Our son started at N Family Cambridge full-time at 9 months (he's now 18 months). The team across the board (reception, kitchen/chef, management, and our son's key person and buddy) are just amazing! We couldn't be happier with his development - he's confident, happy and healthy! We are kept well informed as to how he's doing on a daily basis with photos and updates through the app. The weekly menu is incredible and one I'd like to have myself. The mornings with coffee and croissants are also a nice little perk to start the day. 10/10.

An amazing nursery with great staff and a great environment for my daughter! She is very happy and settled, and has learnt so much already in her first 4 months. The app is great for communication and updates, and the staff are so friendly and genuinely caring. Would recommend to anyone (the chef and food are also fantastic!).

The best choice I have ever made. My daughter bloomed since starting last year in January. N Family is more than a nursery is a loving community made of great professionals and human beings and as a parent that is the nurturing environment that you want for your little one.

A really good nursery. They really look after the children, have an amazing curriculum and the communication is great. The space is well suited and they keep everyone informed of illnesses, ensuring they do enhanced cleans when there are things going around.

We love N Family and are grateful to have a place there. We know daily feedback is relevant and specific which reassures us that their attention to and interest in our child is genuine. Parents and staff alike are always chatty and at ease which of course the children feed off. Breakfast bars, kind and professional staff and of course the great atmosphere that feeds through all aspects really set the foundations for a nourishing and calm environment that is perfect for us.

We are so happy to have found N Family Club in Cambridge, an incredibly impressive nursery excelling across all aspects of childcare. Highly experienced management go visibly above and beyond to make the nursery the success it is. Communication too is excellent - any concerns are dealt with swiftly in partnership with parents and daily observations/comms are plentiful and insightful. Our daughter has built a wonderful bond with their key person and staff in the preschool room. Children are encouraged to learn and be curious whilst still having fun. Our 3-year-old is now better at yoga, Spanish and painting than we are! This nursery has managed to embody a true family and community atmosphere, with parents and children mingling/playing at pick up and drop off. We moved our daughter from an Ofsted registered outstanding nursery to N, and N is better. Huge credit due of course to all the hardworking staff who make this place as special as it is. Thank you.

My daughter has been going here since she was 9 months and she will wait at the door each morning ready to go! The staff are fantastic and I know she is in great hands when I drop her off. The app is great for communication between us and the nursery and to be updated on how she's getting on during the course of the day. Each month they focus on a new area of development and provide us as parents ways we can also be involved and do things with them at home. Overall we're very happy with our daughter's experience here and would recommend N Club Cambridge to friends who have, or are expecting a little one and looking to send them to nursery.

N Family Club have been fantastic for us from day 1. The management have always communicated with us clearly and effectively and the childcare staff all seem happy and enthusiastic about their jobs. Our daughter’s key worker worked so hard to help her settle and has really helped her to grow and come out of her shell. The facilities are amazing and I am regularly astonished at the variety of learning opportunities they provide; most recently, the incubation and hatching of chicks to teach them about life cycles, kindness and gentle handling. I cannot recommend N Family Club highly enough.

We couldn’t be luckier to have a spot at the N Family Club. I seriously don’t where to start. 1. The managers are excellent. Always available when needed and always helpful when emergencies come up. 2. The educators are very kind and happy and engage a lot with the children. 3. The rooms are very well equipped. The best toys, the best nappies and creams. Every week there is a theme and activity. E.g there are toys matching the story of the book so the children learn the items that are described in the story. 4. There is a serious effort from the staff behind the planned activities, such as Ocean Week. I can’t count the amount of artwork I already have from a 1 and a half-year-old. Parents are also encouraged to participate in the theme of the week with fun challenges. 5. Healthy food is made freshly every day. 6. The reception of the nursery allows parents to sit together and have a coffee. Accompanied by fresh croissants every morning. This allows parents to meet other parents and socialise.

