My daughter transferred to the Preschool room when we moved house. She had been at her previous nursery for two years and always struggled with change and separation anxiety, so we were nervous about her starting a new nursery. However, the team at Perfect Start were so brilliant in welcoming her and helping her to settle. The team in the preschool room are exceptional and have been great at building her confidence and supporting her. One member of staff in particular, is an asset to the nursery - he instantly built her trust seems to have have an endless imagination for fun games to play. Her key worker has also worked hard to earn her confidence and they now have a special bond. I have been impressed with what she has learnt already, and I feel confident that she will be academically ready for school in September. My only criticism is it would be nice to have some external activities. In her last nursery they did Zumba, Teddy tennis, and forest school, but the don't even go out for walks.

The staff at Perfect Start make a real effort to create an environment the children genuinely enjoy and thrive in. Speaking for our own daughter, she had a fantastic experience in Babies 1 when she first joined, the team in that room worked tirelessly to work out how best to build a relationship with her and she soon became inseparable from them. When she moved up into Babies 2, it was such a positive and easy transition - the team in there genuinely care about the children and it really shows in the relationships the children have with each of them. She learns so much on a day to day, her confidence, development and language improve on a daily basis it seems - no doubt, down to the hard work of the staff. She thoroughly enjoys her time at nursery - often not wanting to leave on pick up and she has made some real friendships with other children and the staff who look after her. From management level down, everyone goes the extra mile - highly recommend to anyone looking for a nursery!

My daughter has settled in really well at the nursery and we are pleased with the care provided by her key workers. The team has adapted very professionally to the medicines and monitoring required for her heart condition so we feel comfortable leaving her 3 times a week. I would definitely recommend this nursery to others.

We can not speak highly enough about Perfect Start Day Nursery and our experience there over the past 18 months. Most notably - the staff are caring, empathetic, personable and have taken the time to understand and nurture our child’s specific behaviour and needs. They treat our child as an individual and ensure that he is given the best opportunity possible to thrive in the environment. All of the staff have taken the time to develop a genuine and meaningful relationship with our child - meaning that he is calm and confident being left there daily. The activity in the classroom is engaging, purposeful and ever-changing and as such is able to keep our child entertained whilst continuing to progress his developmental needs. The outdoor activity is a particular highlight. The staff have continued to foster relationships with other children - meaning our child has made friends and looks forward to going to school daily. A massive thank you to all of the staff at Perfect Start Nursery.

We could not recommend Perfect Start Walton highly enough. We initially selected Perfect Start due to its caring family feel, friendly staff, great facilities and good value for money. During our first tour of the nursery, the manager knew every child by name and would greet children with a hug - a memory that stuck with us! Needless to say, Perfect Start has lived up to our expectations - and more. Our little boy joined at 1 year old and is quite a shy little boy and was quite emotional at first. However the staff have been nothing but patient, caring and understanding and given our son so much love and care to help him settle. 5 months later and our son is thriving! He’s moved up a room and is so happy when we pick him up, always keen to show off his latest skills and tricks. The staff genuinely seem to care about our little boy and the children and it is so touching to see. Could not recommend more highly!

Our son loves Perfect Start - he's been there for 4 months now and just moved into a new room. The team are great, his move to the new room was managed really well and our son is very happy! I would highly recommend it.

My daughter loved Perfect Start so much when she started in January 2021 that on her day off she would bring me her nursery branded bag as if to tell me she wanted to go in rather than stay at home with me! She now goes 5 days rather than 4! The staff are all extremely attentive and caring. They come up with all sorts of fun activities so every day is different. They really think carefully about the progress of each individual child and will strive to help them achieve their next developmental goals by focusing the kids on particular types of activities, games, songs etc. They've also been really helpful with preparing my daughter for her new baby sibling by doing role play - this has helped us in getting her excited for the new arrival. Thank you to each and every one of the staff - you are all brilliant!

Our daughter was one of the first to join the nursery when she started. The facilities are great and the staff are too. The most important thing is the happiness of your child and she was always happy there. In fact, she would at times cry because she didn't want to leave. There have been a few superstars for us who have been her key workers over the time she has been with The Perfect Start. The ladies were creative, caring and loving. Our daughter had a real affection for them. All the staff though are great and I have no hesitation in recommending the nursery to parents on the search for a new nursery. Thank you from my family and I. You will be missed.

