Our child has been under the care of the Triangle staff for two years. During that time they have made great efforts to help her overcome her shyness and her overly cautious nature. Our daughter has become a well-rounded little girl from the support, care and love she has been given by her key people. The welcoming environment and capable management have made The Triangle a wonderful, fun and safe place for our kids. Thank you!

Our little boy is so happy at The Triangle - we know because most mornings he picks up his nursery bag after breakfast, walks to the door smiling and waving, and saying 'Bye-bye!'. We have been really impressed with the standard of care, range of activities, staff and management, cleanliness, and attention to safeguarding since he started. All the staff seem to know him (not just those based in the rooms), the range of facilities and activities is impressive, and although he was a bit wobbly for the first week or two in each new room (he has been through babies, tots, and is now in toddlers), they have helped him to settle very swiftly and now he happily walks in or goes for a cuddle with a member of staff at drop-off time. The staff take safeguarding extremely seriously, which I find reassuring, too. All in all, we are really pleased with The Triangle and would recommend it to other parents.

I have been using Triangle Nursery for my son since he was an 8-month-old baby, and I couldn't be happier with the care and attention he has received throughout his time there. The staff are incredibly professional and empathetic, always going above and beyond to ensure that each child's needs are met. They have looked after my son exceptionally well, providing a safe and nurturing environment that has allowed him to grow and thrive. One of the standout aspects for me was their support with potty training, which was handled with great patience and understanding. I highly recommend Triangle Nursery to any parent looking for a reliable, caring, and supportive environment for their child.

A friendly, bright nursery with super kind staff and fun, innovative childcare ideas. My son is still quite young and I was nervous going back to work, but he loved it here from day 1. The lovely girls in the room have been open and kind, making the complete transition a great experience for my boy and me. All staff take great care of him on a daily basis and he has a unique bond with his key person. They also support you in any issue you might have at home as a first-time parent with tips from feeding to sleeping. On top, I am amazed of week of the creative sensory approaches they provide. And a great outdoor area. All in all, we feel lucky to be in such a great nursery. Thanks so much for all you do!

Triangle Nursery has been a wonderful second home for our child. From day one, the staff's warmth made him feel secure and excited to attend. They go beyond basic care, offering valuable tips that help us at home, showing their genuine commitment to his development and well-being. The meals are nutritious and kid-friendly, thanks to the dedicated chef. Plus, the children spend plenty of time outside, even enjoying breakfast al fresco sometimes. What truly stands out is the strong sense of community, staff members are involved and engaged with the children. We're incredibly grateful for Triangle Nursery and highly recommend it to other families seeking a loving and enriching environment.

My son has been at the nursery for 4 years. The nursery feels to us like our extended family. The atmosphere is friendly, caring and fun. We feel our son has benefited hugely from the multiculturalism and the focus on enjoying the outdoors. Thank you to the hardworking staff.

My child enjoys her time at the nursery and looks forward to seeing her friends and key person every day. The nursery does a wonderful job in preparing each day to be a unique experience for the kids, while also teaching them important skills for development.

Wonderful staff, loving and caring. Excellent facilities, great activities for the children. My daughter is thriving and you look after Mummies and Daddies too! The little ones are encouraged to be creative and explore everything! Can't fault you guys and my terror loves her time with you all. Can I just shout out to your epic catering staff! My son joined the nursery just after he turned one in the summer of 2022. Since then the nursery has been transformed by the new management team that took over in late 2022/early 2023. Whenever I go to the nursery, I feel confident that my son is being safely cared for. The nursery is a friendly, fun, and welcoming place, and my son is very happy there. He has formed a really strong bond with lots of members of staff in the Toddlers Room and with the nursery managers. All the staff pay close attention to him, his well-being, and his development. The staff organise lots of varied and interesting activities for the children to do every day and they also have a large garden that the children use all year round. The food provided (breakfast, lunch, and tea) is also very varied and of excellent quality.

Both our daughters have attended Kids Planet The Triangle Day Nursery and they have both loved and flourished their time there. Our daughters have both had unique bonds with their key workers and all other workers. Our youngest still attends the nursery in the toddler room and we have been so impressed with all the workers in the room and the management team. The activities they undertake are different, fun and educational without the children realising. The food is great and caters for allergy needs that our daughter has. We couldn't recommend the nursery enough. The care and attention our daughter has is amazing. Our eldest was sad when she had to leave and loves to go and pick our youngest up to see what it's like now and have happy memories.

