Lovely staff, clean environment, good learning. My daughter has been at this nursery since September and she her speech has improved alongside her physical development. Since starting in September, my daughter has made great progress in both her speech and physical development. The activities are well-structured, engaging, and tailored to help each child grow at their own pace. I love how the nursery encourages creativity, social skills, and independence while making learning fun. I couldn't be happier with the care and attention my child receives here. Highly recommended for any parent looking for a nurturing and educational environment!

Our daughter has been at Fennies for 4 months now and absolutely loves it, she is excited when we drop her off and full of beans on pick up. She has grown really fond of her key workers both from when she initially started in Ducklings and again with her more recent workers in Swans. All the staff and carers are fantastic, and create a warm and loving environment and provide interesting and varied activities each day. We get regular updates on the app regarding meals, nappies and activities and the food menu is like that of a London restaurant! We're thrilled to have joined Fennies and we know our daughters thriving, growing in confidence and creating great friendships every day.

My daughter started at Fennies in May 2024. Best decision. Have no complains. Loads of activities for kids, place is very clean and new. They opened this nursery in July 2023 so everything is very clean and new, loads of natural light. We get updates every day with what they did during the day and pictures.

As first-time parents, we were nervous about sending our daughter to nursery, especially as she was learning English as an additional language. From the start, the staff went above and beyond to support her, using effective strategies to help her learn the language and thrive. Now in preschool, we're amazed by the thoughtful activities set up daily that encourage her to learn, solve problems, and challenge herself. Her teachers have also helped her develop self-regulation and emotional skills, which has greatly improved her ability to express and manage her feelings, benefiting her mental health. We also love how everyone, including the management team, knows our daughter personally and shares anecdotes about her, showing how much they care. The management team creates a welcoming atmosphere, making parents feel at home while ensuring everything runs smoothly. We're so grateful for the exceptional care and education our daughter has received. This nursery truly goes above and beyond.

My son started at Fennies in September 2024. I can honestly say this was the best decision I made sending my son here. The progress he has made in such a short space of time is amazing. The staff are extremely friendly, helpful and absolutely love all the children who attend. Will definitely be recommending Fennies Woodside to every person I know who are looking for a nursery. I was first introduced to Fennies Lower Addiscombe and couldn't be happier with my experience. The staff are incredibly attentive to my child's needs and development, always taking the time to ensure he is supported in the best possible way. Communication is excellent, with regular updates that keep me informed about his progress and daily activities. The team is approachable, warm, and clearly passionate about fostering learning and growth. They strike a perfect balance between offering guidance and encouraging independence, which has had a profound impact on my son. Within just 2-3 weeks, I noticed significant changes, he started using words and phrases he had never even attempted at home! This thoughtful approach to development has made a world of difference, and I'm truly grateful for the care and dedication shown. My son has been at Fennies Lower Addiscombe Road nearly a year now. He has developed so much in this time in all areas. The facilities are top notch. There's always activities for the children to get involved in. When the weather permits there's outings in the local community. Staff are always there to have a chat about your child's progress or any concerns at drop off and pick up. I'm glad I chose Fennies Lower Addiscombe road. This is just the start he needed before primary school.

Fennies does a great job of keeping me informed of how my son is doing both verbally and through the app. Since starting here he has progressed immensely, there has been such a great improvement in his speech, social skills and confidence. I couldn't have made a better choice for him and I would recommend Fennies any day any time.

I couldn't be happier with my decision to send my daughter to Fennies Woodside. I was so lucky to get a place straight away. I was anxious to leave her at first but from the moment she started the staff made it as easier as possible for me. She settled within days and is always happy when I drop her off or collect her. The staff are professional, caring and kind. The facilities and resources are great and the nursery is always clean and tidy. My daughter is happy and that means I can work without any worries.

From the day my child started till now has been a good experience. She learning new words and is ver confident when communicating with her family. My child is happy and enjoys seeing her friends when she attends the nursery.

My son has been attending for the past 9 months and he absolutely loves it here. Happily walks in and happily walks out. He has made so much progress thanks to the dedicated staff who take their time to work with me as a parent to work on my sons development and milestones.

We moved our daughter to Woodside from another setting for many (negative) reasons. I was very apprehensive about moving her but I wish I had done it sooner! I couldn't recommend them enough. The Manager has established such a wonderful team! They have truly been amazing, our daughter has settled so quickly. The team go above and beyond on a daily basis, such a lovely environment and approach. The team are amazing and that filters down to the children. Thank you Woodside, we appreciate you!

Our son truly grew up during his time at Fennies. It was his first experience and the team were so gentle to us and him. He blossomed with attentiveness and care. We moved area, however would have loved him to stay and grow there. The staff were wonderful.

Our daughter absolutely loves coming here! All the staff are lovely and great with the kids, and the activities are really varied, creative and fun whilst learning lots! Our little one will be sad to leave but she is definitely ready for her first year at school which is thanks to everyone at Fennies!

Having moved to the nursery from another nursery we have been hugely impressed with the provision. The children have opportunities to get involved in trips, extra activities such as picnics/farm trips, art specialist teacher and outstanding resources. The staff are warm, nurturing and friendly. My son absolutely adores his new nursery and we have been so pleased with the move, we wish we'd done it sooner.

My daughter moved from another local nursery/preschool last month. Her previous nursery, while rated the highest locally, could/would not keep her for the extra year while we delay her school start, as she's a summer/August born. Fennies has been enormously helpful, accommodating and comforting as we've changed over into their 'Inventors' room. The teachers, and even the other children, are so friendly and welcoming - there is a real sense of calm, happiness, fun and community. All the basics are covered, and more. The thing I've been struck with most, and that literally warms my heart, is I really feel how invested they are in my child and I genuinely feel like they like and appreciate her. It makes me want to cry happy tears.

We couldn't rate Fennies Woodside any higher! The amazing staff made us feel comfortable and at ease from one day and they did a fantastic job of keeping us informed of how our daughter was doing, both verbally and through the app. The range of activities is unparalleled to anything else we've experienced and the team go above and beyond to engage the children and create special events. We were invited regularly to take part in parent events and they have done a fantastic job of creating a parent community. Every member of staff always took the time to talk to us and to make our daughter feel special and we are extremely grateful to everyone at Fennies Woodside.

Absolutely nothing but positive reviews on this nursery, the staff are all lovely. The nursery has a positive feeling my child is always happy at drop off and pick up and has made amazing bonds with staff members. The nursery is clean and the facilities are fantastic. I know that when dropping my child to nursery he's going to have a great day and I don't need to have mum guilt. I couldn't ask more from a nursery and I have recommended this nursery to other parents

Fantastic nursery! My little boy started here 4 months ago aged 19 months and like any other parent I was worried about him starting especially as he was so attached to me! Since starting here he has progressed immensely, I noticed an improvement in his speech, social skills and confidence. Settling in was hard for the first couple of weeks (as he was so attached to me) but all the staff there are amazing, they helped him settle in quickly and are really understanding and helpful, they work with you to achieve your child’s best outcome. My son literally runs in at drop-off now! I couldn’t have made a better choice picking a nursery, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a nursery.
