What a fabulous gem! We love the staff so much and both my children have thrived in their care. The setting is small but this allows the staff to really get to know the children and meet their needs. My son absolutely loves going each morning and knows he is safe to explore and develop his confidence. We are so grateful to everyone who works there.

Staff are amazing, my little one has settled in really well. The children have a great variety of food and partake in an array of fun engaging activities. The communication is facilitated by an app making it easy to receive and send important messages.

Purple Lion Day Nurseries Chingford is a thoroughly nurturing and positive environment where the children are well known as individuals and cared for as such. The facilities are varied with both indoor and outdoor spaces well used for a variety of activities. Outdoor and messy play are prioritised. It is really interesting to be informed in messages about plans for the week and to receive feedback on how these have gone via the Family App. Parents receive regular and detailed written reviews of the children's progress and targets and regular feedback is given verbally at the door on pick up. The staff clearly enjoy working with the children and seeing their development and my grandchildren enjoy their experience there. The care and attention of the staff has enabled them to settle in really well. There has been excellent communication between parents and staff regarding the specific needs of the children. Overall we're very happy with the service provided by the nursery.

Purple Lion Day Nursery is a brilliant nursery. All the staff are so kind and caring and the kids days seem filled with creative, stimulating activities. My daughter joined when she was 14 months and will be with Purple Lions until school in September. My daughter has developed so much under their care. We are so happy we chose them. Thank you to all the staff who put so much into the children.

A small nursery with great staff and a great environment for little ones. My son has always been shy however the nursery has really brought him out his shell, his development has come along massively and the staff provide detailed updates on his day.

My son joined Purple Lion Day Nurseries in March 2023 and we have nothing but positive things to say about the setting. The staff are so caring and treat the children like they are their own. They are so invested in their development and communicate really well with us on everything they get up to. The children do such a lovely range of activities all week, including themed arts and crafts, baking, circle time, signing, outdoor play. My son has developed so well since being at Purple Lion and he really enjoys being there. The updates on the family app at the beginning and end of the week are informative and great to see what they do. Lots of great photos and also the observations each week are really nice too. I have also attended some stay and play sessions last year which I really enjoyed. As a small setting the children get a lot of attention. Could not recommend Purple Lion more!

My child has additional needs and the staff have been amazing with the support they provide. I am always kept informed of her progress. In addition, the staff are knowledgeable on the community services within the local area.

Our little one has been at the nursery since May and settled really quickly with the support of the team. The communication has been great and we have enjoyed the updates about the weekly activities with pictures of the engagement on the app. The introduction of school trips to the library, local shop and residential home have been really enjoyed by my son and he was very animated sharing stories about this. The nursery went to great lengths at Christmas to create a magical experience with a grotto and farm animals at the Christmas show. I was a bit nervous sending him in after we had started toilet training in the summer but they ensured consistency with what we had done at home and we had very few accidents which was encouraging. The setting does allow for more intimate care and learning which has really suited our little ones development. It's a lovely nursery and he really enjoys it.

My child is having an amazing time at this nursery! The staff are super caring and attentive, ensuring each child feels safe, happy and supported. The activities are super engaging and educational, and I can see how much my child has grown in such a short time. Overall, this nursery has been an incredible place for my child to grow, learn, and make lasting memories. I highly recommend it to any parent looking for a nurturing and stimulating environment for their little one.

The activities are really imaginative, which gives the children excellent opportunity to explore and develop their skills. There is a wonderful outreach into the community, such as the visit to the care home, which gives new experiences and joy for all. There are wonderful opportunities for cultural celebrations to learn from and enjoy. My grandchildren have settled in well and enjoy going, which shows a positive caring environment by all staff members.

Great group of women. Always happy to speak to you and keep you updated on your kids. Has lots of different events on that introduce and teach your kids something new. I loved that they had the fire services visit in November and that they took the kids to an elderly home in December. My kids are always excited when we get to nursery and my son never wants to leave. Staff 100% amazing. Would definitely recommend.

