My little girl goes to this nursery, wouldn't change it for the world. All the staff are so welcoming and treat them like their own. The play facilities are amazing and also it's in the staff's best interest to encourage each child's development.

Excellent nursery would highly recommend it, my daughter loves going to see her friends and playing with all the messy activities. The staff are so welcoming and keep me updated throughout the day. Love hearing my daughter's stories about her day.

The setting has been done up very nice and vibrant, first thing I noticed when I visited. Staff are friendly and helpful. My son can't wait to go to nursery each day and whenever I pick him up, he doesn't want to leave!

My 11 month old son started here at the start of January and I couldn't recommend them enough. He has never shed a tear when I drop him off! They always send snapshot photos of him throughout his sessions and he's always smiling! The staff are so friendly and it's such a lovely, warm environment!

We feel so lucky to have our daughter at Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery Riverside. She has been going there few months, and she loves it. We've seen amazing improvements in her language skills, and she has grown so much emotionally and socially. The staff are fantastic. They work hard, show personal care, and we always feel supported by them. Monkey Puzzle is great at teaching our child important routines like washing her hands, putting toys away, and clean up after them self. We are very grateful for everything the staff at Monkey Puzzle do for our daughter. Thank you for all your hard work.

This nursery is amazing, stress free on the parents with providing everything, and keeping in contact so you know exactly what your child has done, eaten etc. I feel privileged to have my child there and he loves it there he's super happy, I'd recommend to anyone in the area.

I'm delighted with Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery. My child goes to school happy and enjoys the time with his friends. I did see excellent development in him such as great count numbers, mixed colours and as well he is gaining perfect way how to express his self.

Lovely nursery the staff and really kind and have a good relationship with my child, she is always happy to be dropped off! They have lots of different toys and also have focused on her learning. The nursery are also very good at catering for her allergy.

All the staff are so kind and attentive to the children. My daughter's time at nursery has been the making of her, she is more confident and social and this is all down to the support of the team. Each day they explore something new and I love hearing about it all at pick-up, we always get a great handover on top of the details on the app each day. The communication is excellent, we get daily updates on what she is up to and they always try to capture any key moments we might miss with photos and videos.

Happy with the nursery. My son has been going to the nursery. They have a lot of play areas inside and outside. You can check in the app if he eats, when they change the nappy, if he slept, and they send you photos of him playing keeping you updated about the kid. Staff look kind and care for the kids. I fully recommend it to everyone who is looking nursery the their kids.

Great nursery. The staff are lovely and easy to talk to. Very supportive in helping my daughter settle in and the communication was great. Regularly sending me photos to keep me updated on how she was doing reassuring me that she was doing well and adjusting. Couldn't have asked for a better start for my daughter. She loves being there and playing with the other children and all the activities, storytime and music. They give me an update every time I go to pick her up and let me know what she's been up to.

Monkey Puzzles are amazing with children and parents there is always communication throughout the day and is fab at easing any concerns I have overall this is honestly the best nursery for my child. They always seem happy to go into the nursery and always have a smile on their face and are always excited to tell me everything they've learned.

My daughter has been attending nursery since September, she didn't know anything in English, but after that, she started speaking different words. Now she likes at nursery, feels loved, and gets lots of hugs. They do different activities that we didn't have time for at home, but she can also socialise with other children.

The team at Monkey Puzzle have been absolutely amazing with our daughter. Although they have lots of children attending they never make her feel left out or forgotten, they also keep us updated regularly and sent us a video of when she took her first (unassisted) steps so we didn't miss anything. I cannot recommend Monkey Puzzle Riverside highly enough, they are all so friendly and professional.

Currently on week two of my son being at Monkey Puzzle. This was the first nursery I went to look at and everything they said they do and how they work sat well with me and I left feeling excited for his new journey. I went to see one other nursery which came nowhere near close and honestly would of put me off nurseries altogether If I'd gone there first. Didn't bother looking at any others as my gut said Monkey Puzzle. It's clean everything's new. The staff are very friendly and are on point with communication which has helped me so much as this is my first child. The different stuff they do with them melts my heart such cute lovely ideas they have to do with them. My boy just seems to be loving life there and settled in so fast. Would highly recommend.

My boys will be attending this nursery starting in September, they've just had their settling-in sessions. From the first viewing, I knew they would love going here, all the staff are so friendly and welcoming, communication is amazing and also a great location. Everything they have to offer is what I wanted in a nursery. They enjoyed it so much they didn't want to leave on their first session and all they spoke about in the car on the way home was when they got to go again.

Nursery is fantastic everything is new and clean! Staff are helpful, caring and greet everyone with big smiles. Also staff have been very, very supportive and they took the time with my daughter to settle in. The communication with parents about your child is brilliant. I feel comfortable and well-informed. Would highly recommend anyone to send their child here.

Really nice nursery, my daughter loves it, she didn't like her previous nursery, always cried but she is looking forward to go here. Everything is new, gardens and rooms are big and well equipped. Staff are friendly and helpful. I recommend this nursery to anyone who is looking for a place where children can thrive.

My boys will be attending this nursery starting in September, they've just had their settling-in sessions.
