My daughter started at Monkey Puzzle earlier this year and we've been extremely happy. The staff have been incredibly welcoming and have a very warm and caring nature. They have been very receptive and actioned anything specific we have requested with regards to my daughter's care. Very accommodating and catered for my daughter's needs so well. Very lucky to have found this nursery.

I'm so happy with Monkey Puzzle Seer Green, the facilities and staff are excellent. My son has settled here very well and loves attending the setting. The staff are incredibly professional, fair and caring. The activities provided are fun and engaging. My son is one of the smallest in the room but the staff go above and beyond to make sure he is included in everything and activities are at a level that he can engage in.

Finding the right nursery for our two young boys was a challenge, but we knew we had found the perfect fit at Monkey Puzzle Nursery. From the very first visit, the staff's warmth and attentiveness made us feel confident in their care. The vibrant, stimulating environment, with colourful artwork and well-equipped play areas, quickly became our boys' second home. The personalised approach, tailored to each child's interests, has kept our older son engaged in imaginative play and reading, while our younger son enjoys hands-on activities and outdoor games. Regular updates and photos keep us connected to their daily adventures. The nursery's emphasis on safety and hygiene has significantly reduced our boys' illnesses, a notable improvement from their previous nursery. In summary, Monkey Puzzle Nursery has provided a nurturing, dynamic, and loving environment where our boys have thrived.

Our first experience with a nursery as our son started at 12 months - we have nothing but positive feedback. The staff are so lovely and caring and we couldn't be happier. The app gives lovely updates throughout the day including photos of all the activities that they do with the children. They also accept tax-free childcare and the 15/30 free hours for under 2's from September.

Lovely nursery. My baby is so happy and I feel she is looked after by caring and thoughtful practitioners who enjoy her being there. We’re delighted with Monkey Puzzle Seer Green and would recommend it to anyone looking for a top day nursery.

My daughter has been attending Monkey Puzzle Nursery since we moved to Seer Green at the end of 2023. We had moved from London and I was a little nervous with how she would settled into a new environment but from her very first day she settled so well, with zero tears at drop off - a testament to how warm and friendly the staff are. I am always so impressed with the variety of activities that are offered to the children at Monkey Puzzle. The instant updates via the app are also great and much better than her previous nursery. I feel very lucky that we have such a fantastic nursery within walking distance of our house and my daughter loves her time here. I would definitely recommend it to other parents!

We moved our daughter from a nearby nursery and were initially worried about how she would settle into a new environment. I didn’t need to worry. Our daughter is now so much happier at Monkey Puzzle. The teachers are so warm and welcoming and our daughter has really grown in confidence since joining. The teachers have spent a lot of time getting to know her and this is evident by the relationship she has with everyone in her room. The building itself and its facilities are also great. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Monkey Puzzle to other parents.

All the staff are very supportive and they provide her with so much care and attention. I would highly recommend Monkey Puzzle in the area, and I feel that I am very lucky to have a nice, wonderful and happy environment for my daughter.

I always get a good vibe from the nursery every time I go to drop off/pick up my son. The staff are incredibly kind, and caring and the owner is very warm and welcoming. My son has been very happy since starting at Monkey Puzzle and I love the regular updates that they send us on the app.

Monkey Puzzle in Seer Green is a wonderful nursery. From the first visit, I felt at ease with all the staff and such a warm welcome for my children and me. My children always speak highly of their teachers and really love going there.

We have had an amazing experience at Monkey Puzzle. I was initially very anxious about leaving our child at nursery as he started at only 6 months and was the youngest child at Monkey Puzzle at the time. The manager and the team were quick to engage him in activities and with other babies. Since then I can only say he has been thriving, as I saw at the nursery Xmas party- nursery is his favourite place! It’s great to receive regular reports about what he’s doing and eating in the day, as well as lots of pictures. Monkey Puzzle has amazing facilities as it’s all brand new. I especially love the separate sleep room, which is essential for young babies. This was the only nursery I saw in the area with a separate sleeproom. I would also say that the staff at Monkey Puzzle are outstanding. The owner is dedicated and goes the extra mile with extra events, curriculum and activities that the children are doing. The manager runs a team of very nurturing, loving and diligent staff!

I can't recommend Monkey Puzzle Nursery in Seer Green enough. Being a new nursery has only been a positive experience. The nursery is small and nurturing. The staff make time to get to know the children and this is evident by seeing the relationship they have with the children they look after. In such a short space of time, my 13-month-old daughter has settled at nursery and I have no worries knowing that she will be well looked after when I am at work. The communication the nursery has with parents is amazing. There are regular updates on the app from what my daughter has eaten to exactly when she has had a nap. Photos are also sent on what they have got up to during the day.

Our daughter settled into Monkey Puzzle Seer Green very quickly. All of the staff are very friendly and always greet us and our daughter with a warm smile. The nursery is a very well-equipped and well-kept setting with all of the facilities newly refurbished. Our daughter always has nice things to say about her day at nursery here and looks forward to going back the next day.

My son loves going to Monkey Puzzle Seer Green. The spaces for each year group feel warm and spacious. The staff has helped my son to settle into nursery and now he is so excited to go to nursery in the mornings. And when he comes home he always says nursery was so good. They also do so many different activities at all times. The nursery has lovely, polite and professional staff. I would definitely recommend this nursery!

We are very happy with our 20-month-old daughter's experience at Monkey Puzzle in Seer Green. The staff are very supportive and go above and beyond to come up with fun, educational activities for the children. The place had a full makeover and is very new and modern, with very clean facilities. Kids go outside every day in their garden which has lots of activities for kids to engage. Overall great nursery with friendly staff. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a fantastic nursery.