Kids Planet The Triangle is an excellent nursery. The staff are on first name terms with children and parents, the operation runs like clockwork, and the activities are top notch. The striking thing about The Triangle is just how kind the staff are. They seem very content with their jobs, and this shines through with the care provided to the children. The garden is also fantastic in spring-autumn, and children are able to spend most of their time outside. Overall, really happy with The Triangle, the level of care and learning is exceptional.

I have two children at the nursery, one in the preschool room and one in the babies. Both really enjoy their time at nursery and have built strong relationships with all the staff. The activities that the children do at nursery are age appropriate and fun. My older child comes back each day with wonderful stories of the activities they have been doing. There is a wonderful emphasis on the outdoors and it is lovely to see and hear the children enjoying themselves in the outdoor space. The food is varied and smells tasty and care is given to ensure each child is well fed and watered throughout the day. Any feedback is taken on board by the staff who will go the extra mile to help if they can.

These guys smash it out the park! Our kid loves coming to hang out with the nursery team, all the staff are friendly and caring, they organise cool activities for the kids (they just did a spa day and had a sports specialist in recently too). The food is ace (the kitchen is next to the entrance and it always smells delicious when doing drop off). Keep up the ace work, crew!

Wonderful friendly nursery with excellent facilities, including a nice shady outdoor space. Our daughter has thrived since joining. The team make both parents and kids feel so welcome. Any feedback is taken onboard and management are always willing to chat and listen. The food is varied and our daughter's development needs are nurtured. Would recommend it highly!

Kind and caring staff. Very adaptive to the individual needs of the children. A good variety of activities was arranged for the children. The transition to the school program has been amazing, with wonderful support for the children and parents! Fabulous leadership from the manager and deputies. My son has attended for the past four years and has always loved it!

Friendly staff that activates the children and challenges them with different topics every week. Encourage outdoor play and creative play. The food is excellent and we get a thorough summary of the daily activities upon pickup.

My son always loved going to the nursery. He eats and sleeps well and has made friends. I can see that he learned a lot. When we go for walks. I can see that he shares toys with other children. He listens better at home and puts toys and clothes away in their original place. Every week the nursery has a different theme and my son loves discovering and playing, he particularly enjoys the garden.

The staff are not very helpful for the settling session. They never contact us until we keep chasing them and they finally confirmed a date which is just only seven days before the starting date, and the total settling period would be just three hours. Something I saw in my one-hour visit that I felt would not be a safe place for baby. 1)Five out of seven babies with running noses/snots on their faces but no staff helped them to wipe their noses. It was just running into their mouth without any attention from the staff. 2)A baby girl managed her teething with a metal toy and hurt herself three times into tears in ten mins. None of the staff noticed that. 3)A baby boy with a running nose was eating the shower puff and his snot was all over the shower puff. No one turned up to help him and take the shower puff away for washing until I reminded them. 4)The wooden toys were all over the floor. I understand that babies love to throw things and make a mess. They will be easily stumbled and injured.

Our daughter has been at The Triangle for the last four years. We only have good things to say about the facilities, staff, management and the relationship that they have with us. The carers are amazing, they really go a long way to making sure our child is happy and is experiencing new and exciting things in a structured and encouraging atmosphere. She comes home (begrudgingly) every day telling us of the fun things she did. Little does she know she’s learning a lot! The staff are all interested in every child. And the children love them. I do not see a preference between key person and child, which gives me the assurance that my child will freely interact with every staff member – even the manager and other carers who rotate through the room covering lunches and breaks. I feel safe dropping my daughter off, knowing a lot about the environment she is going to and the facilities that are provided. The Kids Planet approach to providing resources is second to none.

We have had both our sons at The Triangle nursery since our oldest started attending child care at age 1. This nursery has such kind staff, good communication with parents, and the children are so happy. The management are always thinking of ways to improve and were incredibly resilient during COVID. We have valued this nursery so highly, we decided to stay with them even after remote working meant it was quite out of our way to keep taking our children there. When we leave in August, both our children will have spent their entire nursery care at just The Triangle. Both were excellently prepared for school, made lasting friendships, and had very good care.
