My daughter absolutely loves going to Kids Planet. The staff are so kind, patient, and genuinely care about the kids Every day, she comes home excited to tell me about the fun activities, songs, and new things she's learned. I've noticed such a big change in her social skills since she started, and I'm so grateful for the amazing team, the communication is great too-they always keep us updated and involved. Honestly, I couldn't ask for a better place for her to learn and grow. Huge thank you to the wonderful staff.

Kids planet at Southridge has brought out the best in both my girls, the staff are friendly, helpful, supportive, and they provide excellent care. Also, any other queries you have about extra sessions or payments are answered quickly and efficiently and staff are always accommodating to individual parents. We would highly recommend kids planet at Southridge.

My son enjoys his time at Kids Planet, even now he has started school, he loves to attend the wraparound on a weekly basis. He really being at the Kidsplanet facility and it helps him develop his independence.

All of the staff are absolutely fantastic and my daughter has such a lovely time and is always excited to attend. She comes home with stories of the fun she's had with various staff members and they are always going out on walks or engaging in fun indoor activities.

I have had wonderful experiences with both my children attending Kids Planet. They both love it so much they never want to leave when it's home time. The team are amazing and genuinely care about the children. They have kept me well informed about their development. They have lovely activities and trips that the children have loved. I can't recommend this setting enough the team are amazing!

Our son thoroughly enjoyed his time at playgroup and made so much progress with his milestones thanks to the support of the fantastic staff who he felt safe and happy with. At pickup, he was always smiling and often wanted to stay longer than the 3-hour session! We were regularly updated on his progress through the app and at drop-off and pick up which was really helpful. The playgroup is set up with lots of different activity areas and outside space. Our son has recently moved up to wraparound and has transitioned across so well which we are really pleased about and can't thank the staff enough for preparing him for moving over so that he has settled in so quickly.

Kids Planet offer a fantastic service for children. A safe, enriching environment where children can thrive. Planned activities linked to seasons etc and dedicated areas to inspire children and promote learning. The staff are exceptional and go above and beyond.

My son has attended Kids Planet Southridge breakfast clubs, wraparound and holiday clubs and loves it. There is a good variety of activities and plenty of time spent outdoors. All the staff are lovely and the management have been fab with my many queries! Would highly recommend.

I can't fault the care that our son receives. Staff are caring and enthusiastic and have always responded to any query or observation quickly and professionally. Our son enjoys his time here and talks about the activities and outings he has enjoyed; most recently he's been trying out 'peer massage' on us all.

Wonderful ladies always offer a welcoming environment for my children who are always happy to be there. Great variety of outdoor areas where children can explore and have lots of fun. I've had a lovely 4 years with this setting. Thank you!

Both of my children have had very positive experiences with the team at Kids Planet. It's attached to the First School and the staff work really hard to provide a supportive and complimentary experience to the nursery school. Everyone I've met is friendly and helpful and the managers are flexible and proactive in their approach. The nursery is an excellent addition to the school!

The staff are all lovely and caring and have great relationships with the children. They always do engaging activities (from what I can gather) and I like to see the photos of what the children have been doing. I thought it was wonderful that the children had two outdoor trips before Christmas - to the library and the food bank. Really rich experience for my daughter. There's always plenty of activities to keep my children busy and entertained and they have good friendship groups as there are lots of other children that attend.

Southridge Kids Planet has been absolutely outstanding in the care of my little girl. Making her feel so welcome and her progression and social skills have really come on since going. She's always coming back having made things, drawing pictures, and loads of other activities. They are great for keeping you updated on the day-to-day activities. I highly recommend it here as we have had nothing but a great experience.

The staff at Southridge have always been amazing with my three children. Whilst my elder two have now moved to another school, my youngest still attends breakfast and after-school club with all the members of staff there. They have always been so accommodating and show the children so much love and care. My daughter absolutely loves the staff and it's always so lovely to see her happy in their care. When it comes to communication, the girls are fabulous at keeping you informed especially when using the holiday club facilities. There are always lots of lovely, exciting activities each day, and again, you're always kept in the loop on what's on offer. The managers are fantastic and are always at hand for any queries you may have and contact you very swiftly. Couldn't recommend enough.

My son enjoys going to wraparound, they constantly have different activities to engage him. He loves the staff and runs in every day with a smile. The staff are very approachable and always happy to help with any queries.

A great wrap-around centre for our 3 children. The children always skip into the Kids Planet in the morning and it is a struggle to get them to leave. Managers are great and respond very promptly to any questions and concerns.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the children all seem happy in their care. Pick-ups are always smooth and seamless. Though we are updated via the app there isn't anywhere to explain the 'range' or 'grading' of lots of different subjects within the learning side of play and crafts. Always brings home lots of artwork. Overall, extremely happy with the care and nurturing of my child, never had any issues.

Excellent staff that really takes time to get to know the children. I feel happy leaving my daughter at Kids Planet which enables me to focus at work without worrying about my daughter which is a testament to the staff. They offer varied activities and my daughter loves her three afternoons at Kids Planet!

My son has been attending for 3 years now, he absolutely loves it! The staff are lovely and really care. They always provide a safe, educational and fun environment for the children! Would definitely recommend it!

My grandson began wraparound care aged 3 years and 1 week. At first, he was apprehensive going in but the care and patience of the staff ensured that after that as soon as the gates opened he was first in and ran ahead of me. The staff are wonderful, caring, professional and doing everything to ensure the children are safe, happy, cared for and there are lots of different and interesting activities for the children.
