We have been really happy with Monkey Puzzle, our daughter joined in August 2024 when she had just turned one and the team have been so wonderful in ensuring she has a lovely experience and that we as parents are kept up to date. The team really care about each child and my daughter loves going. Before sending her I was so nervous to leave her (as I'm sure most mums feel!) but I don't worry at all now, I know she's having a fab time.

Our son started in October 2024 and we've had an excellent experience. Our son now runs into the room and we love all the updates of his development on the app. The educational activities, nap, food, and nutrition updates are great and I really appreciate all the key workers taking a lot of pride in their work and the development of the children. Very well-run nursery. Thank you!

Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery in Loughton is fantastic! The staff are incredibly caring and create such a nurturing environment for the kids. Our son loves the engaging and creative activities they plan every day. We've seen him thrive since starting, and it's clear the team puts so much thought into making the nursery a happy, safe space. Highly recommend!

I am very grateful to all the staff members and the management team for supporting our family when our son had difficulty adapting to the nursery. Everyone is very friendly and professional. Overall, it has been a great journey.

My nephew attends this exceptional nursery. Since attending he has grown so much with his linguistic and social skills. He has made many friends within the nursery and also bonded well with the staff. He looks forward to attending nursery every day and it will be sad when he needs to move on to school. I hope he has as a positive experience for when he moves to school!

My daughter has attended Monkey Puzzle since she was 18 months old, from babies to tweenies, to toddlers and now pre-school. She is very happy there and the staff are friendly. We get regular updates on her development and progress. A great nursery!

My nephew attends this setting and he absolutely loves it here. The staff are very informative and always go above and beyond to make sure he gets the best preschool experience. I am really happy to see his progress and see him blossom and gain confidence under the fabulous staff!

What a lovely nursery! We're sad to say goodbye due to a house move but our daughter has loved her time there in Babies and Tweenies. We have been really impressed with the dedication and care provided by the staff and her amazing key worker. Lots of fun activities, encouragement towards development and a good rotating menu. The communication through the app and at the end of the day was always thorough and support specific to each child (in our case cracking a tough settle period and potty training) was excellent.

My little one has enjoyed Monkey Puzzle, staff are caring and happy to talk about little ones experience at the nursery. Is always happy to go into the classroom with out any worries. Always kept up to date with what is happening in the classroom through the app with pictures.

Have had a very good experience with Monkey Puzzle so far. I always see a big smile on my son's face when I pick him up. Staff are very friendly, informative, generally caring and willing to have a chat to update me about his progress. I have really seen my son develop in the time he has been at Monkey Puzzle and I am happy with this nursery.

We are beyond happy with Monkey Puzzle Loughton. Our girls are so happy here and all the staff are brilliant. They do everything and more for us and the girls and have made it so easy to settle our youngest into the baby room at only 8 months old! Watching the girls create a bond with the nursery staff and grow in confidence is something we will forever appreciate! We could not ask for a better team!

Monkey Puzzle Loughton has gone from strength to strength in the years we have been here. My kids (son preschool/daughter now in school) receive such warmth from the staff who have tailored their care around the different personalities and needs they have. The staff are lovely and have so much energy. They continually update us through the app and in person on day-to-day progress, long-term development, activities they put on (e.g. sewing, baking, dancing, football, yoga, Christmas shows, bingo, trips to town and the fire station to name a few) and are always at hand to help and advise us when we ask for support. My son always walks out smiling and is often proud to show me the painting, beads, cake or whatever he has made that day. The manager is very proactive and will always make time for us and being busy working parents we have comfort that they are looked after and are in a fun, safe and happy environment. I would 100% recommend this nursery.

Amazing staff at Monkey Puzzle, which was the most important thing for us. Our daughter absolutely loves going and has developed a really great bond with her key worker. They have been amazing at aiding her development. We've recommended to our close friends - just hope they manage to get a place!

Happy with the way staff are always putting the children first, and their fun and learning skills. They are very understanding with late pick-ups and drop-offs and the monthly update for how your child is doing is very informative. Very pleased with them!

Our two children currently attend Monkey Puzzle Loughton two days a week. The staff are friendly and caring and I feel very comfortable knowing my children are being looked after in a safe, welcoming environment. They are learning and developing through play, with lots of fun activities every week. We love receiving the daily and monthly updates with photos of what our children have been doing and how they are reaching their milestones.

Good facilities, the nursery staff are great, the daily activities encourage children's development and the food sounds yummy. My son is very happy there therefore I would highly recommend this nursery.

I think the nursery is one of the best around. The staff are lovely and my daughter loves going. I feel she is safe there, being fed well and learning as well as having fun. The building and rooms are great for what the children need.

Lovely staff and I feel my child is cared for and happy to attend. Space for the children is limited and arrangements (changing days etc.) are inflexible, I think due to the nursery being at capacity.

Monkey Puzzle is overall a great facility with lots of lovely staff, great communication between the nursery and parents, good facilities and a caring team. There are some drawbacks, however, such as a lack of outdoor space and general time spent outdoors. Given the location, it would be amazing to see trips to the forest on occasion. There have also been issues with the healthiness of the food, although this has improved recently with the introduction of a new chef.

Monkey Puzzle is a great nursery with lovely staff. My daughter always enjoys herself and has a smile on her face every time I pick her up. She has made some good friends, and she’s well prepared for when she starts school.
