Excellent nursery! Both managers are approachable, friendly, professional and also very caring which filters to the team. My granddaughter loves coming to Bright Horizons Purley Day Nursery and Preschool and has made a lot of friends. Preschool is always buzzing because the children are happy and learning at the same time. I have to say it’s the best nursery my granddaughter has attended. She’s starting primary school in September and I know she will miss going there! Keep up the good work team.

Bright Horizons Purley is outstanding in all areas. It has exceeded my expectations in all respects and my daughter is so happy and settled, in fact, she can’t wait to arrive at nursery every morning. Of particular note is the dedication of the staff who are so warm and welcoming. My daughter's key worker is amazing and has developed such a fantastic relationship with my daughter. The photographs and updates about what she has been up to are the highlight of my day. Communication on all levels is excellent. The facilities are fantastic and the range of activities available to the children has ensured that my daughter has access to a high standard of learning and development opportunities, I have watched her grow socially, emotionally and educationally since she commenced bright horizons. The food is delicious and the menu is varied and nutritious. I cannot recommend this nursery more!

Our son joined this nursery over a year ago and we are so happy with the care he receives - all of the staff are all fantastic and the activities they do with the children are great - we love getting the updates from their day. Communication from the nursery is excellent, from menus to what’s going on in the nursery, and the settling-in process in the baby room when we joined was very well considered which made the process easier for us, as a family, to adjust to nursery.

I am so pleased I chose Bright Horizons Purley Day Nursery and Preschool as my daughter’s nursery. The staff are so friendly, professional and just all round wonderful. They have made us feel so welcome and they settled my daughter in amazingly. I can’t wait to see how she changes and progresses at Bright Horizons!

The location is convenient and the staff are lovely. The management team is very responsive and the app is well updated. If I had to suggest some areas of improvement, I would ask for parents/staff meetings (once or twice a year) to share our thoughts and feedback. Also, I would appreciate to have a better view on the preschool curriculum. How does preschool prepare my child for future education? Within the nursery, what are the differences between childcare and preschool in terms of routine, discipline, learning and based on what approach? Etc. To summarise, a new and good nursery/preschool that will improve over time.

Very friendly staff and good management. Too little outdoor activities for 1-2 year group, they rarely go outside. Facilities are new and clean. Close to the train station. Good updates on activities via the app.

My daughter has been attending the nursery for over a year now. We have been attending a different nursery for a while and after moving here, we have immediately felt the difference. This is a five-star care and attention from all the staff and the management. I value a lot the attention to detail, the positive energy from all the staff and the management. We are so happy with the service and I trust my daughter will thrive in the reception with the foundation she has received here.

Bright Horizons Purley Day Nursery and Preschool is an excellent nursery. My son has been going here for almost a year. He settled very quickly and the staff are incredible and you can tell how much they love the children. He’s not even 2 and he happily walks into nursery every morning and gives me a goodbye kiss and wave. Their communication is excellent and senior management is always accommodating and understanding. The site is new so all the equipment is in excellent condition, the nursery is always clean and hygienic. The outdoor space isn’t huge but considering the location this is understandable but it’s definitely large enough for children the ages that they cater for. I would highly recommend this nursery to a friend.

This place is fantastic, we have had a great experience at Bright Horizons Purley Day Nursery and Preschool. Care, attention and engagement from the staff dealing with our little one has been there since day one! Definitely recommend to friends and family. Management is top-notch and the support team are a great bunch!

Bright Horizons Purley Day Nursery and Preschool is an outstanding provision. The resources, the faculties, outdoor space and the nurturing staff. My daughter enjoys coming to nursery and even wants to come on the weekends. When I collect her, she happily tells me everything she has done today with excitement. The staff have a loving approach and outstanding practice. I love seeing everything my daughter does at nursery through the regular updates and photos.

