Since starting at the nursery a few months ago, my child has settled amazingly and loves going. I really appreciate the frequent updates on the app and the staff always try to send a picture every day. The highlights of the nursery are the nurturing staff, the calming atmosphere and the nutritious menu. Although I wish there was a bit more flexibility on being able to make changes to the weekly schedule, I understand this is necessary to ensure the high standard of care. Overall a wonderful nursery!

Our little girl has recently started here 2 days a week at 9 months old. We are new to the area and visited a few nurseries when looking. Nurserytime really stood out to us. It is clean, welcoming and has lots of areas for every stage. The staff are simply the best and so friendly. We have 2 older daughters who went to nursery full time and I can honestly say this place has been the best I've seen over the years. My daughter has CMPA and the Chef caters for her every need. We simply couldn't ask for more.

Nurserytime Blaydon staff are brilliant! Cannot fault them in any way. Five staff members in particular to name a few - the list goes on. Each and every staff member that we have encountered have been a delight and show a true commitment to look after and nurture our little one. Other friends with children in other settings do not have the same fantastic experience as what we have at Nurserytime. So grateful for all the work they do!

Both my children absolutely love going to nursery. The always run in and are happy to see the staff and all their friends. Which to me is a good indication they are well looked after. Nursery keeps parents well informed too

Nursery Time Blaydon is just fantastic. My son is always happy to go in and I really appreciate the care and attention from all staff (particularly those in Teds). My son is thriving and can't wait to tell me his stories of the day (from a particular staff members famous toast to playing in the garden on the bike & slide). The activities he's does daily are fantastic and his learning has skyrocketed. I couldn't ask for better childcare. Thank you to everyone at Nursery Time Blaydon. 10/10 would recommend!

Had my little girl in the nursery since the take over in September and love the new set up. Brilliant communication from the manager and a particular staff member and team in cubs. My little girl loves going here to see her friends and her teachers, she also gets to learn lots of new things as the class provides a wide range of activites each day which improve her skills.

My son attends Nurserytime Blaydon full time and I couldn't recommend this nursery highly enough. The nursery itself is always immaculately clean and well presented with great resources. Communication with staff is excellent. Staff ensure you are kept up to date with key information on the app throughout the day and during the end of day child hand over. This is supported by regular photo uploads and development observations. All of the staff are absolutely amazing. They are approachable, friendly, kind, caring and professional. My son absolutely adores his room leaders, and tells me regularly that he loves them. He has also formed amazing bonds with all other staff members within the nursery. I can't praise / thank the staff enough for the high level of care they give.

I absolutely love nurserytime We had our nursery bought and taken over by nursery time and it has been surprisingly smooth transfer. Extremely happy with the outcome My daughter has the best time, and names some of the staff as her best friends

Staff are amazing, you can tell they have a heart of gold. They have helped my son so much. He has come on loads since the company has been took over. Thank you for all your support, the daily updates, so friendly my son loves nursery. Keep it up.

My little boy started in September 2024 and after a rocky start, he absolutely loves going. He's formed bonds with his room leaders and other children. He's learning so much, he'll come home singing new songs, counting things, telling us shapes and colours. I love the fact he spends time outside when he's at nursery too. All the staff are so friendly and welcoming, I can't praise them enough, especially for helping my son settle in so well.

Since Nurserytime Blaydon has taken over, the nursery has improved their safeguarding during collection and drop offs. My daughter loves coming to nursery. It has a lovely homely vibe with lots of learning, singing and dancing. The food supplied caters to all, my daughter loves coming.

My child has been at this nursery since summer 2024 and I'm exceptionally confident with the care received. My child goes into nursery very happy and leaves the same way. Communication with staff has always been excellent and I feel I am up to date with my child's progress regularly.

My child has been attending this nursery since June 2024 and I've always been confident in the care that has been provided to him. He settled quickly and already seemed to have a bond with his room workers. His room is always clean with a good selection of age-appropriate toys and activities, and they seem keen to get the children out for fresh air in the garden/outdoor space as often as possible. They've been supportive of my child's weaning journey and have taken our feedback/instruction into consideration as part of this. Updates are provided throughout the day and they do a good job at keeping us informed. Staff are obviously fond of the children they look after, which is lovely to see. The switchover in management/ownership has presented a few teething problems but this is to be expected and I hope they get resolved shortly. In-person handovers at the end of the day could sometimes be better but I think this is due to changeovers in staff throughout the day.
