Our daughter has been attending the nursery for about 1.5 years, since she was 14 months old. We are really happy with the nursery. The management and staff really get to know your child and we totally trust that she is with people who will care for her and adapt to her developmental needs. I feel completely comfortable to make decisions about what's best for her at nursery in collaboration with her key workers. They are friendly, warm and informative. The setting itself is really spacious and well designed. The app is very helpful for communication and updates if you're like me and want lots of information on what they are eating / napping etc. The only area where I wish it were better is the outdoor space, which is perfectly adequate but not very big or natural. But they are limited with what they can do with the space they have. Finally, it is without question the most convenient location for people like us who use the tube to get to work. The time it saves us is invaluable.

Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery is our second nursery. We switched to this setting because our first experience, despite it being in the same price range, was bad and disappointing. The management at Monkey Puzzle Southgate took such incredible care of us from day 1. I don't even really have the words to describe how much we love and value everyone at this nursery. Our daughter has, in only 7 months being there so far, learned, developed and loved every day she's there. The staff are unbelievably attentive, caring, loving, professional and hard working. The food has always been amazing and the wonderful nursery chef does an incredible job making sure all toddlers and babies actually eat, which is not an easy task. The management are so lovely and helpful, we couldn't have wished for a better nursery. Thank you!

From the moment we walked through the doors, we felt welcomed and embraced by a team of dedicated professionals who genuinely care about my child. He has thrived in a nurturing and stimulating environment, my child has been exposed to a variety of activities that foster creativity, social skills and cognitive growth. Every day is filled with new adventures that keep him engaged. Our experience has been nothing short of amazing, and we are so grateful for the positive impact this nursery has had on our child's early development. Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery is an exceptional nursery. My son has developed his social and language skills, learning new things every day and always excited to come. Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery is an amazing place for all nursery ages. Our son had been here since baby class and has had fantastic support with his learning and development. I am so happy that we chose Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery Southgate for our daughter. She has been coming since she was 8 months old. She is now 2 years old and I've never felt anything but happy and confident when dropping her off. She loves coming. The staff are always so attentive and helpful, providing really helpful updates through the app. The manager has always helped and answered any questions we've had, and everyone is just lovely. Our daughter is so well looked after and I would recommend to anyone.

My daughter had a tough time in the beginning settling in and the staff were really helpful and caring with her. They gave me advice on ways to make drop off easier and were kind when it was difficult for me too. I can't thank them enough for that. Now my daughter is thriving and her teachers are helping her potty train. She loves it there and always excitedly tells me what she has done during the day on her drive home. Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery Southgate is such a welcoming nursery. My son has been there for nearly 18 months and lost it so much. The staff are so caring, they put so much effort into planning activities and fun things for the children to develop and learn and they genuinely care for the children. The food they provide is so diverse and a hit with my little who can be fussy at home! I genuinely wouldn't want my son anywhere else, he and we love it.

From the moment we viewed Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery Southgate, we knew it was where we wanted to send our son. We now have 2 children there and they are both very happy, always excited to go to nursery in the morning. The staff are wonderful and attentive, we know our children are well taken care of everyday. We get regular observations about the children's progress they eat well, the staff helped us through potty training and the office staff are always so friendly and helpful. A truly outstanding nursery in every sense!

Our son has been at Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery Southgate for 9 months - since he just turned one, and we couldn't be happier. He is provided with a loving and nurturing environment and the warmth and kindness that the staff show him means it is a joy to drop him off and watch him happily run to the room. The amount of fun and stimulation he gets from his days at nursery takes away any worry about leaving him and the food is excellent too. Thank you Monkey Puzzle Southgate for everything.

Throughout the year and especially this month Monkey Puzzle has been great! Primrose has enjoyed her days at the nursery full of fun-filled activities. She has enjoyed learning many new things and I have enjoyed hearing about all that she's done. I always look forward to picking her up at the end of the day! The staff are amazing, helpful and very experienced at what they do. My child talks very much about all her key workers and friends she has made at Monkey Puzzle. Couldn't have placed her at any other nursery!

The nursery is well-managed, and communication with parents is clear and prompt. They respond to questions answered questions well. The nursery practitioners are highly skilled and competent. They are attentive to individual child's needs, highly nurturing and dedicated to learning through play. They create a wide range of. Imaginative activities for the children including outdoor play, themed weeks and outings. The only concerns we had are the lack of air conditioning in the nursery and we hope to see lots more work on preparation for school, for the rest of this academic year. I have recommended Monkey Puzzle to other parents as I believe it offers high-quality early years education and care.

My son has been going to Monkey Puzzle since he was 9 months old. There is a lot I could say but don't have enough space! I leave my child with the staff with a smile on my face. He loves everyone there and they love him back. They take such good care that sometimes he doesn't want to leave. He works together and he enjoys all the fun activities. I appreciate the touch of extra care provided for my son. Many mums feel guilty leaving their children at nursery to go to work but I leave mine with the staff feeling confident and happy. Thank you to all the lovely ladies.
