The staff are friendly and my son is always happy when I pick him up. I feel at ease when he is there and they always let us know straight away if there are any problems. I love getting the photos and updates of what he's been up to.

Our son has been attending Fennies London Lane for just over 18 months and has really thrived across 3 different age group rooms - all providing a caring environment for him to grow, learn and express himself. All the staff from front desk to key workers, kitchen through to cleaners are friendly and helpful and our boy is always happy at pick up and drop off. There is invariably an imaginative approach to the daily activities, offering the children broadened horizons and the chance to try things they wouldn't get to do at home. Our son's development is going from strength to strength thanks to the kindness and hard work of the Fennies London Lane team and I'm sure he will miss his chats and cuddles with them while they have their well deserved Christmas break.

Amazing nursery. The staff is caring and experienced. My two children are happy to go to nursery and they created a strong bond with the key workers. Everyone is helpful and always happy to support and give advice, going above and beyond. Both my kids keep learning a lot by doing the various activities proposed in a supportive environment and every day makes a difference. Food is various and good quality. The nursery is clean and teaches good hygiene habits to the kids.

I couldn't be happier with Fennies London Lane for all that they do for my son. The facilities are excellent and my son runs up the front door every day. He started at 9 months and the communication and care from the team there has been exceptional. I have always felt as though he is happy and in very safe hands. I always know what he is up to, what he has eaten, nap times and even nappy changes throughout the day. Every member of staff is friendly and the reporting that we receive shows that they really know him personally.

My grandson has been at this Nursery for a few months and he absolutely loves it. The activities they set up for the children are brilliant. They encourage active learning for the children and put a lot of effort into everything they do. The staff and Management are really warm and friendly people. I enjoy the pictures they post of the children (my grandson) enjoying the day at the nursery. I think my grandson is picking up valuable learning lessons at the nursery

My grandson has only been at London Lane a few months and he loves it. The staff are friendly and engaging and their ultimate aim is to make sure that he has a lovely time at nursery whilst learning. He especially likes going for outside play in the nursery garden. Thoroughly recommend it.

I love everything about this nursery. Since joining at the start of the year my child is absolutely thriving. He loves the staff in the nursery and talks about everybody at home. Bit by bit I can see how much he is growing and I cannot wait to see how he grows with the nursery. The nursery is such a wonderful place to be and is such a welcoming environment. I am so grateful about how much my child has developed and how much he is growing. I will forever be grateful for London Lane - the staff and the nursery on the whole. Best place to be.

With our daughter attending Fennies @ London Lane (discoverers) 3 days a week, we have really seen her progress and flourish in the past few months. She has become very confident when it comes to playing, asking for help and being able to express her emotions! Thank you to the nursery team and the rest of the team at Fennies for constantly supporting her and guiding her! She even talks about you all when she's at home with us which is always great!

Fennies is a wonderful nursery that provides a beautiful, loving environment where children can develop and grow. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff are truly amazing - always caring, attentive, and professional. Special mention goes to the manager who ensures everything runs smoothly and is always on hand to support both children and parents. I couldn't recommend Fennies enough; it's a fantastic place for any child to begin their early years journey.

We moved to UK last year. My son was 3 years old and had never been to a daycare or preschool before. English was not his mother tongue and he barely understood English. We were worried about how our son would adapt to the entirely new world. The start was not easy but the credit goes to the amazing and experienced staff of Fennies London Lane. He gradually started to love going to preschool. He is a confident and happy child and now he runs to the nursery every morning. He loves the activities, the preschool environment the healthy meals and the staff has gained his trust. The staff were very supportive from the beginning. When you are at work, you want to be assured that your child is safe and happy and Fennies London Lane made it happen.

Fennies Bromley London Lane Nursery is an absolute gem! From the caring and dedicated staff to the nurturing environment, I couldn't be more pleased with the level of care and attention my little one receives. The teachers go above and beyond to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere that encourages learning and growth. The activities and play areas are not only fun but also educational, helping my daughter develop new skills and interests. I have peace of mind knowing that she is in such good hands every day. The communication with the nursery staff is excellent, and they always keep me informed about my daughter's progress and daily activities. Fennies London Lane is an excellent choice of nursery in Bromley without a doubt. My daughter has been enrolled in the nursery since it first opened so I've seen it continuously improve to where it is today. The nursery staff are warm, welcoming and supportive of you as a parent. It can be daunting sending your little one to nursery especially when my daughter was 11 months but they really helped both of us feel at ease - and she did take a good while to settle! I did quite a bit of research before deciding on Fennies where I was impressed by the facilities, the staff and the management team. They are constantly seeking feedback, there to listen to you and continuously look for ways to both improve the overall nursery experience but also build a fab parent community. Moreover, I've seen how they develop their own teams. It goes beyond just caring for your child but fostering an environment where their staff can grow too.

My son recently joined the nursery as of September 2023, as a later starter of 2 and a half, I was worried about how nursery life would be for my son. I'm an anxious parent but any worries I previously had went away pretty fast! The team at London Lane are incredible and eased me completely, I feel like all team members have gone above and beyond for my son, keeping me regularly updated on all aspects of my son's day when needed too and giving him so much support, love, kindness and help. I love how the nursery has an app that alerts me to what he has eaten and how much, garden time and amazingly detailed observations. Thank you so much to the managers and the team. I couldn’t be happier with all your hard work.

We've had an excellent experience with Fennies Nursery Bromley - London Lane. The nurturing environment, engaging activities and the genuine care provided by the teachers have made a positive impact. Communication with parents is transparent and the facilities are well-maintained. Our child enjoys going here and as parents, we feel confident and grateful to have found such a wonderful nursery. Highly reccomended.

Our daughter has been attending Fennies on London Lane since it opened and we’ve been so happy with how the team in each room/stage have encouraged her to develop new skills and grow in confidence as she’s moved up through the different rooms. The staff are incredibly welcoming, we get great updates on what our daughter is doing throughout the day and the management team are always present and available - we would highly recommend it!

Fennies has been amazing in so many ways. From the first opening, they helped settle my eldest into preschool and got us ready and prepared for school. My youngest started there at 6 months and unfortunately, we had to leave for a short time but when we were ready to return, Fennies London Lane was always my first option. The management team are not only helpful and supportive but they listen and are forever looking at ways to improve and reflect. The staff team are like a second family, they’ve established a love of learning for both of my children from settling in, to everyday care. The food is amazing, the premises is always clean and well-maintained. My children love it and so do I!

Fennies London Lane is a fantastic nursery full of amazing staff. My daughter has been attending since January and I have seen her confidence and learning grow significantly especially her vocabulary. I would highly recommend.
