My son has attended Bishop Wilson Preschool since July 2024, prior to this he attended a busier nursery setting, and he never settled well. He is now excited in the morning to attend pre-school and loves his time there. The staff are so caring and professional and have really helped my son settle, they are very accommodating with extra sessions. I like the fact it's a small setting, as all the staff know the children inside out. I would recommend Bishop Wilson Pre-school to everyone! Thank you!

Couldn't be happier handing over my son in the morning. He absolutely loves it and I know he's being extremely well cared for. He settled in well and looks forward to returning. It's a relief knowing he's in safe hands.

What a lovely place. My little boy really enjoys going and gets very excited in the car on the way....! He hasn't been with them long but his confidence has really improved. I don't have any other nursery to compare this one to but would highly recommend it to anybody asking..!

I have not had anything but positive experiences with S4YC. They have been helpful when I've needed them and understanding when our family went through a tough time. The only negative I would say is the cost. Compared to my friends out of school clubs it is quite expensive but I don't know if that is because of the size of the school, with there being only a handful of children they do have to recoup the costs. But it's a lifesaver and I'm happy to pay.

My daughter started at Bishop Wilson when she was 2 and absolutely loves it! The staff and setting couldn't be any better, and she skips in every time - so happy to go and play. Would highly recommend!

My little girl loves going to preschool, staff in the setting are caring and welcomed her in straight away. She started just after turning 2 so thought she may take a while to settle in but she hasn’t, and always has a happy smile when I say it’s preschool tomorrow.

Very happy with the staff at Bishop Wilson. This is a very small setting, so the staff and children all spend lots of time together. My daughter really enjoys preschool and enjoys all the activities each day.

My daughter started S4YC pre school in January 2023 and Bishop Wilson school in September 2023 though still regularly attends ‘breakfast club’ with the S4YC team. From the minute she joined last year, I had no worries for her. She and I both love the team, the activities they do, the care they show and everything they taught my daughter when she was in their care full time. I genuinely can’t fault the team and the service they provide and want to say a huge thank you to them all. You’re amazing and make a working mum’s life that bit easier.

My daughter has been in nursery for nearly a year now and she has come on so much since joining. Her confidence and speech have improved massively and I can only thank her teachers for the amazing work they do with the children. I like the fact that the group is small so the children have more 1-1 time with their teachers. They have lots of activities to get involved in and the facilities are great for their age group.

We would highly recommend this pre-school. We enrolled our 2 year old and she has benefitted greatly from engaging with both the older pre-schoolers but also the older children in the school. We believe this has been more beneficial than keeping her at nursery. It is a lovely small setting, with usually 2 staff members for less than 6 children. The room is well equipped and they have an excellent outdoor space. The staff could not do more to help and support the children. Another benefit is the pre-school are relatively flexible in adding extra hours/days for your child if the need arises.
