Both my children have begun their education at Yellow Brick Road, Pump Farm. The place is one of a kind. Children are so happy here; they are free-range! The environment has seen a number of revamps since the new management, the major one being the new outdoor space. Whilst this looks like something out of children's TV, it still maintains the rugged charm that makes Pump Farm so special. Children learn to manage their own capabilities in an exciting and outdoors environment. The golden rules underpin everything that makes people good humans. Staff plan and lead the most wonderful activities based on children's interests. I particularly love the way they get the children involved in the local community such as visiting care homes and going to the fire station. The chef is unreal. Potty training is supported with real compassion. The staff are supportive and realistic and the real soul of the place; the manager, is just the most infectiously joyous person, you can see why children adore being there.

I couldn't recommend Yellow Brick Road, Pump Farm highly enough! The staff consistently think of engaging activities, linked in with my children's interests; from baking and cooking (even for my 1-year-old) to all kinds of crafts and most importantly - getting messy outdoors. My daughter loves being part of forest school, cooking on the campfire and telling me about her 'golden rules'. We love being part of a nursery which encourages children to get outdoors and be interested about their environment. The meals are great, homemade and varied options. New management have exceeded our expectations of the nursery, amazing refurbishment both indoors and to the playground. Best of all, you can tell that the staff have a genuine care for the children that they look after. We are fortunate to have found such a great learning environment for our children!

Our little boy absolutely loves it here. He never cries when he is handed over and loves the wonderful staff! The care and attention the staff and key workers pay the children is exactly as you would wish for your child. The setting is lovely especially the outdoor areas and the newly developed baby room. I often see them out walking with the children in the village and they do special activities each week to mirror what each child has done at the weekend. There are some lovely touches around holidays and occasions. The app is fantastic at keeping parents informed throughout the day and sharing photos. The chef also does an amazing job with a varied menu! Very happy mummy and would definitely recommend. Thank you!

My daughter loves coming to nursery. She is well-looked after and I have regular updates. She absolutely loves her key worker who is amazing with her and makes me feel extremely comfortable with leaving her, in the nursery care.

Yellow Brick Road has been a wonderful nursery for our daughters (1 & 2)! The staff are so friendly and welcoming, creating a lovely atmosphere. Our eldest loves her pre-school room and her key-worker, who has really helped her confidence blossom. When our youngest started, they let her visit the baby room to help her little sister settle, which was really sweet. The girls love the activities, especially baking and the weekly dance class with an external instructor. We also appreciate their commitment to outdoor play, for which they have an incredible garden and forest school options. Highly recommend Yellow Brick Road!

We are absolutely thrilled with Yellow Brick Road, Pump Farm and the exceptional care our son receives in the Baby Room! The staff are not only highly professional but also incredibly warm, loving, and attentive. They go above and beyond to create a safe, nurturing environment where he feels secure and loved. Since joining, we've seen such wonderful progress in his development, and it's clear the team takes great care in tailoring activities to suit his age and needs. The Baby Room is always spotless, with a wonderful range of age-appropriate resources that encourage both learning and fun. We're consistently impressed by the thoughtful updates and how well the team communicates with us. It's evident that they truly care about each child's well-being and growth, which gives us so much peace of mind. We feel so fortunate to have found such a fantastic nursery, and we wholeheartedly recommend it!

My daughter attends the forst school in the school holidays and she absolutely loves it. The staff are so friendly, helpful and always smiling!! They always have great activities planned and something different every day. The food they provide is always fantastic, my daughter eats more there than at home. Five stars aren't enough to be honest. They are just brilliant. The renovation they have done to the place is just amazing! Well done to the whole team.

Yellow Brick Road Pump Farm Nursery is the nursery to take your child. The confidence and faith in the small team is easy to say. Excellent points are the forest school leaders and specific skills that show your children like rope/ knot tying and fire safety. The nursery prepares children through the stages, from little explorers to forest school pre-school age. The on-site chef is a real treat. No processed foods, home-cooked variety of meals and puddings. The Manager and her team go to town on the celebrations of events.. spoiling the children and making them feel one in a million. Without a doubt, Yellow Brick Road Nursery is the one to choose. The new garden, sand pit and water pump are class above the rest.