We have nothing but praise for Perfect Start in Walton and their care of our daughter since 2021. Having just turned one, she was still only able to crawl, but soon settled in and gained confidence around classmates. Teachers are attentive, with a good ratio of child to carer, so we've been very happy with the care and attention received, and the bonds she's developed with staff and her peers. Having progressed through 3 classes, where age groups are kept small, we're convinced nursery has hugely accelerated her walking, talking, social skills and general confidence. At drop-off, the team are always very welcoming, and when we collect, they always provide us with a detailed update of her day, including what she ate, how much sleep she's had, and who she's been having mischief with! She usually has so much fun that she doesn't want to leave when we're ready to go! Perfect Start is the perfect nursery for your child to be well cared for and motivated to explore their own strengths.

Our daughter has been at this Nursery for a year and a half and has grown so much because of it. She has so many lovely friends and the staff are a delight. She is always learning new things and has never come home upset. We recommend Perfect Start very highly.

Our daughter has been going to Perfect Start Day Nursery Walton-on-Thames for almost a year, she's incredibly happy there and has been from Day 1. It's a welcoming environment with superb team members, and our daughter has loved every stage of it. We've seen her confidence grow as she's moved from the babies room through to the older babies and now into toddlers. The entire staff, from management to room leaders through to the wider team are kind, caring, accommodating and proactive. It's reassuring to feel such confidence in a team and see their commitment every day in action, it's a seriously joyful place to walk into and for our family to feel a part of, and I'd recommend this team to any parent.

We moved our son to Perfect Start at the start of the year following a bad experience at a different nursery. Our experience of Perfect Start couldn't be better. The management and staff are absolutely fabulous - we feel he is safe, cared for and stimulated. They are interested in him as a human being. There is a genuine interest in his well-being and he has built real relationships with everyone there. The nursery manages to apply good safeguarding combined with common sense. The facilities are excellent, clean and well organised, and the whole operation is structured really well. He eats well and the range of activities is really good. We are delighted to have him attend preschool there and know that when he leaves to go to big school he will be ready and well prepared. I understand names aren't allowed but they know who they are - thank you so much to the management and staff for taking such good care of our precious child.

We were fortunate enough to get a place at quite short notice after we were let down by another provider, and although it was very stressful at the time, we wouldn't change a thing because Perfect Start Walton is absolutely the right place for our child to be. It has a real family feel; everyone including the chef seems to know our child by name which is lovely. All of the staff we have met are warm, caring and professional, and very importantly, we have absolute confidence in them. Handing your baby over to someone else is one of the hardest things, but Perfect Start Walton have made it as easy as it can be. That's because we know our child is somewhere safe where they will be well looked after and their individual needs met, plus they will have lots of fun along the way! I'm sure it's only a matter of time before they prefer being at nursery to home! Thank you for doing such a brilliant job!

We moved my 17-month-old daughter to Perfect start around 2 months ago. I was really apprehensive as she was so settled at her previous nursery and wasn't used to being around a lot of children. The staff have been absolutely fantastic and she has settled in very quickly. The facility itself is brand new, so lovely and clean and lots of wooden toys. The outdoor space is large and there is private parking for drop off which is essential for us. The staff are very friendly and have gone the extra mile with fancy dress and decor at Halloween. I love seeing all the updates on the app of the many sensory activities they think up. I'm so thrilled with the nursery that 3 of my friends have now moved their babies there as well, which is so lovely.

We have recently sent our daughter to Perfect Start Walton. It's always hard to go back to work and be away from your child but the staff have made the transition easy. They all seem very friendly and caring, and we are confident our daughter is being well looked after.

My son joined Perfect Start (Walton) in October 2021 and I could not be happier. After viewing a number of childcare settings and having worked in childcare before, I was nervous to leave my son and return to work. When I visited Perfect Start, I immediately knew it was the right one! From the initial viewing, I was made to feel comfortable and reassured that my son would be in capable, trusting and safe hands. All staff are super friendly and each morning we are greeted so warmly, making it much easier to leave him. With the app, both me and Dad are able to see what our son gets up to throughout the day as well as given a full update at pickup. The staff have been so accommodating with any requests we have had and I genuinely do not have anything negative to say! Our son has the best time and has such a good relationship with the staff already, providing me with the daily reassurance that I have made the right choice in choosing Perfect Start!

Where to start, what a welcoming and beautiful place, it is such a warm and friendly nursery. My daughter has settled in so well and has been loving all the fun activities set for her, day to day, the updates on the app are so insightful and bring a smile to my face seeing what fun she gets up to and how highly she speaks of her carers. I’m very happy with Perfect Start and how happy it makes my daughter.
