Oxford Road Nursery is exceptional. My children receive truly outstanding care. The staff are genuinely invested in each child, understanding their individual needs and interests. Transitions between rooms have been effortless, and my older child has thrived throughout her time there. Communication is excellent, with thorough daily handovers. The facilities are fantastic, and the wide range of extracurricular activities keeps the children engaged and learning. Most importantly, my children love going to Nursery. It's a nurturing environment with a real family feel.

Our daughter has been attending Norfolk House Nursery on Oxford Road for 7 months and has flourished during her time there. The communication during settling in sessions was great, making the transition easier for her and us, as parents. Since starting nursery she has developed lots of new skills, including speech, walking and fine motor skills. The nursery have a range of activities including lots of singing, arts and crafts, imaginative play and outdoor time. Our daughter is very happy here and has a great relationship with her key worker and all of the staff.

Our son moved up to Babies 2 in January. The staff really made his transition up from babies1 stress-free. He really enjoys the new room and has made new friends and settled in with the staff. Norfolk House Nursery is a really great nursery that we and our son really loves. Big thanks to the whole team for all their support and hard work.

We have started this nursery in January and have had great welcome. The staff are very friendly and doing a great job. The nursery is well presented and would recommend to family and friends. My child is happy during her stay at the nursery and we have had no complaints.

Our daughter has settled in brilliantly and I cannot fault the nursery one bit. The activities and curriculum are outstanding and very diverse. The organisation is superb and the staff are very engaging and have already formed great relationships with our daughter.

Absolutely delighted with our experience at Norfolk House Nursery! The staff are incredibly attentive, nurturing, and skilled, ensuring each child receives personalised care. The range of activities is impressive, from educational games to creative crafts, keeping little ones engaged and stimulated. The on-site soft play area is a huge hit, providing a safe and fun space for active play. The forest school program is a fantastic addition, allowing children to explore nature and develop a love for the outdoors. Plus, the numerous extra events and opportunities for parents to get involved foster a strong sense of community. And as vegans, we appreciate the thoughtfulness in catering to our dietary preferences. Norfolk House Nursery truly goes above and beyond to create a nurturing environment for children to thrive. Our son only goes one day a week but always looks forward to his Friday! Highly recommend!

Let me tell you why you should send your child to this nursery - it’s simply the best! Norfolk House Nursery was recommended to me. After visiting I remember being blown away. The vibe is inclusive, fun friendly, yet I see that they are also focused on children’s development - not an easy mix to pull off. The nursery is kept so clean (which I love) and has a great outdoor play area. My little one has been here for over a year and we couldn’t be happier with her development. We receive detailed updates when we pick her up and the staff are always super friendly. The nursery organises lots of themed activities, trips and crafts. They also organise celebrations for the children and parents to attend throughout the year (the most incredible Christmas party)! I love how they celebrate every milestone with us and always help create personalised gifts for families to enjoy from their child. Something I will cherish forever. I’m so glad I chose to send my girl here. I truly feel that Norfolk House Nursery has helped her flourish.

Such a wonderful nursery! The staff are so meticulous at planning out the entire month’s activities and letting parents know in advance. My son started in the toddler room and the team are brilliant. The activities, days outs, all events celebrated, stay and play activities and even after nursery activities such as Xmas party, Diwali party, and Eid party have been well received and well organised. A huge thank you to the staff, what a lovely bunch of ladies who go above and beyond their call of duty. My son’s vocabulary increased after one month of attendance and after one year his confidence has grown. My son has recently moved to pre-school. The transition process has been fazed in gently and the team have been keeping us well informed. Thank you to the stars behind this wonderful gem of a nursery!

Both my granddaughters love coming to nursery. My eldest loves telling me about all the activities she does in preschool, especially forest school. The youngest has settled well since she started and enjoys different activities to what we would do at home. It’s been lovely when I collect them seeing how happy they are and I get good feedback about their day.

Does a lot of extracurricular activities and my child really enjoys Forest School. Excellent managers, very organised. Nice extras such as being able to borrow a book and also getting monthly ‘homework’ to link up with what they are doing. Plenty of opportunities to get involved.

Mornings are a joy as my daughter happily skips into nursery. She has made great friends with both the other children and the staff. She’s a very busy child but is always kept entertained with all the fun activities, as well as being supported in her much loved free play. The best way to learn!

We couldn't be happier with our experience at Norfolk House so far. The staff are wonderful and really care about making a safe and positive environment for the children. The activities are educational and varied and our daughter loves telling us what she's been up to each day. Any time we have had any issue the management team have been extremely responsive, listened to us and taken action when needed. I would recommend the nursery to any family.

Excellent nursery. Couldn’t rate it highly enough. Always clean and tidy. Incredible staff who genuinely care and invest in the children’s development. They put a huge amount of effort into sensory play, creative crafts and getting the kids outside, ensuring a well-rounded day. They serve great food options providing the kids with a well-balanced and nutritious diet. Management staff are super approachable and feedback always welcome and acted upon.

My child has been attending Norfolk House Oxford Road. The staff have been very welcoming, reassuring and accommodating. I have been made to feel at ease and confident they are taking care of my child. They follow Early Years Foundation Stage which I get regular updates about. My child enjoys his day and comes home with a smile.

This nursery has been excellent, from the first day we visited when it was newly built to the current day the service has been excellent. All staff are brilliant and provide regular updates on child performance and activities undertaken during the day. Communication is great either via email, the app or on-site. Our son has been at Norfolk House for almost exactly a year now and we couldn't be happier with how supportive they are of our son and his development - first on Babies 1 and now in Babies 2. All the basics are of course covered and to an excellent standard (cleanliness, communication to parents, safety, food). The staff are incredibly friendly, good with the kids, professional and well trained and give good feedback to us. The activities arranged for our son and the others are well thought out and executed and often relate to his interests. They clearly care for the kids in their care. There is also great outdoor space and a great range of 'stay and plays' organised. Attending Norfolk House has definitely been beneficial to our son and we are very happy with our choice to send him there.
