My daughter has attended Charlton Heights since she was 1 years old. What a great choice we made The staff is the baby room are all amazing, they are always smiling and happy to see my daughter when she comes into the room. she has such a great bond with her keys workers and all the other staff members in the room. The activity they do everyday with the children is always different and you can see the children love it. Could have asked for a better nursery for my children.

I was super nervous about my boy starting a nursery, he is our first baby and we didn't know much about the process. After reading some positive reviews here and our neighbour hood group, we decided to sign up with Happy Days and I am so glad we did! First few weeks were tough (specially for me) but I knew what to expect, because they have explained me the process and supported me along the way. I can't thank them enough for being so supportive and kind, our boy started to feel more comfortable within 2-3 weeks time and has been enjoying his time there ever since. They are always so happy to see my boy and he is excited to see them too! I love reading their updates and snapshots. It's great to know that my boy is having a fantastic time there. Highly recommended.

My child has recently joined Happy Days Charlton Heights, as we have moved into this area. The staff answered all of my questions and worries as my child didn't enjoy going to her old nursery. The way the staff have been amazing with my daughter from the start. She loves going and talks about the lovely things they have done when she is there. Everyone is so welcoming, I have recommended to all my family and friends of how wonderful this nursery and its staff are.

After having my son in a childminder for his first year and moving my son to Happy Days Nursery & Pre-School - Charlton Heights, Bristol, has been the best thing I've ever done. The team is absolutely amazing and understand all my concerns and I have seen such a big approvment in the first week of of my sons social skills and speech. I have recommended all my friends to this nursery and praise them so much.

My son has attended Happy Days Charlton Heights since he turned 10 months old and we couldn't be happier with our choice. The members of staff in the Baby Room are all excited to see him in the morning and the bond he has developed with his key worker is genuinely magical. We are beyond happy with Happy Days, having had some previous mixed experiences with our older children in other childcare settings. We specifically love the amount of care that goes in to setting up activities for the day that push the children's development whilst relating to things they know and enjoy. However far and away the best thing about this nursery is the staff, how they know and care for all of the children in the setting and how they are consistently thinking of me things to do and being trained in new areas. We also love the cooking they do at the nursery and the links with the local care home.

A bright, clean, highly functional nursery; with staff that genuinely care about the children and parents. It has bedded in very well into the relatively new Charlton Hayes community. The management is exemplary - highly qualified, caring and competent.

I have been nothing short of impressed with Happy Days Nursery & Pre-School - Charlton Heights, Bristol. We were really worried about our very clingy 10-month-old settling into nursery. The staff at Charlton Heights have been really lovely and we are always greeted with a warm smile when we walk in. They are extremely reassuring. The Nursery itself is very clean and you can tell they have put a lot of thought into the development of our babies. I'm very confident my son is in safe hands every time I leave him and when I pick him up. I especially love the detailed updates of what he is up to, and what he is struggling with. From a diversity point of view, they have been absolutely fantastic. I never feel like my son is treated any differently. The girls have done an amazing job with him. Would highly highly recommend this nursery to anyone.

We are absolutely delighted with the care and attention our daughter receives at this nursery. The staff are incredibly kind, professional, and attentive, creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for the children. Our daughter has blossomed here, building her confidence, language skills, and social abilities. The activities are creative and engaging, and the facilities are clean, safe, and well-equipped. We truly appreciate the team's dedication to ensuring every child feels supported and included. It's heartwarming to see how excited our daughter is to go to nursery each day. I'm thrilled with the experience my daughter has at Happy Days Nursery. She attends twice a week, and I couldn't be happier with the care and attention she receives. The staff are highly professional and genuinely care for each child, fostering a warm atmosphere that makes my child excited to attend. I've seen her thrive in activities such as music, arts, and physical play, all tailored to her developmental needs. Our experience with Happy Days has always been such a good one. We've had 2 children attend Happy Days, one still being there. The care my child receives on his allocated days is just phenomenal. The staff are so kind, caring and genuine and always want what's best for each child. They are always keeping us parents up to date with what our child gets up to in the duration of their stay and always hand over every last bit of detail. Cannot recommend happy days enough.

I am really happy that I picked Happy Days Nursery at Charlton Heights for my daughter. The moment she started she really enjoyed being there. She has developed so much since she started and now has a lot more confidence. She enjoys learning new things and doing all the wonderful activities. All the staff members are all warm and friendly.

I had been struggling to find a setting for my son to go to that I felt comfortable with. I'm a great believer that if I don't get that feeling I won't do something. From the moment we walked around and I met the staff I knew that is where I wanted him to go. The nursery setting is clean and tidy and very well organised. My son settled and from the moment he walked through the door, he had a smile on his face. Thank you to everybody who made us both feel welcome from day 1.

When my daughter started nursery she hated being left but quickly built amazing relationships with the staff, especially her key worker and now she loves it! Everyone is really friendly and it's a joy dropping and picking my daughter up. We are kept posted about progress and day to day information. I look forward to watching my daughter progress over the next few years here.

My little one has been thriving since joining Happy Days Nursery Charlton Heights. As a first time Mum, searching for the right nursery was a daunting process. The first time l viewed this nursery, I instantly knew it would be the right choice. The nursery was clean and tidy, staff appeared happy and cheerful. Four months on, I can truly say I am happy with the progress my little one has made. He has settled in well and is always happy to be dropped off with his Educators who are incredible and extremely accommodating with any concerns l have. The children always look happy, clean and content.

We are extremely happy with the nursery our daughter attends. Happy Days Nursery offers a wide range of educational activities that truly engage the children, and our daughter is always happy there. Although some mornings can be tough with the drop-off, by the time we pick her up, she is always smiling and in a great mood. One of the standout features of this nursery is the app they use to keep parents informed throughout the day. We can track everything from meals to diaper changes, and they even share photos and descriptions of the activities the children are doing. This gives us real peace of mind, knowing she is well taken care of and having fun while learning. Highly recommend!

We couldn't be happier with the Nursery. The staff are incredibly caring, attentive, and always ensure the children are engaged in fun activities. I cannot praise Happy Days Nursery enough! The wonderful staff have gone above and beyond to ensure our little boy settled in smoothly. As a parent, I was incredibly anxious about leaving him for the first time, but the team at Happy Days made that transition so much easier. They were patient, reassuring, and incredibly attentive, taking the time to get to know my son and understanding his needs. We are always greeted with smiles and genuine warmth, and it is clear that the staff genuinely care about each child. Their professionalism and nurturing approach have given us such peace of mind.