My son has been attending N Family Cambridge for 10 months and he is very happy to stay there. The staff there are amazing. They are super friendly, patient, and welcoming. Literally every staff member you see has a smile on their face. The educators are very well acquainted with the children. I was so impressed that an educator from another room, different from where my son stays, knew his name when she met him on a playground where the nursery kids were taken to play. His key worker is amazing. She knows him very well and has developed a close bond with him. I can tell my son loves her, as he goes to her for a cuddle every time he is there. Cannot recommend it more.

We love the care our little girl is given at N Family Club. She is constantly being stretched and encouraged and clearly has enormous fun because whenever we arrive to drop her off, a huge smile comes on her face. Well, that says it all right!

My child loves his key worker, I really feel that the two of them have have built a quality bond. The rest of the staff in his room and around the nursery are always friendly, helpful and reliable. It seems that they enjoy their work and are offered development opportunities and fair pay. The room is clean, the activities are varied and seem like a lot of fun. The space, including the garden, is purpose built, so has lots of built-in amenities for children, and it’s all a very inviting space. They have all been very supportive as my child has grown up, through teething and potty training, whatever we throw at them they listen to what our needs are and adapt to put him first. We love that we get a photo every day, and the nursery is so easy to contact with any question/queries. We are lucky to have such a great team looking after my child and feel very comfortable dropping him off each day, knowing he is in safe hands.

My son started at this nursery in August 2023 and it is by far the best nursery by a mile (having been at 2 nurseries previously). The staff here are clearly very passionate about their jobs. They are enthusiastic and caring and take time to get to know your little one’s personality. The nursery offers plenty of creative arts and crafts activities on a daily basis, with lots of opportunities to spend time in their big outdoor space. The menu is impressive, and the parents’ breakfast bar isn’t bad either! I’m also impressed with how the nursery uploads plenty of picture updates throughout the day - as it gives me a little glimpse of what my son is up to! The debrief given at pick-up is also very informative and I never feel rushed to leave. My son has thrived so much and often asks to go to nursery on the weekends. I would recommend N Cambridge to all who are thinking of sending their child to a Cambridge nursery.

We couldn't be happier at N Family Club Cambridge. Our son is absolutely thriving there. The staff are amazing; warm, caring and super professional. They keep the children engaged with numerous creative activities throughout the day. The facilities are top notch and the food is wonderful. Parents are kept up to date on everything through a very useful app. Highly recommended!

I’ve been really impressed with N Family Club. My daughter is dairy intolerant and they deal with this really well and she had just as good a variety of menu. I had some concerns about compatibility with her key worker and they switched her to another lady. I like the app and regular updates. My daughter is flourishing and when I pick her up she is buzzing.

Amazing nursery with very caring staff and great facilities. The management listens and are very accommodating. The daily menu is fantastic. The activities and play area keep our child engaged all day. And we love the daily updates of our child's activities via the app. The organised parent meet up events, the parent recreation area, and the communications on the app all help in keeping everyone connected and really making it feel like a big family!

My son absolutely loves this nursery as do I. Ever since we started in March, he has quite literally never looked back as a result of the care, kindness and fun he receives from all the staff. Everyone is so friendly and warm it really has such a lovely and happy atmosphere. The updates on his meals, sleep and nappy changes plus the picture updates make the whole experience even more wonderful especially if you’re feeling a bit apprehensive about leaving them. The facilities are fantastic and there is also a wide range of activities from water play to painting to music and yoga! This is an absolutely fantastic nursery loved by my son, his parents and his grandparents! I would highly recommend N Family Club to anyone looking for a nursery.

Our family has had such a positive experience at N Family Club - Cambridge. Our son has been there for 6 months now and he is thriving with the varied curriculum, enviable meals and caring staff. We love seeing the daily updates which give a glimpse into the fun they are all having, taking part in activities inside and in the garden. Plus, the parental perks of coffee and warm croissants, online talks and family events are the icing on the cake.
