Both my children have attended Hydra Tots and love it! The staff are brilliant and I have no issues or concerns leaving my children there. The indoor playframe is a great feature as they can still burn off lots of energy even when the weather is bad. Overall great nursery and I highly recommend.

I can't thank or recommend this nursery enough, the staff are absolutely amazing at their jobs, caring for my children with the best nurture, support and kindness with an amazing attitude to teaching and getting them ready for school, I specifically would love to state how impressed i am with the pre school room and their approach to getting children to be so school ready, it's incredible, when my daughter started school she definitely had all the tools to support her journey in school and it's you i have to thank for that, my son is in his last year here and already i feel like he is definitely school ready aswell, i would also love to point out and appreciate all the cultural and diverse lessons your are teaching to make everyone feel so welcome and seen, i would describe this nursery as outstanding and i recommend it to everyone whom is wanting a child to start their nursery journey Thankyou Hydratots

I couldn't praise Hydratots enough! Both of my children attend here. My son for nearly 3 years and is currently in Pre-School and my daughter since Jan, who has joined one of the baby rooms called the Ladybird room. My son has special needs and the SEND team are absolutely incredible!! I have been supported every step of the way and have just been granted an EHCP which I would not have been able to do without a particular member of staff's specialised and expert knowledge. My son has absolutely thrived since being at Hydratots and every single staff member has been so kind and gentle and adapted to his needs. My daughter is loving her time at hydra! I never have tears upon leaving her and I'm always greeted with big smiles upon picking her up. Her key worker has made my daughter feel so loved and welcomed and I feel safe and happy leaving her there. You can tell Hydra is family run and concentrates on the well-being of the children. I couldn't have picked a better nursery if I tried!

My child has been going here since she was 18months old and it's been an amazing nursery not only for my child but for us parents too! She has developed so much over her time spent there and is becoming such a clever and independent child. I was worried when she first started and how she would settle but every week she really looks forward to going and enjoys telling us what she has been doing at nursery/preschool! Would like to mention 3 members of staff in particular who my child has bonded with so well and talks about them all the time! Special mention for one of the staff members and the efforts she put in with my child! To this day she still remembers her listening ears and still classes daisy as her best friend! Also want to mention how good another member of staff is as she has made my child feel comfortable and safe with her especially when she moved into her new preschool class! Overall a very good nursery!!!!

From a last-minute placement request to my child almost graduating this year, nothing has ever been too much trouble! The nursery goes above and beyond my expectations constantly. They are innovative, caring, with a clean, happy, educational, and fun environment. The staff show genuine care for the children and the employers really care for their staff. This shows with the limited high turn over resulting in consistency for the children. The staff are a pleasure to deal with. They learn about each child's individuality and needs. Management is open to ideas and responsive. They give great options for children with alternative needs such as dairy intolerance to additional learning needs and finding avenues to support parents. 5 members of staff are a few of the brilliant members of staff who have contributed to my little boy being who he is today. Happy, thriving, and clever. Thank you. I won't forget you or what you have done for my wonderful little boy.

Hydra Tots Nursery is amazing with wonderful staff, all my four boys have been to Hydra Tots and they have done so well and learnt everything they should have before starting school as well as making great friendships. I can't recommend this nursery enough Thank you once again for some great years.

Can't thank all the staff at Hydra Tots can't thank you all enough for the service you've provided for our kids, they've both come on so much over their 2 years with you. No issues at drop off and pick up because they feel so comfortable with you all. We will be bringing our third boy in September as well. It's been a positive and safe environment for our boys and would recommend anybody who's looking at nurseries to give Hydra Tots a look you'll only choose one place. Thanks.

Every member of staff is very pleasant and friendly. I have complete trust in them to care for my child and help him through his early years of learning and development. The facilities seem clean and in a suitable state. I feel that the nursery is a very safe place for my child.

The staff are all amazing- from the nursery workers to the office staff/ management, everyone really seems to care so much about the children/parents' wellbeing. I am really reassured knowing that my son attends this nursery and would highly recommend it to anyone thinking of sending their child here. Thanks for all you do.

