for communication between staff and parents. The team are proactive in organising social activities such as trips to the park and the summer fair, so we've had the chance to interact and build relationships outside of nursery too.