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and reassured with their kindness and dedication. They create a warm, nurturing environment where children can learn, play, and grow. The activities are fun and engaging, and the staff tailors each child's experience to their needs and interests. We also love the regular updates, keeping us connected to our child's progress. Our son joined the baby room at Purple Lion Chingford in January this year, ages 13 months. Due to the wonderful engaging and caring staff here, he has settled so well and loves going to the nursery. We could not have asked for a better start to his education than finding Purple Lion and despite being offered places closer we have chosen to keep him here and will do until he goes to school. It is a warm, fun and loving place and I can't rate it highly enough.

Our child has been with Purple Lions Chingford since before her first birthday back in 2022 and we love it! She took a long time to settle but they were so encouraging, professional and warm and always made us feel like we were doing the right thing. Now when she goes in she doesn't even look back. Our daughter absolutely loved her key workers in the baby room and now in the toddler room and you can tell they really care for her too. We love how small the setting is, how everybody knows everyone and the baby room/older children mix together. Recently they've had caterpillars and she's loved to watch them grow into butterflies and has successfully grown cress! She has made so many friends there and has grown in confidence.

The nursery is the perfect place for my daughter. She learns many new things on a daily basis, and she becomes more communicative, and she enjoys every moment over there. From the first day, I was impressed by how clean and tidy the place was and how welcoming the staff was with me and my daughter. Every single day, she can't wait to go to the nursery and spend time with her new friends and keep learning new things. I can't express with words my gratitude, and I most definitely recommend the kindergarten.

Our daughter joined Purple Lion in March and we love the nursery. The care that she has received has been fantastic, the team are very warm, engaging and supportive. We strongly feel that she has grown in confidence, her social skills have improved, she has learned new skills and even eats foods she doesn't seem to be keen on at home! This is all down to the excellent care that she has received, where she feels comfortable and safe. The team are very supportive of the babies, but also the support we have had as parents is great. This is the first time we've ever had any interaction with a nursery and they have supported us in the transition to childcare, answered questions we've had and made us feel very comfortable - so thank you we are very grateful!

Our daughter has been attending Purple Lion since the setting opened last year and we have been so pleased with the care and attention she has received during this time. Her development with speech, numbers and words has been a joy to see and the intimate setting makes her feel safe and secure while ensuring we feel comfortable in having her there. None of this could be achieved without the work of the amazing staff who continue to help build our daughter's confidence and ensure each day helps her grow and develop more than the last. The end-of-day updates, picture and reports on our child's development also means we don't miss out on anything and can work with the nursery to keep our little girl happy.

We joined Purple Lion back in July. Our little one absolutely loves this nursery and as parents, we couldn't really ask for more! Every day she goes in with a big smile and we pick her up with the same smile plus lots of stories about how her day went. The entire team is lovely, caring and passionate and seems to genuinely be interested in my child's needs and development. It feels like we are leaving our little peanut with family members, not daycare and this is so comforting. We got 100% support from day one, advice and always flexibility with our needs as anxious parents. We absolutely love this nursery and we would recommend them to everyone! Thank you Purple Lion team, you do a great job!

I'm delighted with Purple Lion Chingford. My daughter started in October when she was 12 months, and for a variety of reasons it took her a while to settle in. The staff were really helpful and supportive in the difficult transition period. She's now very happy there and usually goes to her key workers with open arms at drop-off! They have a lovely variety of activities and because the nursery is so new the environment is very clean and well-resourced. There's good communication through the app and a weekly observation with photos from her key worker.

My son has been attending this nursery since August and he absolutely adores it. The staff are so welcoming and friendly and you can tell that they really are passionate about their job. They care about the children in their care and this clearly shows. Since starting, my son has made great progress and he is thriving, which is all I could wish for. He has made some great friendships already and loves his time there. I am really happy with this nursery. Thank you Purple Lion Day Nurseries.
