My son attended baby room from the day it opened. He absolutely loved it there and the staff were fantastic. We have moved up to cwtch pentrebane now and he still loves going. He has so much fun and is always happy to be there.

We're so happy with Cwtch - our little boy is so happy there and always gets up to so many adventures. There are always thoughtful touches for the children and the communication is always excellent. The staff are brilliant.

Great nursery and staff, very friendly and approachable. My son loves going in and has a fabulous time, staff are warm and kind to parents also and take time to check in on them as well as the kids. The best decision we made was bringing our son to this setting. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend Cwtch! They are amazing with my son. I had mum guilt going back to work but they made me feel so much better and relieved how they were with my son. He gets so excited when he sees the Antis at Cwtch. The setting is so lovely and gives a lovely home feel. The activities are great. It's lovely to see on the app the little outings they have and all the fun they have.

The nursery manager's support was great during my daughter's settling-in period. Her guidance and the wonderful staff have created a positive environment where my daughter thrives. The regular photo updates on the app are great. If we have any questions, the nursery is quick to respond.

I can't express enough how thankful I am for the wonderful care my baby has received at Cwtch Fairwater. From the moment we joined, the staff made us feel so welcome and I could immediately tell how much they genuinely care for each child. My little one has thrived in the nurturing environment and I love how engaged the staff are in helping each child grow at their own pace. The setting itself is just beautiful-clean, bright, and full of activities that keep my baby entertained and learning.

Since I contacted Cwtch last year when I had returned from maternity leave and my childcare arrangements had let me down I can't speak more highly of the managers, they accommodated me and my family and nothing was too much hassle for them. They were understanding and welcoming, my little boy loves it at Cwtch and I can't wait for my little girl to arrive so she can join at some point too.

My daughter attends Cwtch on a full-time basis. We came from a previous setting and I was initially anxious as she was so settled there, but I need not have worried as she settled extremely quickly. So much so we only needed a 1-hour settle session. She has a wonderful relationship with her key worker but loves all members of staff there. She is excited to attend each day and toddles to the door to be let in without looking back or saying goodbye - she's too excited to get in and play with all the amazing resources. The child-led ethos is one of the reasons I'm glad we chose Cwtch. She's such a water baby and loves all the outside activities and messy play. She loves the majority of the meals and snacks on offer and is now super confident with an open cup. Since joining her speech and gross motor skills have come on no end. She can say 200% more than is to be expected at this age and walks with confidence. I fully believe that's down to the care and attention she gets at Cwtch.
