My son has been at Daisy Fays Nursery Falmouth for a year now and I have had no issues at all. He goes in so happy and seems to be learning lots, all of the time. I feel he has significantly progressed since starting nursery. The staff are all so lovely and seem to know a lot about him. You can tell they take the time to get to know his likes and dislikes. Whenever he has been sad they have been great with making him feel better. I would recommend Daisy Fays to anyone. Amazing staff.

I've been really pleased with every aspect of Daisy Fays Falmouth. The staff in the baby room are amazing, I feel they really care about my little one and have formed a bond with her. I was nervous about her starting nursery, but now feel that my little one is in the best place!

Really happy I made the choice for my boy to go to this nursery! The ladies are all super lovely and made him and I feel at ease. He's learnt so much from being there and they give great feedback when I collect him. What I love most is the updates of all vital information about his day including what and how much food he's eaten, times of naps and his nappy changes just to give me total reassurance as a first-time mum. The added bonus is seeing the photos they upload to the app during the day! Thank you Daisy Fays for all you do!

My daughter has just left preschool and has loved every moment at Daisy Fays Falmouth. The staff are so friendly and genuinely care for the children in their care. My daughter was often emotional coming in and there were always open arms waiting for her. This helped her and me so much. The manager was always happy to help and sort out any issues quickly and efficiently. We are so grateful to you all for preparing our daughter and us for school life.

Our 4-year-old daughter has just finished at Daisy Fays having been there since she was 11 months old. The care she received during that time has been second to none and she made such strong bonds with all her key workers. The staff are all superbly dedicated, kind, caring and professional and have had such a big part to play in our daughter's development, both emotionally, socially and academically. Our youngest daughter has now started at the nursery too and I have no doubt that she will receive the same level of care throughout. The facilities, equipment and outside areas have always been of a satisfactory level but are now being revamped, which will certainly help to maintain the high standard of the nursery. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Daisy Fays Falmouth to anyone.

I feel completely reassured about my daughter's happiness, safety and development at Daisy Fays. She's loved and cared for as an individual, and she has bloomed within the class. I'm so grateful to the teachers and management for taking such care of my daughter, and would highly recommend Daisy Fays to any carers/parents.

Daisy Fays is the best nursery in the local area of Falmouth. After our tour when visiting several different nurseries in the area we just knew that Daisy Fays was the only choice for our son. Our son has been attending the baby room since the age of 13 months and now at 18 months old, he's come on leaps and bounds since starting. The facilities are extremely tidy, clean and well-organised and the staff go above and beyond to care for the babies. We receive regular updates of our son painting, playing and exploring which is a really nice touch. Highly recommend!

Cannot recommend Daisy Fay's enough, since our daughter has started and settled extremely well into the baby room we have recommended the facilities to two of our friends who have both successfully also joined the nursery!

The management within Daisy Fays have absolutely lost touch with putting our children first. They treat parents differently, communicate poorly and appear to be consumed with growing their business and pockets rather than considering what’s best for the children. A really disappointing experience and sad to see what was such a wonderful nursery change so drastically. I was left with no option but to remove my child from this setting.

I have a child in both the baby room and preschool room. My daughter adores the baby room staff and happily walks in waving goodbye. We receive regular photos showing what she gets up to and that she loves the messy play, which we are huge fans of also! She eats well and enjoys the food on offer. We are kept informed with daily diaries and good handover at the end of the day. We feel they truly know her and her little personality and we can't fault the care they give her. My son enjoys the preschool room and comes home talking about what he is learning from counting, to new songs and recognition of letters and his name. He is always talking about being outside too, which is great that it is always offered as he is a busy boy who is very active. Again, lots of photos recieved showing the fun he has. There is a variety of food offered, and although he can be fussy he gives everything a try, with encouragement from staff, and usually ends up eating things he won't at home.

I was so nervous about my little one starting nursery but when I visited Daisy Fays Falmouth all my nerves went away, the staff made me and my child feel so welcome and at ease. My child now attends here and he has blossomed so much he’s talking more he enjoys learning new things and he isn’t afraid to try new foods as before he wouldn’t eat hardly anything. I love how every time he goes to nursery the staff tell us so much on what his day has been like and also the app is so reassuring to see what he does in a day. I really cannot thank the staff enough and I would definitely recommend Daisy Fays Falmouth to anyone.

