Our 16-month enrolment saw 5 management changes and 4 departing room leaders/key workers. Financial issues persist-we were incorrectly billed multiple times, and after partial reimbursement, head office wrongly demanded we return funds they still owe us after 5 months, though they later apologised. While current staff remain dedicated to children and families, frequent personnel changes have disrupted relationships and service quality. The pre-school's mixed-age arrangement (children starting September 2025/2026) means activities aren't optimally tailored to developmental stages, and their program requires constant parental prompting. Advice to Prospective Parents: Room staff are wonderful and considerate of children's needs with excellent parent communication. However, be prepared to monitor billing statements, maintain detailed records, and expect administrative turnover affecting care consistency. You'll need to advocate for promised activities to ensure they happen for your child.

N Family is a wonderful nursery and goes out of their way to make sure the kids are cared for and developed. Over the past month, they have arranged for farm animals to visit the nursery, took the kids on trips to the playground and put together creative games and activities for the children.

We have loved our experience with N Kingston so far. Our 13-month-old is thriving. She's settled in well after three weeks and we adore seeing the updates of the activities her group does in the Cove. Her key workers are so caring, considerate and communicative. She is using more words and eating way better in only three weeks since she started. We love seeing the wholesome menu our baby gets fed and the variety of activities and play she does in her days there. The nursery has surpassed our expectations in every way. No feedback just praise!

I'm very happy with N Family Club Kingston. The staff in the Rainforest room are always friendly, and they build genuine relationships with each child. I'm also confident my daughter is kept engaged with developmental activities relevant to her age. I receive thorough daily reports and pictures of daily activities and any accidents or issues are promptly communicated and dealt with.

I could not be happier with my N experience so far! The teachers are all amazing and spend so much time and care to make sure that my son has a great time every day, as well as ensuring that his development is constantly being encouraged. I love the daily updates that we get so we know what he's been up to and can see how happy he is. All the staff are lovely and my son beams at them all, even the ones who are not in his room. I could not recommend this nursery enough, choosing where to send your child is a huge responsibility and I am delighted we went with N Family Club.

My daughter loves N Family Kingston and is thriving and happy there. She has been going since she turned 1, and has settled in really well. She is meeting all her developmental targets and is being socialised well with her peers. She adores her key worker and those working in her current room. However, I do have concerns about her moving down to her next room, because that room has a huge amount of children. Perhaps the children in that room can be split between 2 rooms?

We like this nursery because they have great activities, their daily reports with photos are detailed but concise, the outdoor facilities are good and the app is a great way to communicate. Extra activities such are library visits, park visits and farm visits are perfect! My child is very happy to go to the nursery.

Lovely and friendly staff that seem genuinely caring and interested in our child and his wellbeing and progress. The facilities are also great and the parent room and morning snacks are a bonus. The only minus is the high staff turnover.

My daughter started at just 10 months and is at complete ease going in each day. Comfortable, super clean with brilliant facilities but most importantly caring/hard-working and diligent staff who have helped my daughter develop during such a key age.

We're so pleased with our decision to join the N Family! Our son has such a full and stimulating day due to the efforts of the staff - we love the updates each day, it really helps us to build on things that he's learned in the day at nursery. Thanks to all the staff for making it such a great experience!

Our daughter started nursery here at the start of this month and we couldn't be happier with our choice. The staff are so welcoming, kind and really put our worries at ease - this goes for the room staff, managers and front of house. We are so well informed on what she's done and been like throughout the day. We can't wait to see how much she grows and develops here. They have such great resources and facilities, and she's already been on outings and had external visitors such as the farm! The food menu was also a big part of our decision, it's the best we've seen and experienced by far! We won't go into too much detail, but we definitely recommend this nursery so go and check it out for yourselves!

Sending our son to nursery at five months old we were as nervous as anything, everyone at the N club has been absolutely amazing in making us feel comfortable but also we now think it is the best thing we've done for him. He absolutely loves the cove staff, they go above and beyond and we feel involved in his day thanks to the posts on the app, any queries or worries are responded to quickly and professionally, little touches like the coffee and croissants are just the icing on the cake.

We moved our youngest (2 years old) to N Family Kingston when his brother started reception and we needed an easier nursery commute. We couldn’t be happier. I anticipated teething problems as they had just opened, but on the contrary, they were well-organised and the children all seemed very happy. The staff are warm, kind and completely dedicated to early years education. Any chance they get to share a child’s particular interest and make it into a learning experience for everyone in the class, they will. They teach the children how to say words in Spanish, do yoga and dance, have regular PE and cooking sessions and loads more. We have experienced 3 different nurseries for our 2 sons and I am delighted with N Family Kingston.

Our daughters are both very happy and well cared for at N Kingston. The staff are all really lovely, friendly and kind. The space is beautiful with a lovely garden. There are several weekly activities including forest school, cookery, Spanish as extras for the children to learn. I would highly recommend this nursery.

As a first-time parent, sending your child off to nursery is such a daunting prospect especially when they are so young. However, the staff at N Family Kingston ensured they supported our daughter (and us) through the entire process. They listened to our concerns and reassured us every step of the way. From the moment you walk into the nursery, you’re met by the lovely front of house manager, who is so welcoming. The managers at the nursery have done such a fantastic job in creating such a warm and nurturing environment. They greet not only the children, but parents by name. They know the children and take an interest in what they have done during their time at nursery. As well as the nursery being state of the art, it’s incredibly secure and there are systems in place to safeguard all of the children. As a parent, there is nothing better than seeing your child run into her classroom without turning back. We couldn’t recommend this nursery enough.

Our boy loves N Family Club Kingston! The staff are super friendly and really helped him settle in which was tough with some separation anxiety but they were very supportive and now he is loving it. The nursery is spotlessly clean every day and all the facilities are in great condition. The menus are incredible and we can really see great learning development in a short few months. Thank you, N Family!

A fantastic nursery - full of staff that genuinely care about the children and treat them with utmost care and respect. I am really happy with our experience so far and it makes going to work so much easier knowing that our daughter is in a place where she is well looked after. Our daughter is excited to go to nursery each morning and reaches out to the team on drop off, showing how happy she is in their care. She has also learnt so much and we are very happy from a learning perspective too and to top it off, the food is five star! We were recommended N by friends and the recommendation didn’t disappoint. Big thank you to the wonderful team for all your hard work!

I could not recommend N Family Club - Kingston highly enough. All the staff there are so friendly, helpful and engaged in the daily activities of the children. We felt as if our daughter had several key people around her given how every member of staff seemed to be really familiar with her and with us - clearly showing how focused and engaged they all were with the children and their parents. Each member of staff is so thoughtful and it really shows. Communication was excellent, both in-person and on the app, with great daily posts on our daughter's activities, detailed breakdowns of eating and sleeping activities and updates on all the various activities she'd been getting up to. You felt included and a part of everything she did at nursery, and that makes such a big difference in terms of peace of mind. I also can not fault the facilities, they are amazing. They're clean, spacious, well thought out and brilliant spaces for children to learn and play in.

I'm thrilled to share my glowing review of this nursery! They've taken impeccable care of my child, nurturing his confidence and fostering valuable friendships. His enthusiasm to attend daily speaks volumes about the nurturing environment. This nursery is outstanding, from the staff members who go above and beyond for my child to excel and reach his potential, to the clean facilities and rooms which are tailored to the needs and development of each age range. The lovely staff members ensure feedback is given on the progress and development of my child each day which is reassuring and helpful. The managers are very friendly, professional and approachable and are always in close contact with parents should they have any concerns.
