As a working parent, my experience with this nursery has been
frustrating. Communication is poor, relying on overwhelming emails that
lack personal interaction. A major issue is their inflexible scheduling,
which forces parents to separate siblings. They accept primary school
students from 7:30 AM but refuse younger siblings until 8:00 AM, despite
being on the same site. This rigid policy creates unnecessary stress.
When I raised concerns, the response was dismissive, suggesting I should
"look elsewhere" if unhappy. This reflects a troubling lack of
customer service and empathy. It's no surprise that other working
parents have withdrawn their children and sought alternatives outside
the village. The nursery seems unaware of the negative impact this
approach has on their reputation. Overall, this nursery fails to support
modern working families. Despite its convenient location, I cannot
recommend it due to poor management and a lack of consideration for
parents' needs.
