My daughter has attended Quays Park for a few months and I have been very impressed with how consistent the nursery has been. The staff are very nurturing and supportive. The setting itself is laid out beautifully, always clean and plenty of activities. The garden aspect is brilliant. The team in the cottage room are incredible, my daughter loves her time here. I feel fortunate to have found such a wonderful nursery.

Our family loves the nursery and all the staff! We love how the team works and how transparent they are about what they do. Using the app for daily updates and communication is great for very busy families. Day by day, week by week, I can see how my kid is doing. The team is supportive and understands the needs of kids and parents. The rooms and garden are well equipped. We've been here almost since the beginning and I can see the team is always looking for improvements. We love charity events and can't wait for the next one! I would recommend nursery to any family, in fact, I already did!

Friendly, welcoming staff and feel to the nursery. It is clean and tidy. The rooms and gardens are secure with plenty of space for the children to play. My son settled in really nicely. The app is great, providing peace of mind and keeping you up to date with what your child has done for the day, which is wonderful.

Very positive experience so far. Excellent staff engagement with both my girls. Lots of happy conversations with both girls on the way home regarding nursery and their days - they both want to go each day which is excellent.

My son started nursery at Quays Park a couple of months ago and they have been brilliant with him, the settle in sessions worked so well for him and me. The staff have made him feel really welcome. I would definitely recommend this nursery.

The staff are lovely and caring. There are always lots of different activities for the children to do and plenty of time is spent outside. The app is great for keeping you up to date on your child's day and the staff always let you know how they've got on at pick up. I'd really recommend it!

We love how the nursery is set up so nicely. It's bright and spacious with lots of different activities provided and to top it all, it has the best garden for the kids to run around and enjoy the outdoors. The staff are amazing! My child looks forward to going to the nursery. Thank you, everyone at Quays Park Nursery!

The nursery staff have been amazing at helping my daughter settle into her new surroundings. They are so friendly, caring, professional and great at communicating with us about our little one. A variety of activities, healthy food and a spacious outdoor area. I would highly recommend Quays Park Nursery to other parents.

A wonderful setting. Caring staff. Happy children. Efficient systems. Safe, clean and lots of varied play activities. The children are clearly very happy with the staff and the settling-in process was made very easy by the team.

Staff were so welcoming and made a lovely effort to settle in my shy child. We have noticed a significant development in our child's education since they started. The outside play area is perfect with lots of space.

We are so happy we chose Quays Park for our son. It was really tough for us at the start with lots of tears, (from both him and me!) but the settling-in sessions were great and the staff are so lovely and supportive, and clearly really care about each child. Any queries we’ve had have been listened to and dealt with quickly and kindly, which is so appreciated. We feel completely comfortable and secure dropping our son off knowing he’s going to have a great day with everyone! We also love seeing the photos and updates on the app, his key keyworker is brilliant with her observations, and the communication is fab. Thanks so much for your hard work guys!

My daughter started at Quays Park Nursery back in July at 12 months old. She was very teary to start with but with the help of the staff in the Cottage Room she settled within a few weeks and is now happy to go in on a morning. All the staff have been really friendly and informative at all times. My daughter has made a strong bond with her key worker which is fantastic. They provide me with great feedback when I collect her and information and photos of her day on the app which I love to see. It has made going back to work so much easier knowing my daughter is in safe caring hands at Quays Park. The setting is always clean looking and there seems to be a wide range of resources available to the children along with a great outdoor area which my daughter loves to explore. Would highly recommend and can't thank the staff enough especially my daughter's key worker in the Cottage Room!

Brilliant nursery with brilliant staff. The nursery rooms are big, with diverse activities for the children. The staff take the time to provide detailed reports and observations. My eldest has really developed her confidence in interacting with her peers since starting at Quays Park. Would recommend as a nursery/preschool.

Admittedly I was very nervous starting nursery and weary of how my son would be cared for due to severe separation anxiety by him. I can honestly say it's the best decision ever made to choose this nursery. The staff have been wonderful! Fully supportive, caring and understanding. Providing regular updates, photos and feedback. My son is now thriving and actually enjoys attending nursery. This has made work life easier to manage knowing he's cared for in such a friendly environment. I couldn't thank the staff enough!

My daughter started in Mar 23, she was 9 months. She was crossed for a few weeks, I can see her key person is caring and helping my daughter to settle (I saw her sleep in her key person's arm one day when I pick up her). She enjoys to go the nursery now and has a smile when she meets the staff from the nursery. Good Job!

Absolutely amazing! My little boy has developed in all areas incredibly since starting in February 2023. His key worker as well as all other staff know him very well, including his interests and skills. They work with both me and my little boy to develop knowledge using these. Thank you so much! We really appreciate everything you do. (Could change the door system though.)

Quays Park Nursery are amazing! Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and caring and they clearly love what they do. Since starting at Quays Park our little boy has become more confident and we have noticed how much he is developing - thank you!

We are really happy with how well the staff have helped our little boy settle in. His key worker has developed a lovely relationship with him and very quickly he was very settled and comforted by her. The staff clearly love working with children and they are very caring and playful. The activities they set up for the children are varied and are tailored towards things they like - our son loves the messy play trays. Communication with the nursery has been excellent- we particularly like their use of the app to keep us informed of his food, sleep and activities. I also really like how much time they spend outdoors - they are out in the garden at least twice every day, plus they take them on walks in the local area and to the local park.

My child has now been going to this nursery since they opened in October. I can honestly say she has loved every minute. The staff here are second to none, I can not speak highly enough, very welcoming, kind, thoughtful, enthusiastic, they listen to what we have been doing at home with our child and extend this whilst she is at nursery to help bring on her development. We are constantly updated on her throughout the day. The facilities are brilliant, there is a wide selection of resources, they plan lots of activities that our child loves. I have already recommend this nursery to a few friends and will continue to do so in the future.

The staff at the nursery have been nothing but supportive, welcoming and friendly. We get updates through photos and observations through the nursery app as to what my child has been doing. My child has settled in really well and always looks forward to going to Quays Park.

Our family loves the nursery and all the staff! We love how the team works and how transparent they are about what they do. The staff are lovely and caring. There are always lots of different activities for the children to do and plenty of time is spent outside. The app is great for keeping you up to date on your child's day and the staff always let you know how they've got on at pick up. I'd really recommend it!

We are so happy we chose Quays Park for our son.
