Monkey Puzzle has been a great fit for our little one! In the two rooms she has been in, each staff member has taken great care of her. They really get to know the children and what they need and that is so important in creating a happy environment for them to thrive in. So, thank you Monkey Puzzle in Guildford!

Lovely nursery. Our little one has been so happy here! The staff are caring and responsive and the facilities are great. They are always doing creative activities and spending time outside. Our little one loves reading so has loved having reading nooks with tons of books.

I cannot fault the nursery at all. My child adores the nursery and all the staff she sees there. As a parent, I feel informed, and I feel like I'm handing my child over to people who genuinely care about my baby and her progress/well-being. I never cease to sing their praises, and can't thank them enough for making leaving my baby and returning to work the smoothest transition possible.

My son started Monkey Puzzle Guildford in January this year, after leaving a local nursery due to several issues with them. What can we say, Monkey Puzzle is an outstanding nursery. From the staff to the rooms, the food and everything in between. Monkey Puzzle is bursting with fun and love for the children. My son comes home every day with a big smile on his face with so much to tell me. Not only that, his development is coming on leaps and bounds due to teachers who really do care, their fantastic resources and learning activities. The staff keep you updated and involved every step of the way, from regular app updates and photos to daily handovers, development plans and so forth. I have no worries or concerns anytime I drop my child off, the sense of security and care is a peace of mind that all parents deserve to have and Monkey Puzzle ensure this happens for you.

Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery is an outstanding nursery. The staff are amazing - caring, creative and efficient, and I have complete confidence that my children are receiving exceptional care. The management team have a talent for making parents feel included and informed in how their children are progressing, and there's a real sense of community amongst the parents. The team at Monkey Puzzle Guildford goes above and beyond to help my 14-month-old daughter settle in. Initially she had a hard time eating and sleeping at nursery, but we worked together to help her and she's very happy now. They have amazing facilities, a lovely garden where they take them to play outdoors, great balanced meals, so many nice activities that I can't easily do at home like sand pit, water play, painting etc. The managers are always proactive in safeguarding children and responsive on the phone or email. They have cameras in all rooms for safety, and everything is kept clean frequently. The highlight really are the staff, I have visited many nurseries and they are by far people who care the most and enjoy the work they do, beyond just being qualified and experienced. Amazing nursery! My little one absolutely loves it here. Since joining, she has learned so much, and her development has progressed beautifully. What matters most to me is the peace of mind knowing she's being so well cared for. I couldn't be happier with the nurturing environment they provide!

This is a lovely caring nursery. Our daughter does so much artwork here which she absolutely adores and the team always have engaging activities planned for the day. The managing team are great as well. The inside spaces are really good, the outdoors isn’t enormous but they are good at doing a lot with what they have. We visited a few nurseries in the area which we weren’t bowled over with, so we were very pleased when we found Monkey Puzzle!

We’ve had a wonderful experience with this nursery so far in the preschool room. The staff are caring and attentive, and we receive regular updates via the app on how the day is going. My son is very happy there. It’s also very clean and the equipment is of a very high standard.

Our daughter has been attending the Baby Room for a few months now, and she absolutely loves it! The staff have been amazing with her and with us, and the facilities and resources are great. We love receiving updates throughout the day of activities that she participates in, and the team member communication is phenomenal. Mummy guilt is made much easier to deal with knowing that our child is in great hands.

The nursery is such a safe and educational space for my son. He’s flourished since being there, and we fully trust the staff. They always keep us informed of anything happening, be it what he’s learned that day, eaten or had a tumble. I couldn’t speak highly enough of the nursery.

Since my daughter has been at Monkey Puzzle, she has really come on leaps and bounds. Any concerns I had about putting her in the nursery when I returned to work were alleviated when I met the Monkey Puzzle team. My daughter has some firm favourites, but they are all great with the children and know them all by name (including the management team!). The nursery team are communicative, friendly and professional - and genuinely seems to care about the children they look after! They seem to have a varied timetable of activities and a balanced weekly menu. So glad we chose Monkey Puzzle.

My daughter has been going to Monkey Puzzle Guildford for a year now and absolutely loves it. She can be quite shy and nervous in new surroundings, but from the very start, the team were amazing with her, and she quickly settled in and loves all the staff. They knew how to handle her, and I have no worries whatsoever when she is at nursery! She has a lovely close bond with her key worker, which I love! The daily updates are fantastic, always seem to be doing something different, educational and interesting. Nice to always be kept in the loop!

I am very happy with the experience - the team are always friendly, attentive and professional. I love receiving the pictures/eating/sleeping updates on the phone! My little one loves going to nursery, especially with the various planned activities, which is what you want.

Monkey Puzzle Guildford has an absolutely amazing, friendly and considerate management and staff. They are well-qualified, experienced and professional. They do their very best for the best progress and well-being of all children. They are very passionate about providing a variety of activities, opportunities and experiences to keep the children engaged throughout the day. They are truly exceptional - I can't be happier as a first-time mom. My son loves going there, and he enjoys his time there. Over his time at the nursery (more than a year now), he has demonstrated excellent development in all aspects. I can't thank them enough for their great service and dedication.

My son (10 months) has been at Monkey Puzzle Guildford since October, and he loves it! I was so nervous sending him to nursery at only six months old, but I need not have worried! The girls treat him so well; he always has a smile on his face when he drops him off and picks him up! The baby room girls are amazing; you can tell they really care for the babies, and that is so comforting for a mum, who really didn’t want to leave her baby at all! They keep us updated with all of his daytime activities and what he’s been up to, and send lots of photos, which helps the day fly by until pick-up time, and his development has been excellent! I find that they really work with us, as parents, in each stage of his development! We also get a very good handover each evening! I cannot fault this excellent nursery and the amazing staff! We’re so happy that we chose Monkey Puzzle!

My son started nursery back in November at 10 months old. He had a tough start with meal and nap refusals, and being all around very emotional but the nursery staff were amazing! They helped us with the transition and now my son absolutely loves being at nursery. Staff are so caring and attentive, and make sure to keep the babies busy with both indoor and outdoor activities. Food is offered to the babies throughout the day and the day-to-day variety of what's offered is impressive. The managers are also wonderful and always responsive to your queries. Highly recommend Monkey Puzzle!

I was surprised when my daughter took home a little Christmas tree decoration which she said they made in daycare. It was so sweet together with the little bag of reindeer food which they concocted. We will make them both part of our annual Christmas decorations from now on.
