RAFA Kidz (RAF High Wycombe) has been brilliant to us the parents and the kid. This was our first (and our first time using a nursery) so emotions were running high but fair play to the guys at RAFA Kidz, they were brilliant. They transformed our shy, quick-to-cry kid into this loud, confident, wrecking ball of a toddler. Putting him in full-time so my wife could go back to work was the best thing we ever did for him - and we took him to the model village so the bar was pretty high.

My husband and I came with our son to collect our Grandson from the nursery. Where do I begin in describing the excellence that we encountered? From the moment of arrival security, courtesy, and professionalism - we were totally impressed and reassured with the staff, service, and establishment. To the time of leaving, with a very happy/relaxed little boy! Thank you sounds so inadequate - but please be assured it is heartfelt; that total peace of mind for our family in its entirety.

RAFA Kidz High Wycombe have been so supportive of my daughter and her start into the setting. She has settled immensely well and the staff are fabulous. She is happy to go to her key worker and doesn't even look back now! They have been able to meet my childcare needs which has made my return to work run smoothly. As a result of this I am now moving my older child to this setting. The facilities are excellent too.

RAFA Kidz at High Wycombe is amazing, my son is so happy to go in there every day and to see the bond and relationships he makes with the staff and children is amazing. As it’s a smaller class they get extra attention and more time with each child which shows. My son also has a cow's milk allergy and they have been amazing with tailoring the menu so he doesn’t ever miss out! 100% would recommend this nursery. The staff are amazing too and have been so supportive and friendly! Thank you for everything!

Since the first day our son joined the nursery, we have been extremely impressed with how he has settled in and this is a testament to the staff who were supportive to him and us as parents. The nursery is lovely and welcoming and being the first place we have ever left our son with strangers we have trusted them from day one. We found the app amazing and feel that the staff do such a good job at keeping it updated so we can see how he is getting on all day. The meals that are provided are really varied and he eats so much more than he was at home. Our little boy loves to be outside and to be active and they provide loads of time outdoors in the fresh air and activities including soft play where he has become so confident using the slide.

Our child has been attending RAFA Kidz High Wycombe for the last year, in that time we as a family and he as an individual have received amazing support from the nursery with his settling in and development. He has flourished under their care and loves to go there on his nursery days. The staff are professional and genuinely interested in creating a nurturing and supportive environment for the children and families.

I have been consistently impressed with the management of this nursery and how they have provided stability during a national childcare worker shortage. There are a number of staff who go above and beyond their roles and provide a great deal of comfort and kindness to the children in a home away from home. The nursery is very secure and well lit and I enjoy the amount of outdoor space that my child can play in. Would highly recommend it.

My son has had really great experiences in both the baby room and toddler room! He is happy and well looked after. There has been some inconsistency in staff over the last 11 months but that is happening all over and through no fault of the nursery itself. It’s great to see the activities they do and all the kids look like they are having fun. Couldn’t ask for anything more - my child is happy, settled, and enjoys going! Plus all the staff are lovely!

Exceptionally positive experience with RAFA kids nursery. We couldn’t have asked for a more kind and caring environment for our daughter. The staff care for each child and their individual development, nurturing their interests. They have encouraged our daughters curiosity and imagination and she has developed real affirming skills to take her toward into primary school. Highly recommend.

This is our daughter’s first nursery and since starting when it opened in April 2022, her development has come on leaps and bounds. She was struggling with her communication but since attending 3 mornings a week, the difference in her is huge. She absolutely loves going, she eats all her meals and snacks and even asks for more, it’s clear she eats much better in a peer setting. The activities are varied and she loves getting stuck in! The updates we get on the app are brilliant, so we can keep an eye on what she’s up to during the day. There are personal updates as well as photos of what they’ve been up to. Really puts our minds at rest, especially being the first time away from home at nursery. The staff are super friendly and always update verbally upon collection. The opening hours are brilliant, long days and open all year round, not just term time. They have been super flexible with allowing us to book her in for extra afternoons or days if we need to and if there is space.

My daughter has just started in the nursery in January, already she is reaching milestones and is interacting more. The care is amazing and I genuinely feel like my baby is in safe hands. The nursery staff are lovely and so loving towards the children. Would strongly recommend.

Great staff and I feel my daughter is developed in a safe and loving environment. Communications from the RAFA Kidz team are great and if there is ever an issue, I am informed immediately and they go above and beyond to ensure I as a parent, are informed. The team go above and beyond.

Our daughter has been with RAFA Kidz High Wycombe since it opened in April 2023 and they have been brilliant. The app they use is great, letting us know what she’s been up to. The food is fresh and varied and the activities are great. The staff are fantastic, our little one hurt her leg and they assisted in helping her while she got back to walking. We can see how much she is coming on with her learning and most importantly she really enjoys going to nursery and has bonded well with the staff.
