Lovely, caring, responsive and proactive staff of three-year-old and one-year-old son are being looked after so nicely. I feel very lucky to have such a high quality nursery near where we live.

I'm so happy I chose Monkey Puzzle. The nursery is really spacious and clean with great outdoor space. The staff are so friendly and the communication is excellent. My son has a great variety of food and drink across the week and the nursery organises great activities such as singing sessions and yoga. I feel so comfortable with my son being at Monkey Puzzle. I would highly recommend this nursery.

Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery have always been very supportive and patient with my little boy. He loves his key worker and it is so lovely to see their bond. My sons has lots of fun and has made a great group of friends. I have seen a huge amount of growth and progression with my son and love seeing updates of his day via the app. Monkey Puzzle also have in house chef's who make the most amazing food for the children and even let the children help and learn about food and cooking.

Monkey Puzzle is amazing, since my son joined there, he has grown into a happy chatty boy who always rushes into nursery and always tells me about all the amazing activities he has done. The staff are so welcoming and have really helped him to grow. Also very lucky to have all the food prepared fresh on site so I know he has lovely home-cooked food. So pleased I found Monkey Puzzle!

The strength of Monkey Puzzle is the staff. They all have a genuine passion for what they do, and the fact that my son has been happy since he started at 7 months old, is a testament to that. We are so thankful for the care and kindness that everyone in the nursery exudes.

Our daughter joined Monkey Puzzle when she's just turned a year old and we couldn't be happier with our choice. She's now a happy, thriving, sociable, nearly three-year-old who is always excited to go to nursery. There are so many activities for her to take part in every day. She has a great bond with her key worker. We receive regular updates on her progress through a nursery app, along with ideas for how we can support her development at home too.

My daughter has attended Monkey Puzzle for 3 years and has experienced all of the age groups from the baby room to preschool. She enjoys attending Monkey Puzzle and has felt at ease with the staff who are always kind, capable and welcoming. Monkey Puzzle has been an important constant in her life where she has received support at each key stage of her development from weaning, learning to walk, talking, potty training and now reading and writing. The facilities are great both indoors and outdoors. Monkey Puzzle is extremely well managed and it is clear to see that the staff enjoy working there. The app is updated regularly not only with basic information about food, nap times and potty training but with child-specific updates describing a particular activity with photos. I have also appreciated how easy it is to communicate with the management staff who have been very supportive and professional at every stage. My daughter and I will both miss Monkey Puzzle. My son has been attending for 2 years and has received such high-quality care at this nursery. They have been great with supporting toilet training, the extra curricular activities are fun and the staff are really friendly. I cannot recommend this nursery enough and cannot wait for my youngest to start.

Me and my partner are very proud of how the staff in the nursery handles our daughter. We were worried at the beginning our daughter would not integrate with the system as she was speaking only our foreign language. But after a few days of her being there, the staff knew how to manage her and she now speaks both languages. The staff are amazing and are doing an amazing job at keeping our daughter happy and healthy. We are pleased that our daughter is going to preschool and we are happy for choosing this nursery. I really love Monkey Puzzle Nursery. The staff are so warm and nurturing and it really feels like being part of a special community. I can see every day how much the adults working with my boys care for and support them and I feel very confident they are being looked after in a caring and compassionate way. Management have always been very supportive and value transparency and partnership with parents. The nursery offers a great variety of activities and supports each child's individual development needs. I love going in and picking up the boys and seeing how happy and confident they are in their rooms and having the opportunity to talk to staff and build relationships. Thank you Monkey Puzzle team!

I just wanted to say thank you to all the wonderful people who work in the Discoverers Room. My child has thrived over the last few months being in there and that's all down to the amazing people who work in the room. They always have a smile on their face and are so welcoming and friendly. I have so enjoyed getting to know them all and I know my child will really miss them all. A particular mention I know had been a wonderful key person to my child and has been so supportive of her learning journey. We are excited about the new chapter in the next room!

My daughter absolutely loves her time at Monkey Puzzle. She is always keen to go to preschool, every day that I collect her she is happy and can describe a range of activities that she has done. All the staff are compassionate, and caring, and take a genuine interest in my daughter's development and overall happiness.

We are so happy with Monkey Puzzle, having moved our eldest from a smaller setting. Both of our children have thrived in their rooms, and all the staff are brilliant and genuinely interested in my children, their development, and their lives. As parents, it definitely takes a lot to feel comfortable leaving your two children in the care of others, but we feel really lucky that both boys are so happy there and hopefully will continue to thrive.

Our son has been attending Money Puzzle for over a year and he is very happy there. The staff are warm, and nurturing and I am confident that he is well cared for and developing really well. Preschool in particular is excellent and has a great setup with free flow into the garden and brilliant activities. His key worker is wonderful and I really feel a sense of partnership in terms of addressing any concerns with my son and helping him to thrive. Management are friendly, responsive and helpful. Lots of opportunities to provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement. Overall I would recommend, especially preschool.

The staff are incredibly caring and attentive, making me feel confident leaving my child in their care. The activities are clean, organised and stimulating, providing a perfect environment for learning and play. My daughter absolutely loves going to Monkey Puzzle and I have seen tremendous growth and development since she started attending. If you have the opportunity to send your child to Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery, do not hesitate to do so. I promise it will be the best decision you've ever made. All the staff absolutely adore the children and couldn't be more accommodating to all their individual needs. There is no one-size-fits-all here. Our little boy is extremely sensitive (particularly following a bad experience at another setting) and everyone has gone above and beyond to adapt the day and make him feel more comfortable than ever. I have genuinely never seen him smile like he does after a day at Monkey Puzzle. Positively beaming from ear to ear and just so incredibly happy. He often doesn't want to come home! A truly fantastic setting that I wish we'd discovered sooner.

Since my daughter started (in 2022), she has gained so much confidence and thoroughly enjoys going to nursery. She has made lots of friends and loves all the staff (especially her key worker). I feel happy to leave her in the care of the staff at Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery. Everyone is kind and helpful. I'm particularly happy with the home-cooked food, my daughter almost always eats all her meals. I would definitely recommend Monkey Puzzle to others, I have signed up my other child to start next year.

Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery Tunbridge Wells has been amazing with my son, from his initial settling sessions into the baby room to moving up a class to join toddlers. His key workers have always been so kind, caring and supportive, my son loves all of the staff. You are always greeted with a personal and warm welcome at pick-up and drop-off and we love hearing about the huge range of activities the children have done. We are kept up to date throughout the day via an app and we are sent the best photos! The food for the children is freshly made at the nursery and my son loves it. We have also noticed a huge advancement in my son's speech and understanding which is a testament to everyone at Monkey Puzzle. Thank you so much!

Our son has attended Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery Tunbridge Wells for a while now. 7:30-18:30 makes it suitable for hours required for our jobs. The manager is amazing. Our son absolutely loves her! Always has to stop by the office and say goodbye with a special hand shake! Then we have two staff members who our son has warmed to so much. They go above and beyond! Our son was shy and would take a while to settle in each time, but now he is confident and loves his time at Monkey Puzzle Tunbridge Wells. Well done boys and girls. Great effort! We can't wait for our next pictures to pop on the fridge and to hear that Fraser has been chatting more and has developed his social skills. They have a garden for outdoor play, they do cooking, sticking, painting and everything in-between. Very satisfied with this nursery, recommended to every parent especially those who work and need the hours provided.
