Me and my wife have recently got our daughter in the nursery, and she has loved it so far, the app is excellent as you can see progress pics and info regarding what she had to eat etc. when we went for a meeting with the manager to get more info regarding the nursery. She was very helpful and informative. The other members of staff that we have met have been friendly also

RAFAKidz Boulmer is a wonderful nursery. My child attends 5 days a week and has developed so much in all areas: speech and language, gross and fine motor skills and socially. The staff are kind, attentive and regularly present so that they become familiar to the children. The location is remote but Longhoughton village is secure and quiet and the children often get out and about exploring with staff. I highly recommend.

I was a bit nervous about my child starting nursery but it has been such a positive experience for him and me so thank you. The staff have been very helpful and attentive to my child, supporting his communication. He has settled in very well and really enjoys himself. He loves the outings they do- walks, and to the farm and is playing really well with the other children and gaining confidence. It's really nice and sociable for him to eat together with the other children and great to encourage him to eat more new foods. The nursery has a warm feel, is in a nice setting and has really good outdoor space. I really like that I can keep in touch with what my child is doing via the app. Thank you

My daughter started here earlier this year and the whole experience has been fantastic. She settled very quickly and now loves going to nursery, this is in no small part down to the wonderful team they have here. They do lots of nice activities and have good indoor and outdoor facilities. I feel well-informed and communications are great. I would highly recommend.

I absolutely adore this nursery. I received support while I went through the initial settling-in stages with my child who would cry when I left him. Today he happily walks in without so much as looking back. I love that I can keep track of the App. I think this is especially important for first-time parents who struggle with the initial separation. I can see the development milestones being reached so it's clear that the work I do with him at home is certainly continued in nursery. I'm looking forward to watching him develop and thrive in such a lovely caring, nurturing environment.

Both of my children attend this fantastic nursery. They are always very excited to go and always have a great experience in the setting. All the staff are amazing and our children can't wait to go in and tell them all about the things they get up to at home. The staff have supported our family through deployments and have shown great flexibility to help us. Nothing is ever too much for them and they are always able and happy to help where they can. The children often go out on local trips out and walks to the beach, farm and parks which the children absolutely love. Our children also love to come home and sing us some of the new songs they have learned during their day. I highly recommend this nursery to everyone but especially any local military families.

Both my children are attending the setting. They leave excited for nursery and come home super happy after a fun-filled day. The staff are super supportive, to both children and parents alike. As a military family, they've supported us through deployment by making sure the children had extra support and resources available. They carefully plan each week with a different learning theme, offering a variety of activities and really making the most of the local area. Overall, we've seen such progress with our children, they talk so fondly of all key workers and both have become super confident little beings since joining. We can't thank the staff enough.

All the staff at RAFA Kidz are fantastic. My daughter loves to spend her time there and always comes home and tells me about what she has learned. I feel very happy knowing she's there, safe and very well looked after. Highly recommend to anyone.

Fabulous nursery, all the staff are wonderful and my son just loves it. RAFA Kidz have invested in the nursery since taking over and it's clear to see the boost this has given the staff there. Lots of new resources and some reorganisation have made such a difference to the setting. We get lovely updates to see what they've all been up to and have plenty of variety in their days. Would highly recommend!

Lovely nursery. They spend so much time taking the children out and about in the local area, which the children all love. A great, caring atmosphere with staff that really do care. My child settled in so well and loves the staff. Food is a hit as well, with plenty of different dishes given. Could not recommend it more.

Our son started at the nursery just before it changed to RAFA Kidz Boulmer. The nursery was in a little need of a re-vamp, but since being taken over it has been totally transformed. There are lots of new toys for the children to play with and everything has had a really good freshen-up giving the nursery a new lease of life. All of the staff are so lovely and I feel content that our son is in good hands. I would definitely recommend this nursery. Our son has really taken to his 2 days a week here and we can see a big difference in his development.

My child's keyworker and the manager, in particular, have been a huge support to my family and I over the past year. Our little one has attended nursery for over a year here and all staff are lovely with our little one. Our little one has additional needs and we feel that the nursery have been proactive in signposting us to appropriate agencies and are supporting us through our journey.

The nursery revamp looks brilliant. My daughter runs in in the mornings, never looking back! She loves all the girls and I feel I can easily ask them questions if need be. Fantastic nursery, would recommend it to everyone.

Longhoughton Nursery is fantastic, we have had children attending since 2017. All 3 kids have absolutely loved it, playing outside, and doing craft activities. They all look forward to going to nursery and all of the staff are friendly and approachable. Can’t recommend this nursery enough and we will be sad when our last child leaves!

Was nervous about putting my 6-month-old into nursery as I felt like she was very young, however the staff are amazing and let me know how she is getting along. The communication between staff and parents is amazing, the nursery itself is absolutely beautiful and my daughter loves to attend. The staff make the place a really nice and welcoming environment and I wouldn’t think twice about recommending RAFA Kidz Boulmer.

What a warm and welcoming nursery. My son settled in straight away and absolutely loves coming to nursery. It’s a total home from home for him. All the staff are brilliant so warm and welcoming. My son has such lovely bonds with all of them but especially his key worker. He’s thriving and I think nursery has helped with this.

Absolutely amazing nursery, this is my second child to go here and they've both loved it. From learning to playing with friends, friendly staff and fantastic meals. If there is ever a query about anything, someone is always there to answer. They love playing inside and outside as well as planting vegetables and plants.

My son has attended this nursery for over a year, he has thrived since coming to this setting. Always so happy to see the staff and his little friends. The new provider and takeover has gone smoothly with loads of amazing resources and opportunities. I would highly recommend this nursery.

All the staff at RAFA Kidz are fantastic. My daughter loves to spend her time there and always comes home and tells me about what she has learned. I feel very happy knowing she's there, safe and very well looked after. Highly recommend to anyone.

Lovely nursery. They spend so much time taking the children out and about in the local area, which the children all love. A great, caring atmosphere with staff that really do care.