The nursery is an exceptional and nurturing place for my 2 children. The eldest has grown so much, both emotionally and in her learning experience. The staff are incredibly polite, dedicated, focused and always have the child’s best interests at heart. I recommend Hydratots as a great place for learning.

I can't praise this nursery enough and I am so grateful my little girl goes here (and soon to be my son.) The nursery have been fantastic at settling my little girl in who was nervous at first but they really worked with her at her pace and she loves to go now! I get brilliant handovers, the staff are great and you can tell everyone that works there truly enjoys what they do! I can't wait for my little boy to start as well.

My little girl has been going here since March 2023, it's an amazing place, my little girl had to move from her previous nursery as they were closing and one of the directors showed us around and is so lovely. My little one found it difficult at first but two members of staff were amazing with her and really can't thank them enough, they have brought her on so much I will be sad when my little one has to leave. It's one big family everyone is great and friendly, make you feel at ease, nothing is a problem they will help in any way they can.

I think Hydra Tots is an outstanding nursery that prides themselves in focusing on each individual child’s needs. The staff are very welcoming and informative regarding what kind of day my child has had and what he has been up to etc. They have also helped my child develop in ways that I didn’t think were even possible, he is so comfortable and happy here. I am so glad that we chose Hydra Tots. I can’t thank them enough, I have and will always recommend this nursery to others. It’s a lovely, happy and clean nursery.

My daughter has been going to Hydra Tots for around 8 months now and immediately noted the positive, caring, and fun environment the staff have created. The nursery has supported my son in settling in beautifully. The staff are kind and caring and have been very good at updating me on how is he during the day. They will always take my calls should I need reassurance while at work and I can see my son is so happy and cared for there. The management went above and beyond to ensure the timings and days for my son's care suited my work schedule and I was so grateful for that! It would be great to see the updates through an app so we can see picture updates throughout the day but that really is a small suggestion for what is a brilliant nursery! Thank you for all you do and what you provide!

Without doubt the best nursery in the area. From the very beginning, our little boy settled in straight away and has enjoyed his time at Hydra Tots. Amazing staff who go above and beyond on a daily basis.

Hydra Tots are caring, compassionate and the most wonderful practitioners to look after my little one. The handovers at the end of the day are high quality, informative and warm. My little boy is happy, safe and learning at a very fast speed, his progress since being at Hydra Tots has been phenomenal. Rooms are well-resourced and reflect the interests of the children, and are regularly updated. The soft play on the ground floor is such an asset, my little boy loves going there daily and has developed his gross motor skills through exploration.

Ever since moving my little girl to Hydra Tots in June, I haven't had anything but great experiences with this nursery. Right from the moment we went for a visit, I knew that this was the right setting for her. The girls who work at the nursery are all welcoming, caring, and go above and beyond to meet the needs of the children. My little one has truly flourished while being at Hydra Tots. I couldn't recommend a nursery more. Thank you for everything you have done this year, you are all amazing!

Hydra Tots have really surpassed my nursery expectations. They definitely go above and beyond to make the children’s time there magical as well as educational. A good example would be the festive period where there is so much going on for the little ones including meeting Santa and his (real!) reindeer. The staff are always happy and easy to talk to and give great feedback at each handover too. I particularly like the set up of the nursery with wonderful displays and lots of things to spark interest and imagination, not to mention the fact they have their own indoor soft play area. Thank you Hydra Tots.

I cannot recommend the staff and nursery enough! I was so nervous in the beginning of letting go and I was crying when dropping off, meanwhile, my son was off having the best time of his life! Going back to work has been challenging for me but I never have to worry about him because I know he's having the best day with his friends and is in the best care. As the nursery is family run, they truly understand different circumstances and situations and the support they've provided to not just my son but myself also has been amazing, the staff are all absolute angels and I sincerely can't thank them enough! They've gone out of their way to provide support and advice to me and it's made such a huge difference. The rooms and activities are all exciting and encouraging and my son has come on leaps and bounds since he started. I especially love the pictures and paintings he comes home with. Thank you so much for everything you'll never know how much it means to us!
