Twisty Tails Nursery has been absolutely wonderful for our little one, who started about seven weeks ago. The app they use has been a game-changer, providing us with peace of mind and allowing us to plan our evenings effectively when our little one returns home. The manager has been incredibly helpful with any questions we've had, always responding with genuine honesty and making sure we feel supported. We never feel like any inquiry is too much, and it's clear that she is dedicated to creating a positive and nurturing environment for the children, parents, and staff alike. The staff have also been amazing with our baby, and it's heartwarming to see the strong attachment she has developed with them already. It's clear they truly care about the children in their care. The nursery offers everything you could need to feel comfortable, which is so important when entrusting someone with your child's well-being. We feel completely at ease knowing our little one is in such capable, loving hands.

I cannot recommend Twisty Tails Stanmore highly enough! My daughter started settling in at just 10 months old, and I was instantly impressed by the warmth and friendliness of the staff. They are incredibly approachable, always willing to chat and answer any questions, which made me feel completely at ease as a parent. The environment is nurturing, and I can see how happy and comfortable my little one is when I drop her off. The attention to detail and genuine care they show for each child is amazing. It's clear they are passionate about creating a positive and safe space for children to learn and grow. I feel confident knowing my daughter is in excellent hands every day. If you're looking for a nursery in the area, I would highly recommend Twisty Tails, Stanmore Branch - they truly go above and beyond!

Twisty Tails in Stanmore is a fantastic nursery. We have been sending our daughter for 7 months now and can genuinely say the staff treat our daughter as if she were their own - which is very important to us as our families live far away. A special thank you to 3 members of staff in particular for the love and care they give my daughter. I can clearly see when I pick her up every evening that they have a very strong bond with her. Environment: What struck me on my first visit was that the nursery environment is very clean, safe, and spacious so my little one can explore different areas of the room. the nursery continues to invest in new books, toys, and playing equipment for both indoor and outdoor use for the children. Food: The food they serve at the nursery is so delicious my daughter regularly has two portions! It also encourages me to be more experimental with her diet. Activities: They also regularly hold themed days and festivals for the children such as Beach Day and Holi for the children.

Everything about Twisty Tails is exceptional. The team and the management are second to none. All of whom go out of their way to provide the best possible service and care for our little one. Amazing food is tailored to our little one's personal dietary requirements, all prepared on-site by their wonderful chefs. Twisty Tails is a rich melting pot of culture and cuisine. I'm very grateful to be able to send our little man to such a lovely nursery.

Twisty Tails Stanmore is a nursery I will 100% recommend without hesitation. The staff go above and beyond to care for our little one, with regular updates throughout the day and an open line of communication all the time. When our little one was settling in I was always updated on his progress. The team are friendly, kind and nurturing and are very much like family, if not better than some! The food is delightful, all prepped and cooked onsite by their dedicated chefs and our little one's dietary requirements catered for with no hassle. There is an array of different cuisines which is a firm favourite of mine. The nursery itself is clean, fresh and well-looked after. I love that there are different classes for the children during the week too and outdoor play is encouraged. The management team and staff have created a loving fun environment for the children to thrive in. I will be so sad when we have to leave.

I wanted to express my gratitude for how the staff at Twisty Tales Stanmore have made my son happily settle at the nursery. He looks forward to going to nursery and enjoys the wide range of activities, resources and classes available to him. Thank you for encouraging him to explore and try out new activities and making him feel comfortable at the same time. I would like to say a big thank you to the manager who goes out of her way to ensure that the nursery is kept at an exceptional standard. The manager is always happy to help in any way with every query I have and will always be honest and give me helpful advice. I would like to thank three staff members in particular for being fantastic key workers to my little boy. Thank you for all your hard work and patience. The nursery has been excellent with looking after my daughter. She has settled in so well at the nursery, the staff have been so caring. The facilities are great as everything is so new. They do so many extracurricular things with the kids like Spanish, tappy toes, yoga, etc. Overall it’s been a very positive experience for us and I would thoroughly recommend the nursery.

My daughter enjoys going to nursery. They have an app that gives you an idea of what goes on regularly. You can tell that they have a passion for what they do through the effort that is put into hygiene, feedback and the variety of activities the kids do e.g. The musical instruments. The nursery is very clean and the facilities are good.

Exceptional nursery providing the highest levels of care and attention. My baby (1 year) joined in January 2023. I was naturally apprehensive about the settling-in proces0, along with my child going to nursery having spent over a year with my baby, yet the staff made the settling-in process so easy. She's so calm and loves it. The staff clearly adore her and have provided her with a safe and nurturing space to grow and learn. I could not recommend this nursery enough. The smaller size of the nursery means that they can really focus on your child. The facilities are absolutely beautiful too - it's brand new and so is just a lovely warm space. They offer baby yoga and well-being too which I think is just absolutely lovely. I loved it the moment I stepped in. It's not near a main road which means that the outdoor space is really well protected/safeguarded from noise unlike other nurseries.