My daughter is now 18 months old and has attended Daisy Fays Nursery, Falmouth, for the past 5 months. From the outset she has been excited to go to this nursery, she’s never cried when I drop her off and she’s constantly calling the name of her key person whilst at home. She really has forged a beautiful bond with the team and other children. Her social skills have developed wonderfully, and the team always take time to share what’s been going on during the day and answer any questions I may have. The daily photographs and observations are a highlight of mine as I can see she’s engaging and learning, and most importantly is happy. The staff really do understand each child’s needs and they clearly work hard to create a happy environment. I couldn’t be more delighted and would highly recommend this nursery to anyone. Thank you for looking after my baby girl so well, we’re so grateful.

Professional and caring nursery. I am very happy my daughter has a place at Daisy Fays, Falmouth. All the staff are approachable and child focused. Reassuringly instructions for my daughter’s medical needs have always been followed and reported to us at pick up.

Highly recommend! Each and every one of the staff are welcoming. Always checking if there’s anything they should be made aware of in the mornings. I love receiving photos of what my child has been up to during the day, it’s so reassuring. Snack and lunch is well thought out and accommodating of the individual needs. When collecting you are informed of how much they ate, if they’ve had a good day/what they’ve done. You can always see how many/what time nappies were done on the app ect. I feel happy dropping my child of everyday, extra measures are put in place for safety if the parents aren’t collecting e.g safe word. Staff always find the time to speak to you if you have any concerns/questions. The car park directly outside makes dropping and picking up so much easier. My only con would be that the fees are quite expensive. (including a £50 registration fee). Sometimes I feel like I’m working just to pay for childcare.

The practitioners at the Falmouth setting have been looking after my son since he was 10 months old and I have never had a negative word to say. They care for him, help him develop and overcome his challenges. They communicate with me daily. I trust them fully with my son and he absolutely adores them. Two members of staff in particular are wonderful although really we think they're all great! I highly recommend Daisy Fays Falmouth.

Excellent nursery with skilled, knowledgeable and caring staff who put real effort into getting to know the children. We have had a brilliant experience with the baby room staff and I can't speak highly enough of them. In terms of facilities the nursery recently redeveloped the baby room into a spacious multi-functional space with a lovely smaller sensory room attached. Our son seems to enjoy the activities offered (especially the fun messy ones which I don't necessarily have time to set up at home!) and absolutely loves the garden space and mud kitchen. The staff clearly make a big effort to design a well rounded and creative range of age appropriate activities and we have seen a positive impact on our son's confidence in social situations since he has been going there. There is a good varied menu too. The nursery has comparatively high fees for the area, but they do offer a high quality of care and we are happy to make the investment. Thank you baby room for all your hard work!

I think the staff are great - friendly and helpful. The educational activities the kids do are very good and my daughter has settled well and made friends. I think the cost is too much, especially for Cornwall - the price hike in the change of ownership was very difficult for many parents. I think it was communicated very poorly - there were no meetings, despite asking, and no acknowledgement of correspondence.

My children attend Daisy Fays - one in the baby room and the other in the preschool room. They are always happy to attend their sessions and I feel comfortable handing them over to such a wonderful and caring team. The new baby room looks fantastic, and there is so much for my son to do. It would be nice if the other rooms could have a revamp too. My daughter enjoys preschool, and she always comes home telling us what she has been learning and playing. It is lovely to receive more regular observations and photographs of my children. However, my only problem is that children now don't get an option to bring a packed lunch, which is disappointing when I’m paying for certain meals they don't eat/enjoy. Overall, I am happy with Daisy Fays, and I wouldn’t want my children to go anywhere else. The manager and the team at Falmouth are tremendous and respond to queries quickly. The staff are brilliant and always give informative and meaningful handovers at the end of every session. Thanks for all you do!

Our son enjoys going to Daisy Fays Falmouth every day. Smiling when we tell him it is a nursery day - and I think that is the best review anyone can give. The staff always take the time to listen to us as parents and in doing so support our son. We work closely with the SENCo at the setting to make sure that we are all giving our child all he needs to thrive - and in turn this input benefits all children in the room. Having just watched the Nativity play it has solidified to us the care that the setting gives to each and every child. While it is a large nursery, we truly feel that each individual human in the room is seen, heard and valued.
