View Full Details of Happy Days Nursery & Pre-School - SalisburyWe have been really happy with this nursery, we love the setting and varied activities on offer. The set-up of the rooms and outdoor spaces to allow free flow is excellent. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and all seem really happy working there. The office staff are always helpful (including with things like queries about funding etc) and the room staff seem to bond well with the children. Our son loved attending, and we are sad to be leaving. Our older children attended different nurseries, and we consider Happy Days Salisbury to be the best we have experienced. We have never had any problems and would be happy to recommend to anyone.
Having looked around a few nurseries, we chose Happy Days because of the passion the staff demonstrated for caring and nurturing children. Our daughter has attended for almost a year now and loves it. The facilities are fantastic. It is always clean, fresh and well looked after. The learning and development programmes are really good and our daughter has thrived. All of the staff are very welcoming and always smiling which assures us that we chose the right place. Our daughter has built a wonderful bond with staff caring for her. Her key worker and other team members are always as excited as we are when new milestones are reached, which is lovely. We get daily updates on nappies, meals and sleep time via the app and get regular photos and videos. The menus are amazing and I'm often quite jealous of the delicious meals! Overall Happy Days is a brilliant facility and we know are daughter is cared for and safe when there.
The staff at Happy Days Nursery & Pre-School - Salisbury are always so welcoming. My daughter can have troubles saying goodbye to me most days she attends, but the ladies in her room are always amazing with her and don't rush her. It's never a bother and they go over and above to help her. My daughter absolutely adores the ladies and I know, when I leave her, she's in safe loving care. Happy Days is one of the best it's like an extended family.
My son started here after we weren't happy with his prior nursery. In short, we have got our little boy back- he has gone back to loving learning, being chatty and taking part in activities. The safeguarding at the nursery is excellent and all of the staff are so friendly. Also, the menu on offer is healthy, balanced and extensive, we couldn't be happier! Putting him in the nursery has been the best decision and if he is like this after just 2 weeks, we can't wait to see the magic they make as time goes on!
Our daughter has a great time at nursery and is very well cared for by the lovely staff who are so warm and welcoming and really care very much about the children they are looking after. Our daughter eats well and is thriving. We get lovely photo updates and are kept informed of her food, sleep and nappies throughout the day via the app. The environment is very modern and has been purpose built, so is a fantastic place for the children to play and explore.
If I could describe Happy Days Salisbury in three words they would be; fun, attentive and genuine. I am welcomed with a smiley hello by the front office and any key worker who passes me in the corridor before I get to the room. Then, I'm greeted by bouncy happy children who shout to my daughter "your mummy's here!" I always get a detailed description of my daughter's day and enjoy having a giggle with the lovely staff in Adventurers. The managers are brilliant and make a real effort to get to know my daughter and even my 7 year old. I see them make the same effort with other children of all ages - I honestly don't know how they remember each child and parents names. The nursery often has residents from the local care home come to visit the children, where both generations enjoy spending time together. We'll be sad to leave when my daughter starts school this September. I'd highly recommend Happy Days Salisbury to any parent.
Our little boy is so happy at Happy Days Salisbury. The staff are fantastic and always so welcoming. Our little one has a dairy allergy and it is managed brilliantly by the nursery team which really helps to put our minds at ease. Overall, a fantastic nursery!
Our son started here nearly a year ago just before he turned one and has loved it from the start - the staff are so wonderful with him and we are always greeted with big smiles and hellos when we walk in the door! Everybody makes a special effort to know your child and you can tell how much they care for the little ones they look after. The app they use to track your child's progress is great and gives a snapshot of all the brilliant things they get up to and the office team/leadership correspondence is as well; we always know what's going on at the nursery and are supported with funding etc. Everything is really well considered actually, from the food your child eats to how they interact with the local area and community which is brilliant. As a first-time parent it's a scary thing to leave your child with someone who isn't Mummy or Daddy but I can honestly say putting him here is one of the best parenting decisions we made - he is absolutely thriving!
Our daughter started at this provision at the beginning of September age 12 months and we are so happy with the decision we made. A whole month in and we feel entirely adjusted and welcomed. Our daughter hasn't been the easiest to adjust and is a tricky little gremlin with separation/settling but gosh the team have been incredible, I say team because the care and compassion goes far beyond her wonderful key workers in her room. I have no doubts that we made the right choice and have found the perfect provision for these crucial early years to support her development in every meaningful way.