Amazing team at Bright Horizons Purley Day Nursery and Preschool, was made to feel very relaxed and confident from day one. No regrets, highly recommend. The place is so clean and the toys so new and great quality. Updates are always given in a timely manner.

I cannot fault the nursery, very attentive and well-managed by a wonderful team of staff! Highly recommend. We have had two experiences with Bright Horizons Purley Day Nursery and Preschool, as our son had to transfer (due to moving) after a year of starting nursery. We were worried about the transition but the team made it very easy. I’ve had a fantastic service from Bright Horizons overall but the management at Purley and all the wonderful staff throughout the rooms are amazing.

Our son started nursery at 14 months in the “Caterpillars” baby room and is now in a room for 1-2 years old, at 20 months. We’ve been delighted with the care he’s received at Bright Horizons Purley Day Nursery and Preschool. All the staff seem to know our son by name and greet him in the morning. We get regular app updates (including photos) that mean we know how his day is going and staff are always really willing to speak about how things are going and tell us nice stories about what activities he has been enjoying. Our son has come on so much in the last few months and we know that is down, in part, to the excellent care and attention he’s had at nursery. He is usually very happy at drop-off and is still smiling when we arrive to collect him in the evening (he often wants us to stay longer so he can show us whatever new book or toy he’s discovered). Thanks to all the Glow Worms staff, who are doing a brilliant job!

We have been so happy with our move to Bright Horizons Purley Day Nursery and Preschool. We had to leave a previous setting and were nervous about finding somewhere where our little one could settle again as they can struggle in new places and with new people. I was shocked and so pleased at how quickly they settled in and connected with staff and key workers. The breadth of activities and ways to support the development of children is so dynamic and wide-ranging. Each week our little one grows and is chuffed to have had a great time. We couldn’t been more happy here. The staff take their time for handover, even at busy times and all questions are always answered quickly by management or other members of room staff. They’re all a pleasure to talk to making it more comforting to drop our little one off each day.

Really pleased with the nursery. My son has attended for over a year and struggled daily. The staff were so kind to him and really looked after him. He would cry at every drop-off and they would hold him and make sure he was ok. I would leave knowing he was in good hands.

Really welcoming and helpful staff - particularly helpful for new starters and first-time parents. Great activities for the children and feel they are in very safe hands. Really enjoy the updates on the app too.

We have been beyond impressed with Bright Horizons Purley Day Nursery and Preschool, after moving our son from a former nursery. Almost all of the staff greet him by name and he has made strong bonds with two staff members in particular. The nursery is very clean, big and we particularly like that there is a separate downstairs play area. Staff are extremely responsive to messages (often answering in under an hour) and we get several updates a day on the activities of the children. Not only do we get to see what our son is up to but we can also pair this at home (e.g. if he’s doing colours, we can read a book or ask him about it). The activities are laid out and there is a theme per week. I really cannot speak highly enough about the organisation of this nursery - we are very glad you opened in Purley!

My little girl really enjoys coming in each day. Runs off happily to the staff in the room. She has brought home some beautiful pictures and drawings. Really enjoys the food and has begun to eat so much more at home because of this.

My daughter has been coming here for over a year now and absolutely loves it. She has learnt so much and grows every day soaking it all up coming home and telling me all about her day recreating activities she's done at nursery. She loves the staff and all the friends she's made.

We were considering moving our child due to price increases at our current nursery so we checked out Bright Horizons Purley Day Nursery and Preschool. The communication from staff was fantastic from day one, throughout the tour, getting our son on the waiting list and then getting him enrolled. In the end, we decided to keep him where he was as it was much more convenient for where we live but I would have had no hesitation starting him at this nursery if it hadn't been for its location in relation to our home. The nursery is brand new and all nappies and wipes are included. They have different meals every week and the staff were all super friendly on our visit. There's a nice garden for playtime as well as a cool sensory area and toys in the downstairs playroom. We also liked that Bright Horizons has a clear learning pathway and a really cool interactive app.
