We joined N Family Twickenham in 2021, and while our daughter has moved on, our son still attends. From day one, the care and dedication from the entire team have been outstanding. The staff, from the kitchen team to the carers, are warm, professional, and always welcoming. The facilities are modern, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed to encourage learning and play. The team goes above and beyond to organize a wide range of engaging activities tailored to each child's age and development stage-whether it's arts and crafts, outdoor play (weather permitting), or interactive learning experiences. When our son needed extra support with a specific skill, the staff was proactive and worked closely with us to provide the guidance he needed. Their commitment to each child's growth is truly remarkable. N Family Twickenham has been a wonderful part of our journey, and we couldn't be happier. If you're looking for a nursery that genuinely nurtures every child, this is the place!

An excellent nursery, friendly and professional staff their own onsite in house chef providing fresh food every day. Excellent care is taken of the children and the curriculum and daily activities are outstanding.

We are so happy with N Family Club. We sent our little one there from 7 months old which was obviously nerve wracking, but they made every effort to help him settle in as quickly and smoothly as possible. The activities they set up on a daily basis are so creative, and they are great at engaging with different ages and abilities depending on where your little one is at. They also spend time thinking about the next steps to take for your child's personal development, which is very comforting. The staff are all super friendly and helpful, and very open in their communications. The food provided is always very varied and healthy, and my little one always seems to be well fed! I would and have recommended this nursery to my friends, and look forward to the next few years here.

We couldn't be happier with N Family Club - Twickenham. The staff are amazing, they always greet you with a smile and are so personal when it comes to telling you about your child's day. The front of the house is the same, the daily app updates, which are full of photos of daily activities and tips on how to replicate education at home, are wonderful! The kid's menu is brilliant. The variety of flavours and foods is something I wouldn't be able to offer at home, so it's reassuring to know how well he is eating while at nursery. The coffee and croissants available for parents at drop-off are also a lovely touch. Would highlight recommend!

When I come to pick up my grandson, I'm immediately struck by how happy everyone is! Staff full of smiles, children full of joy - on occasion there are tears (child, not staff!) but staff cool and calm. The activities are organised and varied - I have 4 older grandchildren (different parents) and was totally unaware that day care could be so stimulating and staff so very keen to make the day so enjoyable and education so exciting!

Our son has been attending N Family Nursery since he was 9 months old, and now at 3 years old, he continues to thrive in this wonderful environment. The carers are incredibly dedicated and nurturing, creating a positive atmosphere that our son loves. The variety of activities offered at the nursery has sparked our son's curiosity, especially his impressive knowledge of space and planets. We're also thrilled with the bilingual program, which has helped him become proficient in Spanish. The carers in the Dragon's Cave room deserve a special mention for their warmth and expertise. Their impact on our son's development has been tremendous, and we couldn't be happier with their care. We highly recommend N Family Nursery to any parent seeking a caring and enriching place for their child's growth.

Superb educational experience for our pre-schooler. Great curriculum with well-considered activities. Great facilities including playground on-site. Food is exceptional with a varied, nutritious menu. Daily updates on the app with lots of great pictures and descriptions of the activities our son has been up to. Also, lots of special events giving parents opportunities to come in, eg Halloween and Christmas parties. Management go above and beyond to be helpful and welcoming - eg. helping us navigate transferring our funding entitlement from a different nursery. Everything of a high standard, would absolutely recommend.

I couldn't be happier with N Family Club. The facilities are fantastic, and the staff are truly exceptional - a special thanks to the particular member of staff at the front house, and another four staff members in the Sharks room for their care and dedication. The range of activities is excellent, from engaging Spanish lessons to thoughtful online sessions for parents on raising kids. I always feel heard and supported as a parent, and my child comes home happy every day. The little extras, like croissants and coffee for parents, make it feel even more special. And the kids' menu is brilliant. Choosing this nursery was the best decision I've made and couldn't recommend it enough.

I cannot recommend N Family Club, Twickenham, highly enough! My daughter is truly thriving here, and I am consistently impressed by the level of care and attention she receives. The management and teachers are exceptional-dedicated, nurturing, and genuinely invested in the children's development. The meals provided are amazing, offering a healthy and varied diet that my daughter loves. Additionally, the range of extra activities keeps her engaged and excited about learning. The educational provision is outstanding, with a holistic approach that supports not just academic growth but also emotional and social development. Overall, N Family is a fantastic place for young children to grow, learn, and feel safe. I'm so grateful to have found such a wonderful environment for my daughter!

Amazing place to send your child. The people are what make a place. The care given, syllabus and thoughtfulness are great. And this place is by far the best! I would have no problem recommending this nursery to other parents regarding the next steps for their child.

N Family Club is a fantastic nursery with a highly professional staff and standards. We are very grateful that we have found a place with people we can trust, who show kindness and patience in all situations and follow great educational guidance. Excellent nursery with great management, staff and facilities. Very attentive to our family's needs and work very hard to integrate the sibling relationships. Our eldest can already count forwards and backwards, recognises letters and isn't even in preschool yet. The food is top notch and we never have to worry about nutrition on a nursery day.

We are continuing to have a fantastic experience with N Nursery. In addition to the amazing day-to-day care they provide, in November I gave birth to my second child and the nursery helped us to prepare our daughter for the new arrival and maintain consistency when the baby arrived. As a result our daughter adjusted to life with her new sister amazingly well and we couldn't be more grateful.

We fell in love with N Family Club - Twickenham at first sight! When looking for a place for our son, the team helped us at great length and went out of their way to do so. Everyone is lovely, dedicated and passionate about their job, and learning is always fun and meaningful. We would choose nowhere else for our boy to be! Thank you N Twicks for all that you do!

My son has been at N Family Club - Twickenham since they opened their doors, about to graduate. We are very happy with the care he has received - the team (management and rooms) consistently go above and beyond. This includes comprehensive care plans for his allergy and also an autoimmune disorder he was diagnosed with in 2023. Not only have they played a huge part in his development since joining, but also his wellbeing/safety despite extra needs at times. I cannot tell you how much this has meant to our peace of mind.