An amazing nursery for my little girl. The staff are absolutely brilliant with the children and all I hear from my child is how much fun she has and how she loves her teachers. She comes home and re-enacts the day's events which is lovely to see. My child has always come home with positive things to say about the staff and other children, sounds like no one is ever left out and they are all included in each and every activity. I'm pleased I picked this nursery!

Our little girl has been attending Pump Farm since she was 2 and is just about to graduate! She has loved her time there, made some lovely friends, and is always excited to tell us about her day. We have been really impressed with the provision and the staff are brilliant!

Going back to work after maternity leave was such a worrying time and Yellow Brick Road was the only nursery I felt confident leaving my son as I knew he would be in the best care! Since then he has progressed through to the toddler room and absolutely loves playing outside with his friends. The new garden is stunning and I know my son is learning so much through the love of play! Thank you again Yellow Brick Road for looking after my son to such a high standard.

Staff were wonderful when welcoming our little boy. They were very reassuring and we felt confident with his care straight away. The practitioners, no matter when I've come across them, are always professional, knowledgeable and thoughtful. The care they give my son is everything I could possibly wish for. They are spending a lot of time and resources creating beautiful learning environments for the children. The provision is fantastic. They take the time to create bespoke experiences, even for my son who is in the baby room. He is so settled into nursery life and we couldn't be happier with the care being given to him.

We started our son at Yellow Brick Road Pump Farm around Christmas time 2023 and I was incredibly anxious leaving him as a first-time Mum. I had all sorts of thoughts in my head about how it would be but I hadn't of worried because the team and staff there are amazing and made the whole experience better. My son adores his playgroup assistant and we think she's wonderful too. I'd highly recommend Pump Farm to friends and family, overall I know my child is safe and cared for so I can't ask for much more.

Fantastic nursery for my 11-month-old and 2-year-old. Since new owners have taken over the overall nursery seems to have improved 100%. All the areas are amazing, the staff show so much care and attention. Our girls love and would highly recommend it. The staff in the kitchen is also great with children's food! They love the meals too!

Our son has been attending nursery since September 2023, he absolutely loves it! He started in the modernised baby room and is now in the toddler room. His confidence and ability are incredible, the staff are fantastic and friendly. The food is brilliant and he eats so well! They have so many activities and adventures. The new outside space is lovely and they now have tractors outside which has made his week! Our son is going an extra day in October because he enjoys being there so much. We were nervous as we only moved to the area in July 2023, not know any parents or other children. The nursery hold parent / grandparent events and it has been great to bond with others.

I have two children at Yellow Brick Road Pump Farm. It is a beautiful nursery, that is well-resourced and in an amazing setting. The staff are all incredibly caring and supportive. My children love going to nursery and get to experience so many different activities and experiences. The food is amazing. We feel part of a very nurturing family who work with us to give our children the best care.

I honestly can't speak highly enough of Pump Farm. The facilities are incredible and nothing like it in the area, the staff are all so friendly and amazing with the children, all of the food is made fresh daily by the in-house chef and they often take the children on various local excursions and have visitors and special activities throughout the year. My little boy settled straight away and his development has come on in leaps and bounds. I can't praise them all enough and am so grateful to them for all they do for my little boy to make every day he has there awesome.

My 2-year-old really loves going to the nursery and his learning has developed a lot. His favourite time is learning the rhymes and dancing to them. He also really loves the outdoor play area and was especially treated to sitting on a real tractor as he loves playing with the tractor.

Just the most amazing place, after a wonderful 13 months of maternity leave it was so hard to find somewhere that just felt right, safe and the next step for my child. Our taster sessions were just perfect and the staff are so welcoming and really care! Thank you!
