My son joined the toddler room in September 2023 and the staff have always gone above and beyond in helping him settle and ensuring he enjoys his day. My son always comes out smiling eager to tell me about his day. He is now in the preschool room and the teachers especially one member of staff in particular have gone beyond what I had hoped to help him settle in and ensure he participates in different activities. It has been wonderful to see him grow so much since his time at Gidea Park Prep.

Wonderful nursery with excellent staff, a sense of community and involvement in the school. After nervously moving our child from a nearby nursery to the newly established Gidea Park Nursery, we’ve been so impressed. The level of care from our key worker has been exceptional. Her and the rest of the staff are committed to helping our child grow and flourish and tie closely what we’re doing at home. Childcare is unique and tailored to their age and stage whilst still being part of the wider room. Staff ensure family topics and themes are incorporated into nursery activities and conversations, such as new baby, dummy removal etc. Involvement in wider school activities such as the nativity, fetes, parents' evenings, mothers days etc is something unique to this nursery. It’s a very, very special place to leave your little one.

Fantastic nursery with great facilities. Staff are wonderful and caring and our daughter has loved it. As the nursery is linked to a school, our daughter has learned and developed beyond our expectations.

Our son has been going to Gidea Park Nursery for two years now. He absolutely loves it. We couldn’t be happier with the nursery and his carers. They all care deeply and have each helped our son develop in different ways.

My son attends preschool here, and he has such an enjoyable time. He has made some lovely friendships and always talks about his play. The staff here are wonderful and so caring. They are also very flexible and allow my son the things he needs in order to settle in for the day (such as his favourite doll). He is also encouraged to be independent and resolve conflicts for himself which is a great life skill. I also love that the preschool and nursery are open over the school holidays, as I need my son in full-time care. Great place, would recommend.

My child has just started nursery in March. He has seemed to settle in well and enjoys his day at nursery. The staff are very friendly and support me with any concerns I may have. Overall happy with my experience.

My son started in Jan 2024. It took him some time to settle. The staff were and remain compassionate, kind, caring, knowledgeable and approachable. My son now loves attending. I am extremely grateful that we have been able to find such a great nursery.

My three-year-old son joined Gidea Park Nursery in January 2024 when we moved to the area. I have been thoroughly impressed by the facilities and staff and my son has settled in smoothly as a result. The regular reports show his development progress and the staff really care about his wellbeing and learnings. I would highly recommend this nursery and looking forward to him starting reception in September 2024!

My child has been attending Gidea Park Nursery since they turned 2 and has settled so well. She is developing so many skills and meeting many milestones which I know is due to the approach the nursery take with the children and how comfortable she feels whilst at the setting.

My daughter has just started at the nursery and so far, I couldn’t fault it. From initial enquiry communication and information, to settle in days and now the care she receives whilst there two days a week, everything has been fantastic. Staff are warm and friendly and provide a caring environment for children to learn and play in. The communication app used by staff is excellent and gives a daily insight into what the children have been doing, have eaten, length of naps etc, with pictures, which is very reassuring.

Very happy with how the manager runs the nursery and preschool classes. Good collaboration between classes, warm and welcoming staff and our daughter speaks fondly of her days. The class is well-balanced and the kids get involved in a variety of activities throughout the day.

Our little girl has been a preschooler at Gidea Park Nursery since September 2023. It makes us very happy to see her learning something new every day. The most important thing for us is that she is enjoying her time there and loves her teachers; especially her favourite person! I would highly recommend Gidea Park Nursery to any of my friends.

My little two year old boy joined Toddlers at the end of October and attends five mornings per week. It didn’t take him long to settle in as the staff were so nice and welcoming. He’s been there a few months now and I can see he’s really thriving. He loves all the teachers and support staff. I feel so reassured knowing that when I drop him in he’s going to have a great time learning and playing with the other toddlers. They really care about his development too and hold regular review meetings to see if there are any issues that he needs help with. I couldn’t recommend this nursery enough!

My daughter loves her nursery and is excited to attend each day. The staff are lovely and caring and work hard with the children to develop their skills and learning. The nursery staff try to identify opportunities for additional learning when children display an aptitude for it which is fantastic as it keeps children engaged and challenged. The nursery and pre-school rooms have recently been refurbished and the school is investing resources in improving the facilities. Overall we are happy with Gidea Park Prep Nursery and are delighted to see our daughter thriving in the environment and around her peers and teachers.

Amazing staff with so much heart and a caring mindset. It's wonderful seeing our daughter get excited about going to daycare here. The teachers really make an effort to engage the kids and develop them in a very individualised way. The management are really committed to providing a safe, fun and loving environment and we are very thankful to the whole team!

We are four weeks into our daughter's time at this warm and nurturing preschool. She had never attended a daycare environment before and within six days was happy to be running into school. The other children were kind and welcoming and the staff were very friendly and supportive. Pastoral care has been great so far, with the flexibility (my daughter went into the baby room for a nap one day when feeling particularly tired) and kindness (also extended towards our eldest child who likes to come in and explore at collection time). Our daughter has already enjoyed Spanish lessons, music lessons (both taught by subject specialist teachers), a visiting drama workshop, meeting the school pet and a field trip; exploring the area around the school. The preschool children sometimes mix with the under three (baby room) class and some activities are combined with the reception class - both excellent experiences for her social and emotional development and preparing her for reception in 2024.