Staff are very lovely at nursery, also they do absolutely their best to make children happy in here.
My child has been at Happy Days for over a year now. This is our first experience with a nursery and it has been nothing but positive. We are constantly asked by new acquaintances if our child goes to nursery as they are so well-spoken and inquisitive, and this is definitely in part due to the amazing work of the team at happy days. We will absolutely be sending any future children here, and cannot recommend it enough.
We visited the nursery in July 2023 when our son was only 4 weeks old having recognised the importance of securing a full-time space at a nursery that we were 100% happy with. From the moment that we walked into Happy Days Salisbury, we were hugely impressed and felt at home. One staff member gave us a fantastic and informative tour - no question was a silly question and we were there for well over an hour. Contact and communication from the nursery before our son joined in March was excellent and the taster sessions were fantastic in getting our son ready to start full-time. Our son has now been at the nursery for 6 weeks. Every day he has gone in with a smile on his face and we've been greeted with a smile on our return at the end of the day. He loves it there and he is thriving. We cannot fault any part of his nursery journey - the people; the place; the facilities; the food are all fantastic! It feels like our son and us are part of a family. We would 100% recommend to others looking for a nurturing nursery.
The team at Happy Days Nursery and Pre-School Salisbury are nothing less than fantastic. For World Haemophilia Day they helped us hold a fundraiser to raise awareness and funds for a charity very close to our hearts. For around 7 months now they have looked after our son who suffers from severe Haemophilia and have joined us as we learn about his disorder. The care and support they have given him has been outstanding as they help us to give him a normal and active life. We know he is in safe and loving hands at Happy Days.
We moved our daughter here in January as we moved house. We couldn't be happier with how she has settled in. She has flourished and really grown in confidence in a short time. Her language and speech are developing really well and it is so good to see her happy at drop-off and pick-up every day. She learns something new every day! The food provided is nutritious and delicious. Our little girl is looked after so well - all the staff show such care and kindness towards her, and we know she is safe and happy every day.
We moved our child from quite frankly a toxic nursery where I was constantly being told how to parent my own child, and I must say, the move was the best decision I have ever made. He is absolutely thriving at the Salisbury Happy Days nursery. All the staff are lovely and incredibly good with the children. He has made some lovely friends and has an absolute ball when he is there. The staff are so wonderful and always put a smile on my face. For the first time, I can honestly say every single person working here goes above and beyond. Every time I pick him up he is always smiling and happy and non-stop chatter then he crashes and falls right asleep. I could not recommend this place more. Thank you for being awesome!
We moved our child here in March and it's the best decision we made. The staff our absolutely fantastic, always going above and beyond and so welcoming even those not in our child's class. We noticed a huge improvement in his confidence and the team worked really hard to prepare him for primary school with a structured pathway. Our child came to the nursery with an allergy and the staff were nothing but supportive and took the highest level of care and seriousness with his meals and any activities involving food. They went above and beyond to include him at all times which was something we worried about, but need not have. It was also so lovely to see how proud and emotional they were when it came to the graduation ceremony pulling out all the stops to make it a special day for all. We cannot thank them enough for everything they have done for us as a family.
What an incredible place for our baby to stay at. The facilities look incredible, never seen anything like it. It's spacious clean, good quality and there is also an outdoors. The staff is mega caring and attentive. Made us feel very welcome and instantly took any questions and worries away. Every day has been a treat so far.
Lovely nursery with great staff. All the children's needs are met and staff go above and beyond to create a wonderful atmosphere for the kids to learn. My little one has been attending for a few months now and we have no complaints.
Am absolutely over the moon with the care, attention and detail to our son's placement there. We moved him there in April and the support and help they have shown him is amazing. The girls there are wonderful, we will be sad when he leaves in September for Primary School, but the head start they've provided him is brilliant. Definitely recommend them to everyone.
I drop off and pick up my grandson most weeks. I love the atmosphere of the nursery as it always feels welcoming and friendly, my grandson genuinely enjoys his time there and all the staff are friendly and helpful. The nursery itself is very clean and tidy. There are always plenty of activities on the go for the little ones plus they have the added bonus of a lovely outside area to play in on good weather days. It’s a 10/10 from me as I feel comfortable dropping off my grandson here.
